18/10/2025: WOOOW! One of the best pizza in Palermo but most importantly the kind service, it was an incredible dinner! The staff is so relaxed, knowledgeable and attentive, they make you feel right at home. The pizza dough was super digestible, the ingredients were of high quality and cooked to perfection. Lots of signature delicious pizzas and antipasti. They also have a selection of main dishes. LOOOVE IT! I can’t wait to go back

16/11/2025: Delicious family pizza.... last night we ordered 2 delicious family pizzas, light dough, very topped.... compliments to the pizza chef, they arrived home piping hot. See you next time.
05/11/2025: "I ordered a large pepperoni and olive pizza and was very impressed. The crust was fantastic – slightly crispy on the outside but with a wonderful chewy interior, and they were definitely not shy with the toppings or cheese. The sauce had a great balance of sweetness and tanginess. My only minor complaint is that I wished there were a few more pepperonis, but that's a small detail. I'd definitely order again and highly recommend this place!"

13/09/2025: A brilliant place: a delicious pastry shop but without service or tables; you can order and pick up, or come by and pick up right away. Incredible delicacies. Try the open-baked cassatine. A must-try in the center of Palermo, with a great format and quality!

26/10/2025: We were recommended the cannoli from this ice cream shop if we wanted to take some excellent cannoli back to Spain. We ordered them the day before, and they were perfectly prepared for us to take on the plane. They arrived perfectly and were very good.

The Bagheria white sfincione has few rivals in town.
Just looking at it will whet your appetite, and once you've tasted it, you won't be able to stop.
TIP FOR THE MANAGER:
Install a small cold drinks dispenser.
For me, it's a must-try 😋😋😋

18/11/2025: It's a shame there's no option to give 0. We arrive on Sunday at 1:30 PM and are seated at 2:00 PM. When we make our reservation, they tell us there's a half-hour wait for the first courses, which is fine. At 3:00 PM, the people next to us leave without eating, tired by now. We ask the waitress how far the pasta is going, and she walks away and disappears. We get up too, fed up, and go to pay for our drinks, but nothing. The owner tells us they were preparing them, but by then we'd lost our appetite. At 3:20 PM, we leave hungry. Maybe the food is worth it, I haven't had a chance to try it, but the service certainly isn't. Too many seats for a kitchen that's probably too small. Non-existent service.
04/11/2025: The best gluten-free pizza I've ever had! We celiacs know how difficult it is to find a gluten-free pizza that's even slightly edible...well, Pacinotti's gluten-free pizza is as good as, if not better than, "regular" pizzas. The dough is both soft and crispy, and they also come in so many flavors, you'll easily find one you like. Highly recommended!

I wanted to see the place months before I actually travelled there because I respect their vision and, of course, food looked great in all pictures. They were flexible enough to change my reservation even one hour before, as booking ahead sometimes can come with surprises. When I did manage to eat there, I found two great people, presenting the restaurant and the food in a simple, but meaningful way. Had the degustation menu and 3 wine pairing- food was excellent, all dishes. Some surprising tastes and textures, well balanced food. The wines they chose are the best I drank in Sicily, from Sicily. I recommend it with all my heart.

The shisha was okay.
The biggest flaw that won't keep me coming back are the cocktails, which are excessively and unreasonably expensive. Poorly made, small, and presented in such a simple way that it doesn't help or justify such a high price. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

They make exceptional almond paste desserts, and their savory baked goods are also a must-try.
There are plenty of outdoor seating.
The waiters seem a bit aloof, but they're professional and friendly.

13/12/2025: Great food! I had fortunate pleasure of staying next door so got to try different dishes. As a group ordered the tapas but seafood and meat version. Some of the seafood could go without. Had the local specialty pasta a taianu which was worthwhile to try. Wholesome dish.
Came back for the pistachio cream ravioli. I love cream but this was on the rich side for me. Can still be good for some. Great nutty flavor in the sauce tho.
Luckily I stayed next door so didn’t have to wait in line too much as had the comfort of own place. But during popular dinner hours of 630-7pm this gets a long line. And I went in October. Not sure what line would be like during peak summer
13/12/2025: We were there in December as a couple; the food was delicious, and the prices were reasonable. No waiting or queuing. The service was a bit slow. Nevertheless, highly recommended. We'd come back anytime.
