Ricotta cassatelle...I dream about them at night...they're excellent. The best. I'm from Catania, and one of the reasons I often travel to Castelvetrano is the cassatelle. I eat about thirty in two days...go and try them, they're worth the trip. A tip: ask for them fried on the spot...they make all the difference.
