30/07/2024: The pizza isn't that great, poorly seasoned and very very thin.
The waiters were not very alert and distracted, when we asked for a lemon we were told that the chef only uses them to put them in the dishes and therefore he couldn't bring them to the table.....we were outdoors surrounded by lemon trees ....we didn't ask for the moon!
28/07/2024: We ate an excellent pizza, but the waitress Daniela deserves double the salary. Kind, nice and super fast.
Welcoming location and well looked after down to the smallest details. Fully recommended.

09/08/2024: The ice cream here has always been good, but now that I have to eat gluten-free I found a decent choice of flavors here (in some places they only have 4-5 SG flavours) and a lot of attention in the service to avoid contamination. The guys at the counter are well organized and attentive and very helpful. The fridge options are also good. Advised!!!

17/08/2024: Very nicely located on the beach, great view, tastefully decorated, very clean. The food was good, value for money absolutely great. Unfortunately the staff was very quick, after 15 minutes all the food and drinks were at the table, it was a bit rushed - even though there wasn't much going on. A little more time would have been nice, as it gave us the feeling that we should leave again as quickly as possible. All in all it was really nice and recommended.
16/08/2024: Pleasant dinner on this terrace overlooking the sea. Helpful staff, very kind and attentive to guests' needs. The food was very good and well presented. Generous portions and excellent value for money. We will definitely return.

09/08/2024: Absolutely delicious! Fresh and full of flavour. It was nice and cold, and thin, so it was easy and enjoyable to eat. Nice garden out the front. Strongly recommend lemon and hazelnut.

20/08/2024: You enter the ice cream shop and you're at the North Pole, I understand that it's an ice cream shop but, why die of cold?...
I was ignored twice by the sales assistant who let me off the hook for every request... after the 3rd time I explained that the receipt was being printed (my friend was with the receipt in his hand at the checkout) she listened to me.
The ice cream was delicious, shame about the service.

28/08/2024: We went to get two pizzas and, after having kindly and EXPLICITLY asked the waitress several times to tell the pizza chef to be careful not to burn my pizza and to make it less cooked rather than burnt, they brought it to me burnt on the bottom and raw on top - ATTENTION: I had explained to the waitress that not burning the pizza was the only important thing. They bring me the burnt pizza and make it again: burnt again! At the second burnt pizza, I have it taken away and I wait for the other person to finish their pizza, we go to pay and, in addition to the damage of having offered me a terrible service and having left me starving, not caring about offering me a solution, the insult: they also charge me two euros cover charge. Terrible experience!
26/08/2024: The location is very nice and suggestive but the service was terrible to say the least. As soon as my friend and I sat down at the table, two waitresses approached us (in rotation) to ask us if we were ready, asking the same question literally every 10 seconds. I had ordered a 300g entrecote and I received a fillet weighing less than 200g. Furthermore, I had asked the waitress what was in the grilled vegetables and she had told me that there would be courgettes, aubergines, mushrooms and radicchio but when the dish arrived the radicchio was not there.
As if that wasn't enough, I had asked them to bring me the oil and salt to season the meat (which should be a given in a restaurant) and instead the waitress only brought me the oil, not realizing that the salt was missing: I had to do numerous the same request several times until I got up and personally asked another waiter to bring me salt.

25/08/2024: Quality restaurant. Faced with our visible difficulties in expressing ourselves, the (probably) boss made the effort to communicate in French and it was very kind.
The dishes are generously offered and despite a visibly rich menu, I had difficulty making my choice because “Google translate” was working slowly. Perhaps offering a map in English would be appreciated but this is just a suggestion.
24/08/2024: Because when you want to pass off normal prawns to me, you deserve a star for Mazara prawns. Rude waitress

24/08/2024: Very good restaurant, the staff is very welcoming and smiling, we loved it! The waitress did her best to understand us and recommended the best recipe. The quality of pasta is much better than the tourist traps on the main street. It’s nice to see through the window the chef preparing the pasta, you really feel respected.
23/08/2024: We managed to find a good pasta dish in Palermo. The service is excellent and the environment is also welcoming. The pasta is sublime, the seasonings really good, and you can feel that everything is top quality! There is a wide choice, everything is delicious and also very filling. We will definitely be back!!!

19/08/2024: Nice but distracting place, with rude employees.
Tried one evening with my girlfriend to have a drink and eat a cannoli, 20 minutes of waiting to take the order and there was practically no one there.
The following day we decided to try breakfast, we were very disappointed. We ordered two brioches with granita, to be taken into consideration we had to attract the attention of the barmaid in every possible way, when we told her that we had ordered two brioches with granita she asked us (in a very annoyed way) "but you have them do you pay?" even though we had shown the receipt. Having collected the order from the counter, we sat down and, tasting the granita, we realized that the strawberries used were probably not very fresh, practically spoiled.
(we have both worked in catering for years, we know what we are talking about.
19/08/2024: Everything is terrible, starting with the service: chaotic, you don't understand anything and very rude.
We order a granita with brioches, we go to the counter to get them and no one counts us for at least 10/15 minutes even though at that moment there was no one queuing in the ice cream shop area. We were trying to get noticed but still no look or sign that they wanted to serve us.
Finally, after a while, a girl calculates us and, very annoyed, tells us to wait longer, asking us what we were doing there if we had ordered. We communicate the order, complete with receipt in hand, he decides to make us wait longer and finally prepares the order, halfway: we only need the granitas. So I point out that the croissants were missing and instead of apologizing, she arrogantly asks us "but did you pay for them???" After, I repeat, we had the receipt in her hand which she didn't even bother to read, she was so annoyed about serving us.
Food: the granitas were terrible and only had two types: strawberry and lemon. In Sicily. Let's take the strawberry one and alas they had clearly gone bad. The brioches at least were decent, but probably not fresh.
I have often been to Sicily and honestly I have never found a worse granita with brioche, I would expect it in the north not in Sicily.

03/08/2024: To flee !!! Too long, too expensive, pizza not good, the waiters are not smiling!!! It is a very expensive and poor quality canteen.
Even the €4 slices of pizza very close to this restaurant are much better.
Last restaurant after 15 days of vacation in Palermo and really bad on every level!!
