07/04/2026: Reservations for 1 PM. We arrived early for a drink. There were 10 of us, we ordered around 2 PM, but the food arrived at 4 PM. The staff and owner were completely unhelpful. In the end, we weren't even offered a coffee. Not recommended, especially since all the entrees were raw.

06/04/2026: Great location, delicious gluten-free pizza and hot appetizer. The place is not crowded, and the service is excellent and fast. P.S. The hot appetizers and gluten-free pizzas are also good.

11/03/2026: A photo of the slice of vegan Blackie I brought to celebrate my doctorate with colleagues. The cake was completely gone and everyone loved it, with a delicious hazelnut flavor. I highly recommend it, not only as a place to visit if you enjoy the company (and respect) of cats, but also as a pastry shop with expertise in both standard cakes and some vegan treats (like Blackie or Codina, both very good cakes).

Thanks also to the Director, who accompanied us from start to finish, accommodating our every request with professionalism, availability, and great patience. The food was simply perfect: plentiful, high-quality, and truly delicious. Even today, all our guests continue to compliment us. 28/06/2026: We dined at the Velvet pizzeria restaurant in Bolognetta, and the experience was overall positive. The pizza is truly excellent: I chose the Vassasta, well-topped, tasty, and made with quality ingredients. The first courses were also very good, especially their tagliatelle, well-crafted and flavorful. The appetizer, however, was a bit smaller in quantity than expected. A less positive note was the wait: despite having a 9:30 PM reservation, the pizzas didn't arrive until around 11:30 PM, a decidedly long wait that impacted the overall experience. The location is easy to find, located at the entrance to Bolognetta, just after the roundabout, next to a gas station. During the summer, most of the tables are outdoors, making for a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. Special praise goes to the dining room staff: the waiters were extremely kind, courteous, and always available, contributing with professionalism to welcoming customers in the best possible way. Overall, Velvet is a place worth a visit for the quality of its cuisine and pizza. With better management of service times, the experience could be truly excellent.

11/04/2026: Excellent mini Japanese street food restaurant in the center of Palermo on Via Valerio Villareale. I recommend eating there. Since it's a small restaurant run primarily by one person, there are only a few tables, but my girlfriend and I always find a spot. Prices are reasonable. Excellent food. It's a type of food I don't think you'll find anywhere else in Palermo. Highly recommended.
