Honestly I Never come to a Place back twice just to experience different places but this place made me come back in 2 days. The Frappuccino was amazing made by a guy named Haya ( hope the spelling is correct). He made it with so much passion and a smile even though he got really busy he was really friendly and polite. Greetings from Germany will just come back to Florence for Hayas Coffee !

Since 2013, Milkeria has been a little corner of indulgence in the heart of Florence. You can find delicious crepes, brownies, and a truly delicious gluten-free cake. The gelato is homemade: limited flavors, but excellent quality. Perfect for breakfast too! Highly recommended if you're passing through.

The atmosphere is very nice, albeit a bit small. Wi-Fi is available, and the staff is very friendly; the restroom is clean. The menu offers a wide variety of sweet and savory options. I personally tried their crepe, and it was delicious, to say the least! Excellent style and quality ingredients. Plus, you can watch the preparation process through the window outside, which adds transparency and value to the place. Highly recommended!

24/04/2026: We stumbled upon this place completely by chance, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. As soon as we walked in, we were hit by a wave of noise — but it wasn't what you'd expect. The "chaos" turned out to be a crowd of passionate football fans cheering at the screen. Far from being a dealbreaker, it actually added a fantastic atmosphere to the whole evening. We decided to stay, ordered some pizza, and had a genuinely great time. The food was solid, the vibe was lively and warm, and the staff were wonderfully friendly. What impressed us most was that everyone had no trouble communicating in English — a small thing that makes a big difference when you're traveling

Although it's primarily a takeout service (phone orders are handled quickly and accurately), there are a few small tables, perfect for those who want to enjoy freshly baked pizza. The Pizza: Light dough, very digestible and perfectly cooked, with a high, airy crust (Neapolitan/contemporary style). High-quality ingredients, you can taste the freshness of the products. Service: Friendly and professional staff, very fast even at peak times. Atmosphere: Very informal, rustic, and sincere. Ideal for a quick, unpretentious dinner, convenient even if you have a dog. Prices: Absolutely in line with the quality offered; in fact, very fair considering the quality of the ingredients.
