04/10/2025: We visited Do'House twice — once just for drinks and once for a light dinner. The first time, we enjoyed two excellent glasses of Franciacorta. It’s worth noting that they have a fully stocked enoteca with a wide range of wines at very reasonable bottle prices, plus an impressive selection of craft beers. For our second visit, we went for a casual meal — panini and piadini — and ordered a couple of starters. They turned out so generous that the chef kindly suggested we see whether we still had room for the mains. We didn’t — but that wasn’t a problem at all! Prices are incredibly fair: around €6.50 for a freshly made burger or panino, which is hard to beat anywhere. All in all, we’d happily eat and drink at Do'House again whenever we’re in Castelbuono — which, by the way, is an absolutely charming little town.

20/08/2025: I really liked it. You leave the center of Palermo, a 24-hour chaos, behind. You enter a quieter, more relaxed world... less noise, with the sea just a stone's throw away. Relatively simple service, not pompous or overly elaborate. Average prices (not excessive, but not low either: I'd still call them fair). Good food, simple but carefully prepared, and accompanied by a variety of sauces. Fud Bottega Sicula (here in the seafood version) is a good guarantee of quality.

28/09/2025: I stumbled upon this place randomly, as i was looking for a bite next to my Airbnb and it was raining quite heavily. The staff was absolutely lovely and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. The food was splendid - my first ever Sicilian Tartare + pannelle with a twist - and so was the wine. It's hard to go wrong with Etna Rosso, but this one was particulary good. The place is also beautiful; feels cosy and modern at the same time. Definitely recommend!

29/08/2025: A lovely pizzeria in Palermo's Libertà neighborhood, with both indoor and outdoor seating. The dough is good, but we preferred the Sicilian options on the menu. They're tasty, rich in bold flavors (Rianata and Sciavata), but perhaps better suited to sharing among multiple diners for a variety of flavors. All the ingredients are good quality. I would recommend, based on personal preference, considering the ingredients on the Sicilian pizzas, offering lighter versions on the menu to enhance the different flavors (e.g., pecorino, which I also enjoy, paired with tuma and anchovies makes the mix too strong for a whole pizza). The pizzas aren't cheap, but the quality of the ingredients used makes its impact. However, I find the cover charge excessive for the type of establishment.

17/10/2025: One of the best all-you-can-eat sushi restaurants Kind and friendly staff Friendly Quiet place Excellent food I go there often and I can assure you it's addictive. I highly recommend it. €30/€40 per person, including wine and dessert.

13/10/2025: Very good sushi restaurant with friendly service. Marco spoke English well enough that we were able to communicate well despite my lack of Italian. Delicious sushi at a fair price!

04/09/2025: The best ice cream shop in the area! The ice cream is creamy, fresh, and made with quality ingredients. The flavors are original and always varied: from timeless classics to more unusual creations. The portions are generous, and the staff is always friendly and smiling.

27/08/2025: Very beautiful and elegant location; excellent rotisserie, ice cream and pastries; I personally love the pizza, I have ordered different cakes on many occasions and they have always been a great success; the staff is very friendly, kind and welcoming, attentive to satisfy every customer's need; I highly recommend it!!!

21/08/2025: Let's just say that as far as the atmosphere goes, there's nothing better in the city. The food is also "excellent and plentiful," with a wide selection. The staff is mostly friendly. Prices are good. Ample parking is available.

23/06/2025: Consigliato da un amico abbiamo provato questo ristorante per il pranzo! Gentilezza e cordialità sono il biglietto da visita! Attenzione ai dettagli e un menu davvero invitante. Antipasti buonissimi. Tartare deliziose e una frittura leggera e molto ben assortita! le bussiate con il pesto alla trapanese eccezionali. Ma la cosa che ci ha fatto perdere proprio la testa…. Il dessert “dolce e salato” da provare assolutamente anche se si è completamente sazi…

24/07/2025: Found the quant bar on our last night in a side street which has lots of tiny umbrellas hung from string overhead. Great choice of drinks and wife had her best vodka and coke on the island. Wished we found this bar earlier

19/05/2025: The staff is very kind and frendly. I think they are the ones who own the place. I would give them 10 stars. We drank cocktails, beer and they even did mocktails for the kids. We got a lot of snacks and even olives for free with the drinks. The places has it on charm. Music is AWSOME, they do latina music and 2000s rnb-pop. We where hear on monday night, so we didn’t get to enoy the whole weekend vibe but we had so much fun. Recommend. :)

20/10/2025: INTRODUCTION: I've been coming to this place for about 10 years, if not longer. I've eaten here several times and have always had a good experience. I've always recommended this place because they serve unique dishes that are hard to find elsewhere, especially with very generous portions considering the low price. However, I'm realizing that in the long run, it doesn't do the place much good. Low prices for very large portions don't allow the place to improve. They're having a hard time operating and need MORE STAFF!!!!!!, ESPECIALLY IN THE KITCHEN!!!! They made us wait LITERALLY AN HOUR AND A HALF for dinner, justifying it by saying that the Mexican food section had some problems and was backed up. I appreciate the apologies from the embarrassed waiters, but it's really frustrating to see people arrive after me, eat right away, and leave. I saw individual tables occupied by three different families during the evening. I had recommended this place to two of my friends and came with them and my girlfriend. It was their first time, and they had a terrifying experience. After years of coming to this place, after this evening, I'm convinced it will probably be my last. The experience was awful, but I'll continue to recommend the place, because all in all, the food is good. I especially thank one of the waiters, the guy with the dreadlocks, who seemed like the only one who actually cared about us, unlike someone who just walked by without so much as a glance. ADVICE IMPROVE OR INCREASE THE KITCHEN STAFF. YOU CAN'T AFFORD THESE MISTAKES AFTER ALL THESE YEARS. I hope to change this review in the future.

18/10/2025: The food is good, the atmosphere is nice, but the service is really slow, about 20 minutes just for the appetizer. From 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM and we're still waiting for the pizzas. Terrible service on a Saturday.

17/09/2025: A classic, very characteristic farmhouse with plenty of space and thoughtful furnishings. The staff is friendly, and the owner, "Renzo," is helpful and kind. Excellent pizza, highly recommended.
