The chef is a wonderful person, extremely knowledgeable, and friendly, and the food is truly SPECIAL. Definitely worth a try!

Since we were in Segesta to visit the archaeological park, we decided to eat at Calatafimi. We made reservations at this restaurant and ate for four. The food was good, but the service was extremely slow. One waiter for the entire dining room on a Sunday. We had a long wait. The dining room isn't particularly welcoming. A bit dark. The food, however, was good. Pasta alla norma and very good fried fish. I won't be rushing to return.

High-quality ingredients, expertly cooked with authentic flavors. Chef Pietro knows how to handle the ingredients with just the right balance. Claudio, in the dining room, is frank and friendly.
If I had to find a flaw...the dishes were too generous!
