05/01/2026: No clue why this place gets reviews this high, it must be influencers or something. Out of all the pizzas we had in Palermo this was probably some of the worst. Everything was dry: the dough, barely any sauce, and no taste, overall not a pleasant experience. You could probably find a better pizza walking into a random place anywhere in Palermo.

His dishes are an experience for the eyes and the palate, combining technique, flavor, and a unique charm. At the Bar: Francesco Gaiano is a master behind the bar, with exceptional drinks and great professionalism. At the Bakery: Massimo in the pizzeria churns out spectacular pizzas, with perfect dough and cooking. In the Dining Room: Giovanni Fiorelli and the entire team welcome you with such attention, kindness, and energy that make you feel immediately at home. A beautiful atmosphere and an extraordinary staff that all pulls in the same direction. When you come here, you experience the region at its best. Highly recommended, I will definitely be back.
