03/05/2026: Excellent crust, arugula salad was excellent, we enjoyed the street setting and heated area. Very reasonable cost and we had 2 glasses of wine each. Stefan was friendly and provided great service.

06/07/2026: Nice atmosphere, soft lighting, friendly service, and very little waiting. The pizza was delicious, perhaps one of the best in the area, but the prices were significantly higher than other pizzerias in the area, with a cover charge of €2.50 per person, a price for which I'd expect at least tablecloths. A small beer was €4.50. A bit too much. Also, given the final bill of €101, I would have thought it more courteous to lower it to €100, but I understand that's a request that doesn't necessarily have to be granted.

07/07/2026: Bartender rolled his eyes when we came in the door. They are exceptionally pretentious, condescending and rude to tourists and travellers. We got a gin and tonic and a small beer for €12 and they were both extremely basic and lacked any depth of flavour. Definitely avoid if you are a tourist. They obviously don’t like them.

08/06/2026: It was my first evening of vacation, and I was thrilled to be enjoying a nice glass of wine in a lovely setting. The bartender had the nerve to sigh twice in annoyance in front of me because I hesitated for seven seconds between two wines. It's really awful to do that, even if you're having a bad day. Go for a run if people annoy you.

12/06/2026: Highly recommend this place! Apart from great coffee and great food, the people are exceptional and very welcoming. We have a a child and we always come here because the have a space for children to play with toys. Fantastic place!

18/04/2026: Very, very good, great variety of choices + large terrace to sit on. Delicious ice cream available on a waffle or in a cone (two shapes, not sizes), or in a cup (cardboard or cone!).

23/03/2026: This bar enjoys a simply spectacular location, right on the Aspra seafront. The view is breathtaking, especially at sunset, when the sea offers incredible colors that make every moment even more special. The place is welcoming and well-kept, perfect for both a relaxing breakfast and a sunset aperitif. The coffee is excellent, always made to perfection, and there's a wide variety of fresh products: from fragrant croissants to appetizers to accompany your drink. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always smiling, which really makes the difference and makes you feel immediately at ease. The service is fast and attentive, even at peak times. An ideal place to unwind, enjoy the sea, and experience a typically Sicilian atmosphere. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back!

16/05/2026: Amazing sweet hot chocolate milk, two Americano coffees that were just right and a very generous and delicious tiramisu! Staff are lively and have a friendly attitude, will come again.

07/05/2026: They are so nice here and the sandwiches ohh wow. The bread is fresh and when it is gone it’s gone and if you arrive too late you can almost guarantee it will be gone. You can either make your own or you can grab what is made that day. Yesterday we had one that are a mix of a pretzel and Sicilian bread. My goodness was it good. Recommend for sure. If you don’t speak Italian why are patient with you and will try to help out.

12/08/2026: Not bad, but in my opinion it's a bit too touristy. Who can blame them, they're just steps from the beach?! But I prefer something more authentic.

09/08/2026: L’Angolo di Mondello was one of the absolute highlights of our trip to Sicily. From the moment we arrived, the entire dining experience was amazing and we were made to feel like we were at home. The food was simply incredible. Every single dish that came to the table was outstanding, from the fresh seafood and octopus to the pasta, risotto, and everything in between. After traveling and eating our way around Sicily, this was the best food we had on the entire island. This isn’t just a restaurant we would recommend if you happen to be in Mondello. L’Angolo di Mondello is a destination in itself and worth making a special trip for. It was truly one of the peak experiences of our entire vacation. Definitely call ahead for a reservation. This is a special place.

26/07/2026: At dinner, with 40 degrees outside, the staff never lost their smile, working as if there were no sirocco, as if it were just another ordinary evening. Excellent service and always top-notch food. The seafood was incredibly fresh and the pasta excellent. Good value.

18/07/2026: Good food, but the wait was endless. It wasn't worth the wait. Food was practically served to everyone in the room except us, with people who had sat down well after us. They simply needed two plates of pasta, not to recreate Jupiter and Mars.

24/10/2025: Small restaurant, mostly outdoors. Very small inside. Aperol for €3, and it tasted good, too.
