The chef’s passion and precision shine through every dish, with an unmistakable dedication to his unique cooking style. The quality of ingredients is outstanding, making every bite a memorable experience. It’s been a long time since I’ve had tofu ramen and sashimi of such artisanal quality. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for something truly special.

08/04/2025: Sublime experience! This restaurant is a pearl, very welcoming, clean and well-kept environment, pleasant and unobtrusive music. All adjectives that you wouldn't expect given the proximity to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, where it is full of tourist attractions. Friendly, attentive and respectful staff. Commendable food! Super fragile and tasty samosas, chicken curry, chicken tikka and chicken tandori are wonderful; the sauces spectacular and fresh. And the truly refreshing oriental juices. It's the second time we've come and we were very happy this time too, you deserve more recognition. Until next time!!!

09/03/2025: We had breakfast here, the croissants we took were simple, but remain anonymous... in the sense that more than a croissant, they looked like a husband's dough. Let's say it wasn't a satisfying breakfast.

Questa volta, in occasione di una cena dei 100 giorni, è avvenuto il contrario: piatti presentati male, per niente appetitosi, e prezzi discutibili. Inoltre, personale poco cordiale. Abbiamo alloggiato, fatto colazione e cenato presso il Rio Vorno e la nostra è stata un' esperienza più che positiva. Camere accoglienti, colazione e cene ottime e abbondanti, pratico pranzo al sacco da portare in fiera. Giovanni è stato inoltre di estremo supporto nell' accogliere le nostre esigenze di lavoro e personali (intolleranze alimentari e una gestante nello staff). Lo consigliamo caldamente

24/03/2025: Almadina è una vera istituzione storica a Pisa, un punto di riferimento per chi desidera assaporare la cucina mediorientale autentica in un ambiente accogliente e familiare. Ogni volta che torno, ritrovo la stessa qualità impeccabile e l’atmosfera calorosa che lo rendono unico. Il mio piatto preferito è senza dubbio il Mix vegetariano: un tripudio di sapori, profumi e colori che conquista al primo assaggio. Un equilibrio perfetto tra tradizione, freschezza e cura nei dettagli. Un ringraziamento speciale alla gestione, sempre attenta, gentile e professionale: è anche grazie a loro se Almadina continua a essere un luogo così speciale a Pisa.

19/01/2025: A beautiful evening at the Al-Madina restaurant with delicious food with a wide choice, fast and super friendly staff. Everything was flawless. The place is a bit small and therefore the passage is sometimes problematic but it is a small thing.
