01/08/2025: Extremely bad experience, you had the feeling you weren't wanted there. We arrived shortly after 6 p.m. because Google said they open from 5 p.m. Instead of welcoming us and explaining what they serve and what they produce, the waitress looked at us questioningly, almost as if she was confused as to what we were doing there. She didn't say we were early or anything else. When she didn't offer us anything, we asked for a tagliere and she shrugged and said okay. Then came the ham, and ages later everyone got a small plastic plate with three small pieces of cheese (without comment or explanation). Later we found out that these cheese plates alone cost €8 per person. The waitress also told us they had gluten-free bread. Unfortunately, they brought it so late that we had almost finished the other things. They had completely forgotten my husband's beer. And all this despite the fact that we were the only customers. The whole thing was speechless... at some point we left because we felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome.

19/07/2025: Clean beach, helpful staff. We did get two beach umbrellas on the side because although many of the beachfront ones were free, they were rented out seasonally by individuals. But the staff was able to explain it to us, and we understood. The only problem (for us) was that we were near the pool, so the screaming children were part of it. After that, it depends on the search and individual tastes.

10/07/2025: As for the bathroom, I'd say they're very fair with their prices and the staff are very nice and helpful. As for the restaurant, it's decent in my opinion, but you need to be very patient... I've probably experienced it myself, but the wait times are long...

20/07/2025: A very nice pizzeria with excellent pizzas. The pizza is thin-crust with quality ingredients, very digestible. The staff is very attentive and always available. We had a poodle who was very welcome. Congratulations to everyone!

08/07/2025: The atmosphere is simple but welcoming, the food is excellent and plentiful. We ordered the spelt soup twice because it was truly delicious! The main courses with side dishes were also offered several times. We went on a Sunday. The menu was fixed, but with two first courses (spelt soup and homemade tagliatelle with sausage and mushroom ragù), two second courses of roast beef and pork with chips and salad, dessert (we chose caramel panna cotta and jam tart), water, and a quart of wine, we spent 18 euros!

21/06/2025: We ordered 3 pizzas for a total of 34 euros. A man arrives on a 750cc motorcycle, after having made a mistake in the delivery address. I give him 40 euros in cash, two pieces of 20, he pockets it, says he doesn't have change and leaves. So the pizzas cost us 40 euros. Unacceptable attitude. P.S. we had asked for a 4 cheese with added speck, a margherita arrived with speck. Too bad that it was marked as 4 cheeses on the bill, so we also paid more for the pizzas.

24/07/2025: Esistono dei menù per alcuni tipi di colazione, come quella dei pancake ma non sono modificabili in nessun modo. Chiedere della nutella al posto dello sciroppo d'acero, piuttosto che un succo al posto della spremuta è stata una richiesta bocciata in maniera decisamente poco accomodante. Non vedo la difficoltà di aggiungere della cioccolata, direi che è più una presa di posizione che risulta poco educata e non attenta ai bisogni del cliente. Prezzi eccessivi per briosce e caffè vari.

22/07/2025: Slechte service, onvriendelijke en trage bediening. Lang gewacht. Na dat we het personeel een paar keer aangesproken hadden en nog niet geholpen werden, hebben we het terras na een half uur verlaten. Geen excuses niets.

28/07/2025: I travel to Siena often for work. The new management of the Fontebecci restaurant is truly excellent! Kindness and customer service are always top priority. I've often experienced the attention the current manager gives to customers, always asking if they're satisfied. The focus on local products and recipes, sometimes slightly revisited with pleasant twists on the theme, is also top-notch. I find the prices fair and excellent value. Try the "Chianti tuna"!

07/06/2025: È più di un'ora che siamo al tavolo e ancora non ci hanno portato niente. Per fortuna avevamo gli avanzi delle merende delle bimbe.... finalmente dopo un'ora e mezzo sono arrivati parte degli antipasti.... avevano perso la comanda della tartare... dobbiamo aspettare anche le pizze... fateci gli auguri!

19/01/2025: Had a very good cappucino and a good filled croissant (chocolate/pistaccio) here two days in a row, very cheaply and was served in a friendly and professional manner in English. Price-performance ratio is very good. Sure, it's at the bus station, but if you're looking for an exclusive ambience you'll have to delve deeper into the city and then accept higher prices.
