Read until the end! In many places across Sicily, restaurants often ask for positive reviews, which means some ratings do not always reflect the real experience. In my opinion, that is not the right way to earn trust. This restaurant, however, truly deserves a perfect 10/10! Excellent and delicious food, high-quality ingredients, and kind, professional staff who reflect the true spirit of the place. A restaurant where you feel genuinely welcomed and where the food is outstanding. We will definitely come back!

A welcoming, family-friendly place. Excellent for those who want to experience authentic Sicilian flavors. The house platter and the snapper ravioli are highly recommended. We'll be back for the couscous!

Cold caponata, I couldn't fully appreciate the flavors of its ingredients. My fault for not asking for it to be reheated. Fresh salad and breaded tuna with chopped pistachios, cooked tartare style, just the way I like it.

Lunch at this restaurants was meravlioza. Ordered Frito misto, and tuna fish. Everything perfect, local wine tasty and not expensive. Spend 2 hours here. Very nice place:

The setting is simply exceptional: located just steps from the salt flats, the restaurant offers a unique, serene, and almost magical atmosphere, especially at sunset. The dishes are prepared with great finesse: fresh ingredients, perfectly balanced flavors, and elegant presentation. Every bite was a true delight. The service is also impeccable: attentive, friendly, and always ready to offer advice. You can feel a genuine passion for both the cuisine and the hospitality. A true gem in the heart of the salt flats!
