The Aperiveg platter is spectacular!
A feast for the eyes and a constant surprise with the various morsels that make up this culinary masterpiece.
The octopus and pasta with shellfish are worthy of an Oscar.
The chef is very young (but already very experienced) and her eyes radiate passion.
The freshest ingredients, everything handmade, including the pasta, and meticulous attention to detail goes into the choice of table accessories.

In the historic center of Populonia, a medieval Tuscan village, we enjoyed superb dishes accompanied by a good selection of local wines. Today we tried the first courses; tomorrow we'll be back for the Florentine steak and the Cinta Senese steak. Very friendly service, a true example of Tuscan excellence.

We had lunch at this cozy restaurant and were truly delighted. The service was efficient and the staff were courteous and friendly. The food was very good; the ragù reminded us of when our Tuscan grandmother used to make it. It's worth returning. The price is absolutely fair.

If you're planning a visit to Populonia, you can't miss this restaurant.
First and foremost, we were pleasantly surprised by the welcome and kindness—despite the gloomy day, we had no problem coming in, even with our dog—and by their expertise (and so much patience 😅) in answering our countless questions about their cuisine, especially if we had food allergies.
After visiting the village and the acropolis, we decided to have lunch there and discovered that, even though we hadn't booked, to be on the safe side, they had taken the time to source ingredients specifically for us to avoid any kind of cross-contamination.
Superlative dishes, authentic ingredients cooked with care... what more could you ask for? A beautiful and unexpected way to end the year... and why not, to start the new one too. See you soon, and thank you again!

A pleasantly surprising experience.
We stopped for lunch by chance and enjoyed authentic cuisine, simple yet attentive to quality and respect for tradition.
The Piombino-style octopus was superb.
The tagliata was also excellent, as was the
Pappardelle with ragù.
The staff were extremely kind and accommodating.
The chef and the main course were charming and passionate about their craft.
We'll be back.
An experience to repeat in this wonderful Etruscan village.
