14/08/2025: This place has become our favorite in Palermo :) Very friendly service, delicious coffee and pastries—both sweet and savory. And to top it all off, the location is fantastic, with a view of the cathedral.

14/08/2025: Great welcome, excellent service, and some of the best products in the area. I especially recommend the watermelon granita 🍉 and the cannoli. The Iris speaks for itself.

29/07/2025: I'm reluctant to give this a very negative review. Unfortunately, my last experience was absolutely terrible. I bought a brioche with gluten-free and dairy-free ice cream, and although the waitress reassured me that there was no contamination from either source (I ordered chocolate and vanilla), after a few hours at home I felt terrible (that evening, that night, and the next morning). Unfortunately, when I tried to contact the ice cream shop at the number listed on Google, no one ever answered. The phone seems to be disconnected. I would have reported the lactose contamination, which, given my symptoms, was certain, but I haven't been able to discuss it with anyone. I hope at least the review is visible to the right people and that no one else besides me is poisoned.

29/07/2025: I came in there like 10 minutes before closing time and I work in a restaurant myself, so I know how much you hate the people who come in just before the end, while you're already cleaning up. So they weren't really the friendliest, which is, like I said, understandable. But the vegan pistacchio gelato + brioch were pretty good.

11/08/2025: Reheated arancini.... Exorbitant price...I've never paid €4 for an arancini in Palermo... It's madness... Central Palermo has become a place only for tourists and no longer for Palermitans... Come back HUMBLE!!!

19/05/2025: So, first of all, the atmosphere was really nice and the waiters were very attentive… One star goes to the person in the kitchen, unfortunately more people at the table felt sick after eating, nausea and vomiting, apparently it seemed good, but the effects were felt anyway

17/07/2025: What can I say? Every time we go to the old farmhouse, it's a wonderful experience. We never go wrong. The quality of the food is excellent, the service is excellent. Kudos to Mr. Gino and Fabio's kindness, who always make us feel at home. Thank you very much.

Furthermore, the restaurant area offers an equally positive culinary experience, with carefully prepared dishes that I thoroughly enjoyed. This café is undoubtedly a place to highly recommend to anyone seeking a complete, high-quality gastronomic experience, whether for a sweet treat or a delicious meal. Excellent value. A true gem!

28/06/2025: The Negroni Sbagliato and Aperol Spritz were very well mixed. The Negroni, in particular, was beautifully balanced and refreshing. The ambiance outside is really nice, a relaxed atmosphere right in the old town. Perfect for an aperitivo.

27/06/2025: A small café with the best coffee in town! The cappuccino is made at the perfect temperature, and they offer different kinds of milk. Cozy, charming, and full of heart — a lovely little spot!

25/07/2025: We celebrated my son's graduation and everything was perfect. The owners welcomed us with great kindness and hospitality. The service from all the staff was excellent, as was the preparation of the dishes, elegantly presented at the table. Kudos to those who work with such passion and professionalism.

The food was the best of everything we had throughout our entire trip- HUGE portions at amazing prices and not a single bad dish to be had. Definitely stop by here if you have the chance!

07/07/2025: To say that the ice cream is good is really an understatement… Here at Cicciuzzu I ate the best ice cream of my life! The “Sapori di Sicilia” flavor is something exceptional, an explosion of authentic aromas and flavors that I will never forget. Congratulations indeed!

18/06/2025: Our weekly stop to enjoy an excellent Aperol spritz accompanied by chips and olives, done "very well". Considering that we are in a very touristy street and after having tried many places, where they present you with colored water, this is the best for everything: excellent service, friendly staff, very nice atmosphere, pleasant music. We always opt to sit outside in the open air but inside it is very nice also because there is a nice display of wines. See you next time 😉
