18/09/2025: Positive points: Our waitress was lovely but unfortunately we didn't get her name. Negative-the food and very long waiting times. If the food was we would probably wouldn't get so disappointed. No atmosphere. Horrible tastless tomatoes like from UKs cheap supermarket, absolutely tasteless pesto and burrata, from all the food we ordered only gnocchi and truffle pasta was good. Waste of money and ruined evening. 🚫🚫

17/09/2025: A few minutes ago, I went to dinner with a group of French people. We had pasta and Florentine steak. Everything was delicious! A special mention for this special person: I want to give a special shout-out to Ana, for her simplicity, warmth, and charisma. It's a pleasure to be able to go to dinner and be served so well. 18/09/2025: Famous for their highly praised cecina, which is good, but expensive. You can find it for much less and well-made at other pizzerias in the Lucca area, not to mention Pisa and Livorno, where it's a staple. Good pizza at reasonable prices, in a casual but clean atmosphere.

30/07/2025: We offered our son a cooking class, and we all attended. It was an excellent experience! We received such warm welcome, advice, and support. The class was perfect, and the meal was delicious! The wine was good and the price was more than reasonable! The two owners are lovely... And the setting is magnificent! I highly recommend this experience! Thank you so much!!!

Traveling with our 18-month-old and pregnant wife can sometimes make dining out a bit tricky, but the staff here went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were kind, accommodating, and genuinely thoughtful — making space for us, engaging warmly with our toddler, and ensuring everything was just right. The food and drinks were equally amazing — beautifully prepared, fresh, and full of flavor. You can tell this place is run with heart. 11/10/2025: New management, a young and highly skilled pizza chef, excellent pizzas, perfectly crispy, top-notch ingredients, a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Takeout is available, just minutes from Piazzale Michelangelo, where you can enjoy delicious pizza as the sun sets with a beautiful view. Highly recommended. We've been back several times and tried the various pizzas...all fabulous...the best thing is the tomato sauce, truly worthy of applause. Bravo, Dario, you continue to amaze us with the unique flavors you offer every time we come. It's become a regular stop! We also tried the new Deliziosa pizza...the burrata and pesto are amazing!! And to finish, the homemade tiramisu is a must!!...and for those who want, they also offer personalized t-shirts.

12/09/2025: Every time I come in, something I want is always missing... the baristas are always in a hurry... pigeons inside the place. I'm sorry, but this is a factor that affects the overall rating, since I have a phobia and am uncomfortable around pigeons, especially in an enclosed space. And I'm not the only one in the world; it's a fairly common phobia. Anyway, the pastries are excellent and the coffee is good. (Unfortunately, the sandwich at 8:00 AM was limp, so I presume it was from the day before.) Response to the owner: I only offered constructive criticism. The photo is from December 31st, but I only had that one. I've been here several times in the months since.

12/07/2025: I've been following Jack on Instagram for a while, and today we finally stopped by for lunch. Delicious sandwiches, made to order (Jackebab and Jackpot). An explosion of taste and flavor!!! Really, really good. And what can I say about him? Sunny, kind, very friendly, and with a good face!! We'll definitely be back!!! 👍🏻

28/06/2025: Today I had lunch with a sublime sandwich!! Truly an excellent sandwich with pickled tongue. The sandwich is beautifully stuffed, with fresh ingredients, and the sauces are really tasty!! The environment is clean, spacious and quiet. Jack is just like in the videos, on social media: friendly, genuine, and sunny. It was a pleasure to meet him, taste his delicacies and have a chat with him!!! I will return to visit him soon, I want to try all the sandwiches!!

08/10/2025: We were part of a group with a set meal so I can't comment on individual dishes but our choice of various types of meat and the side dishes was good. They were also very good about accommodating people with special dietary needs and switching out the set menu for alternatives

08/10/2025: Loved our dinner, we were group of 8 and everyone enjoyed it! We chose to have the steak Florentine which is very popular here and it was cooked to perfection. One of our guests preferred it more done than the medium rare. The kitchen heated up a plate that she could cook her pieces on to make them well done. Staff was very accommodating and helpful and suggesting wine and meal options. Our dinner was fantastic and we each received a shot of limoncello on the house at the end of the night. Very cute and comfortable atmosphere. Not a very big place but nothing here is we would highly recommend it.

16/09/2025: Cute place Friendly staff Food was underwhelming, guess there isn't much of a standard when you are the only kosher place in town.

14/09/2025: We went for lunch, and the first impression was truly positive; the atmosphere is welcoming and familiar. For starters, we had the Jewish-style artichoke, which was excellent—even though I'm no expert, it was really well-fried. Next, we had borscht and zucchini and cheese meatballs, both very good. Finally, we had a Jewish-style cheesecake, superb. I'm truly satisfied and will be back.
