08/04/2026: An oasis in this noisy city. We ate there twice for dinner. Whether pizza or meat, side dishes or wine or dessert, everything was truly superb. The value for money was sensational. Attentive service and warm, welcoming owners.

09/04/2026: I've been a customer for years, at least ten. In my opinion, Bacchus might even consider closing. Lately, and I mean in the last six months, the food quality has become rubbish. They serve stale, smelly cured meats, rancid ricotta in desserts, stringy sandwiches, and watered-down cocktails. With extreme bitterness, last night, April 8th, I told the waiter I wasn't satisfied. I was probably too polite, because I heard him shrug his shoulders and say, "You're the first, I'm sorry. If you want, talk to the owner." But what's the waiter there for other than to handle this kind of situation? I simply replied that I won't be going there again, and that's how it will be. We were devastated.

31/03/2026: All appearance. Rude and arrogant staff! You see certain photos on the menu, but as soon as you order, you get something completely different. Spritz served in an inappropriate glass!! We order a hot appetizer... and only chips arrive! We order two sandwiches and some ingredients were missing!!! In all this, the waiter leaves the appetizer at the table and tells us that the rest of the appetizer was at the bottom... which means nothing! We call him back for an explanation and magically he knew nothing!!! (There was a couple next to us with a hot appetizer piled high with everything that was supposed to be there, not just chips). So we deduce that either you're a friend or a regular customer, or better yet, you shouldn't even come in for a COFFEE!!!

09/05/2026: I went to this place on Thursday evening because I was on vacation in Sicily. Some local friends had recommended it to me. To be honest, it wasn't that bad, but there are some buts... I had a T-bone and it was medium rare. But really, it wasn't cooked well at all; half of it was overcooked and half medium, while the one that was supposed to be rare was almost raw. And to be honest, I expected a little more attention given the cost of a single slice of meat. The place, at least the room where we were inside, was very hot, and since they had the doors open, there were even flying ants landing on the plates. The cutlery wasn't very clean. And the biggest flaw was the waiters... They looked like vultures circling over corpses in the desert. They were uncomfortable because they kept circling and coming right behind you to see if you were finished. And we can't say they were serving tables, since first of all there wasn't a time slot and secondly the place wasn't full. I personally wouldn't go back..🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

05/05/2026: After several years, I returned with friends for dinner, but unfortunately it's no longer the same pizzeria I remembered. It's crowded, full of kids, and you have to shout to chat, and as for the pizza, I've had better.

16/12/2025: I celebrated my graduation here. Everything was perfect: from the welcome to the quality of the food. Excellent value and a very well-kept location. My guests were thrilled. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

02/05/2026: Excellent trattoria in the heart of Palermo. I celebrated my graduation here many years ago, and I returned, happy to find the same high quality and unwavering kindness. The owner was incredibly kind; my son also ordered a truly delicious clam pasta dish, with top-quality clams. Congratulations!

07/03/2026: A truly delightful discovery. We stumbled upon this trattoria almost by mistake, having booked a table at the adjacent pizzeria of the same name. But as soon as we entered and saw the ambiance, we immediately changed our minds. My wife and I were there on a Friday. The atmosphere was intimate, with several separate rooms where small groups dined in complete tranquility. The first thing we noticed was the absence of the typical "revelry" that too often occurs in restaurants. Then we were drawn to the kindness and friendliness of Mr. Biondo, the owner, who is capable of entertaining you with the history of the place. The food was truly delicious, especially the pasta with the freshest sea urchins, which are brought to you open on a separate plate so you can season it as you like. And the strudel, well-seasoned and just warm, was truly delicious. As mentioned, a delightful discovery.

04/01/2026: We went to this restaurant because the people we were with had been there before and had reported a good experience. We had lunch with appetizers, first courses, and a second course. Everything was really good, with generous portions and a good value. The mushrooms were very fresh. The staff was friendly and always smiling. The location, in the historic center of Castelbuono, offers both indoor and outdoor dining with a panoramic view (especially in the summer). Recommended.

21/04/2026: Cuisine for all tastes. Spectacular first courses. The staff is young and extremely helpful. The pastries and rotisserie are excellent.

08/05/2026: Last night we had an after-work aperitif at the Quartararo bakery. I must say that the aperitif formula is very good and competitively priced. The food is very good and arrives hot on a large platter. Excellent service from the very friendly and professional Marzia.

08/05/2026: A quick aperitivo at around 8:00 PM on April 30th with two friends. The waiter was a bit impatient, probably confused by managing so many customers, but the bartender, if I remember correctly, Margherita, was truly delightful, quick, helpful, and extremely helpful. If it hadn't been for her, we would have had to leave. 5 stars for her.

29/04/2026: Without a doubt the best burger I’ve ever had. Excellent selection of wines and cocktails. Highly recommended.

24/04/2026: Very well-maintained and comfortable location in the historic center. Service is slow, but the food is tasty and high-quality. The burgers are recommended. Prices are medium to high.
