We were driving from Catania to Palermo and were looking for a stop to grab a bite to eat. What we got was much more. We were warmly welcomed and had a truly exquisite meal. Honest and pure Italian food. When they knew we were celebrating our 60th wedding anniversary, we received a complimentary glass of bubbly and toasted with them. The hospitality was unprecedented and matched the standard of the food. Thank you so much again.

Great down-to-earth Italien and Sicilian cuisine. We were served quickly and with great attention to detail. The pasta and salad were delicious. Great for a stop on the way to or from Palermo to Catania.

Easter lunch in a small but welcoming location. Friendly, family-friendly service, excellent homemade food. Excellent value; the set menu was a little less expensive than other nearby places.

Friendly staff, beautiful location, and top-notch food. We had a mixed appetizer and battered vegetables, plus two plates of pasta alla norma. Well-behaved dogs are welcome. We'll definitely be back next time we visit Scillato.

What a lovely restaurant and such friendly people! We arrived at 2:00 PM, stressed from a busy morning – it's actually only open until 3:00 PM – but we were still able to enjoy a leisurely and substantial meal. What can I say? From the appetizer to my wife's pasta and risotto, to the meat dish, everything was absolutely wonderful. Even our seven-month-old daughter was treated with such care. So we could eat in peace, the owner even showed her around the kitchen. We wholeheartedly recommend it!

19/04/2026: Ristorante 131 - Alibi, located on Via della Libertà in Palermo, was a pleasant discovery. The atmosphere is relaxing and the service impeccable. Erica and Samuele are extremely kind, friendly, and professional. We had the pleasure of meeting the chef, who prepared delicious dishes with the freshest and finest ingredients. See you next time. Highly recommended!
09/04/2026: What can I say, the guys have talent, they'll grow up and one day they'll have a nice Michelin star :-D. Perfect evening, food: a concentration of Sicily in every bite, they were always smiling and helpful, even with my elderly mother. Top evening.
