14/10/2025: It's a shame they have delicious coffee and very reasonable prices, but they treated us poorly. Even after we'd paid and were about to leave, one of the employees rudely called us to tell us to pay. We told her we had paid, and she made us show her the receipt. We won't be back; that's not how you treat a customer. I understand they're tired and some people lose their patience, but that wasn't the case.

06/11/2025: A perfect tea shop. Good for buying bulk tea, or to enjoy a quit cup of tea, with a scone and clotted cream.

07/10/2025: The shop and tea room are located on Via Santo Spirito, in a beautiful palazzo once owned by the Frescobaldi family. The tea room is a place I always visit when I'm in Florence. The atmosphere is refined, the globe room is evocative, and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. I often encounter tourists and young tea lovers. The service is delightful; the girls know how to listen, offer advice, and smile. The tea, always of excellent quality, that I enjoyed this time was a delicate and delicious gyokuro. My travel companion, on the other hand, was delighted with the London afternoon tea, with smoked Earl Grey. A wonderful break before diving back into the beautiful city of Florence.

02/12/2025: Excellent! Good pizza, fast, friendly, and efficient service, nice and clean place, clean bathrooms, and slightly above-average prices, but that's acceptable for the quality. Highly recommended!

28/11/2025: Very good pizza, very nice place. The only flaw is perhaps a lack of cutlery, given the very generous pizzas.

14/11/2025: Chocolate snack. Everything was delicious. Wide selection of desserts, friendly and fast staff. Clean and charming place facing the Viareggio pine forest.

17/11/2025: I didn't expect much since it's near a tourist attraction, but I highly recommend it. It's been a while since I've had such a delicious croissant. The cappuccino was hot and delicious, and the pistachio cream was even more delicious because it was real pistachio cream, not chocolate like those sold at other shops. Even though the shop was very busy, the staff were incredibly friendly. The prices are also reasonable, so I highly recommend stopping by while you're in Pisa!

15/11/2025: Super crowded, but ladies do their job very well. Pizza 🍕- 10 points 🫶🏻 Too bad that they holds espresso shots and this makes coffee not actually fresh. A huge plus - English friendly

05/11/2025: Best meal of my life! So nice we had to go twice, two days in a row! Especially since the handwritten menu rotates every day. The food full of flavor, attention to detail and passion. I highly recommend the Ragu alla Bolognese (get the house made Tagliatelle pasta) and Zucchine Ripene Di Carne(Beef & Zuchini). The atmosphere cozy, welcoming, makes you feel like you found the best hidden gem in the countryside of Tuscany. And the service, well Stefano made us feel like family. Without asking he went through every item on the menu and described it to us to make sure we had the best meal possible. It’s the kind of place that makes you wish you lived close enough to be a regular. Thank you for becoming a memory my wife and I will cherish forever…we hope to come back as soon as we can make it back to Tuscany. Grazie mille!

02/11/2025: As always, the food is divine. Yesterday we had the Livorno-style cod... spectacular, not to mention the flans... and everything else... excellent. Well done guys, keep up the good work!!

18/11/2025: Superb hotel ideally located in Lucca, with attentive and friendly staff. Lovely room, excellent mattress. Breakfast is also very good. Dog friendly. The secure parking directly opposite is very convenient.

14/11/2025: Everything was perfect and more! Friendly and attentive staff, gorgeous room, and fantastic location! The only downside is that it's quite difficult to get to without the staff's help because the streets are narrow and the GPS doesn't recognize the route. Otherwise, PERFECT.

11/10/2025: New management, a young and highly skilled pizza chef, excellent pizzas, perfectly crispy, top-notch ingredients, a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Takeout is available, just minutes from Piazzale Michelangelo, where you can enjoy delicious pizza as the sun sets with a beautiful view. Highly recommended. We've been back several times and tried the various pizzas...all fabulous...the best thing is the tomato sauce, truly worthy of applause. Bravo, Dario, you continue to amaze us with the unique flavors you offer every time we come. It's become a regular stop! We also tried the new Deliziosa pizza...the burrata and pesto are amazing!! And to finish, the homemade tiramisu is a must!!...and for those who want, they also offer personalized t-shirts.
