02/08/2025: At Botteghina di Civitella, time slows down, as if allowing itself the luxury of staying a little longer. You arrive, breathe in the beauty, and are enveloped in a genuine welcome that immediately makes you feel at home. Every dish tells ancient stories: the tender and flavorful tripe, the ribollita, rich in flavor and memories. The staff is warm and smiling, and the view is one that stays with you long after your journey. It's true, some say you have to wait a bit... but it's a wait that doesn't weigh you down, on the contrary! The chef prepares everything freshly, with care, calmly, with respect for the flavors and for those who sit at the table. In a place like this, time isn't to be filled quickly: it's to be savored, just like the dishes that arrive. A corner of Tuscany that stays in your heart.

27/07/2025: While vacationing in the area, we chose this little restaurant because it looked nice from the outside. They have outdoor tables with a lovely view of the valley. Ordering was quick... as was the arrival of the appetizer. Next, we each ordered a first course: a good carbonara and a rather small wild boar pappardelle (we counted 8 pappardelle) with very little sauce, which was also thin. Our dishes arrived after a full hour and a half of waiting, so much so that the waitress, while we were waiting, came to ask if we wanted dessert, thinking we'd already eaten our first course. To top it all off, we didn't even receive an apology or a discount when paying. I therefore don't recommend it due to the service and the quality of some of the dishes. Prices are above average considering the location and quantity.

28/06/2025: As an American, this was one of the best burgers I've had. The chianina beef was amazing and the choice of bun type was the cherry on top. They also have more traditional American cocktails which were amazing. They seem to be really popular close to midnight, arriving before then gets you a very calm and uncrowded experience. 02/07/2025: A place with an excellent quality-price ratio, unfortunately we arrived a little late and many meat second courses were finished. However, we ate the first courses and the pizza very well. The ladies who served and recommended the food at the tables were extremely kind.

14/06/2025: We didn't like it. At first, none of the waiters knew if a table was available for us. It took the third waiter to take care of it. The service was flippant and couldn't even crack a smile. The tables were placed outside, carelessly on the sidewalk. The food was okay, but poorly presented. We had the impression that the guests were just trying to make room for the next person. It was a shame about the evening.

25/07/2025: I ordered pizzas for home delivery, which was supposed to be done with GLOVO between 7 and 7:40 PM. I waited until 8 PM, called, and was rudely told they would get back to me. Moral of the story: I didn't hear anything from them, so I called back, and they didn't answer and disconnected the call. A lack of professionalism and seriousness that, fortunately, I've rarely encountered in a restaurant/pizzeria. PS: If you can't offer a service, don't advertise it! One star because you can't get any less. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!

11/07/2025: One of the best restaurants in Pietrasanta! I had dinner a few days ago with my cousin and we were warmly welcomed by the entire dining room staff—a smiling, young, and refreshing team. The dinner was nothing short of excellent. The kitchen offers a menu with very unique and fresh pairings. The ingredients are clearly top-quality and the dishes are carefully crafted. The kitchen staff's dedication and attention to detail is remarkable. We'll definitely be back!

08/07/2025: I happened to be passing by here around lunchtime, and ordered two slices of pizza and a drink. The pizza was neither excellent nor infamous, but I must say the counter was well stocked with pizzas of all flavors, including arancini and stuffed panzerotti. The prices were fair, so I'd recommend trying it for lunch or a quick snack.

21/07/2025: After looking at various locations in Porto Azzurro, we chose this restaurant for the menu offered and, honestly, also a little attracted by the fact that it had appeared on the Borghese show. Given the restaurant's boat shape (hence the name), I was hoping for a place with a sea view, but alas, that didn't happen. They relegated us (3 children and 2 adults) to a space on the promenade and pier side, so we had little view of the sea. After ordering, we waited a good hour for the appetizers to arrive, honestly a bit too long, and this is the first sore point. The food was truly excellent, I offer my most sincere compliments, everything was delicious. The second and worst sore point is the service. The waiter was totally incompetent. First of all, he always brought us closed drinks, but then every time he brought back drinks he didn't remove the empty ones, resulting in 4 empty water bottles, 3 cans, and 1 bottle of wine on the table. And then when my son dropped his fork, before bringing the change, he suggested using the one he (the waiter) had just cleaned the fish with, to which I said, "No, please bring a clean fork." The price is average, €40 per person, but we really ate well. I recommend the octopus trio for an appetizer, paccheri or ravioli for a first course, and for a second course, ask for the catch of the day; it's really good. The lobster is always a hit. Please improve the service and the bathroom; you can't have just one bathroom in this restaurant.
