06/04/2025: I got the spinach pizza, FANTASTIC. One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. The guys who work there are kind and helpful. Nice and clean environment. Super quick service! Optimal ! Recommended for dinners for two or with friends.

18/05/2025: Total disappointment, especially for the bill We went to this restaurant to celebrate a birthday, but unfortunately the experience was far from expectations. The service was neglected: the cake was "thrown" on the table, without being served to the guests. But the real reason why I am writing this review is the management of the bill, which was surreal. We had agreed with the birthday girl, before going to pay, to split it Roman style. When I asked politely, I was not understood. After several attempts, I was told (very quickly) to ask the birthday girl how to proceed, because "they were busy". In the end I managed to pay by card, but there was another mix-up: I was told that the payment had not gone through, when in reality the charge had already been made. Only thanks to the control on my transactions did I avoid a double payment. No apologies, no goodbyes. An unpleasant experience from every point of view. We definitely won't be back, as they have so much to do, we don't want to disturb.

05/05/2025: I'll just say that I asked for a portion of classic lasagna and I was given a portion of aubergine parmigiana. Since the prices are really very high, there should be some attention... among other things, those who had to eat the lasagna were left empty-handed since they don't like aubergines... to think that there were three of them behind the counter and only me as a customer. I won't go back.

08/05/2025: My tour group went to a cooking class/dinner here. We all immediately started taking photos of the amazing views. They were breath taking! We were welcomed with information on their history and the business. Everyone was so nice, welcoming and answered all our questions. I want to come back and spend the night! Our group enjoyed being led by their chefs to create a five corses meal. Preparing the meal was laid back and fun for all and it was delicious! We enjoyed their amazing wines also. They made the night even better because they were able to make gluten free options for me and vegetarian for another person.

31/05/2025: We arrive at 8.20pm, table booked. There are two other tables for a total of 6 people. Our order: 2 tripe and 2 baked potatoes. Waiting time almost an hour. The owner said he did express cooking, but the tripe was reheated and 'fixed' ... as he said later contradicting himself .... to me it seemed like a joke. I advise not to waste your money, especially for the rudeness of those who manage it.

26/05/2025: I love this place! I always get their bowls and wraps. Although I found the acai bowl too liquidy and sometimes the tomatoes were not very fresh, other than that, I would recommend it. The staff are also nice.

04/05/2025: Delicious place! The Rosalia bar was a discovery of these days spent in Florence. Very close to the Duomo, very cheap compared to average but this does not affect the quality, on the contrary, they have super genuine and quality products. A staff of girls always smiling and available in a place where you can see the common sense of the genuine without speculation. Thank you! I RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE

04/05/2025: Pizzeria discovered by chance through the AIC application, but I would say a great surprise. As a celiac and pizza lover, I can say that it is one of the best pizzas ever. Super friendly staff, welcoming environment, extremely competent owners, unbeatable value for money (pizzas generously seasoned). After traveling 200km I finally found a pizza worthy of the name; out of the region but we will definitely return.

09/06/2025: I have the bad luck that every time I come to buy a cake it is always dry and hard. I think it is because it is not fresh. The staff is welcoming but the service is very poor.

21/05/2025: Good cafe/pastry shop with a wide selection and reasonable prices. The servers don't necessarily speak English, but they make an effort to communicate and are friendly. There could be more written instructions on the names and prices of the pastries, though. Plenty of seating inside.

Too bad the staff welcomed us in the worst way... from the girl serving the desserts who yelled at us while we were choosing the pastries and in the meantime she spoke badly of her colleagues in public... to the boy who prepares the coffee who was rude and ill-mannered...
