07/06/2025: A very pleasant escape from the Roman heat! We came for lunch to escape the heat of Rome and just for the coolness found, sitting under a giant chestnut tree immersed in a wonderful chestnut grove, it was absolutely worth it. The food? Truly excellent. My tagliata with porcini mushrooms was 10 and praise! I also tasted a simply stratospheric zuppa inglese, prepared in the old way: simple, genuine and delicious. Excellent service, with a very nice and professional Sardinian waiter. The owner was also friendly and helpful. A detail that I particularly appreciated: even if you eat outside, smoking is not allowed in the dining area. A big round of applause to the owner for this choice! Finally, a note of merit for the toilets: clean, tidy and fragrant, which is not a given in a simple and easy-going place, but in this case decidedly better than those of many renowned restaurants. We will definitely be back! Enza

15/04/2025: We stopped here on the way to Tuscany. Seems to be all locals here. Food was absolutely amazing. Best pasta I have had in Italy. Noodles had the perfect bite to it.

15/05/2025: I stopped by chance at the Accademia del Gusto 1990 after finding it on Google Maps… never was a better choice! The place is a real gem: pleasant, welcoming atmosphere and with a refined and original decor that immediately captures the attention. But the real star is the food: excellent quality, prepared with great care and taste. I ordered an amatriciana and the boiled meatballs, both spectacular. I was in company, so I also had the pleasure of tasting the eggplant parmigiana and the gricia: everything really delicious, authentic and well-balanced flavors. A special mention for the homemade bread: fragrant, fragrant and perfect for the final “scarpetta”… a real treat!

17/04/2025: Went for dinner with friends. Good choice of fried foods, good and well made, the chips nice and crunchy. The choice of burgers and slippers was also interesting: I took the king kong which was a real bomb, substantial and well stuffed, but I also had the opportunity to try the ciabatta and it deserved it. In terms of desserts, I was expecting the same choice and instead you can only get the (cooked) American cheesecake, which was still good even if not everyone liked it, certainly not the raw one we are used to. The staff very kind. Very small place, I always recommend booking. 9 of us with some fried food, drinks, a sandwich each and 3 desserts, around €30 each.

17/04/2025: Andati per una cena tra amici. Buona scelta di fritti, buoni e ben fatti, le chips belle croccanti. Anche la scelta di burgers e ciabatte interessante: ho preso il king kong che era una bella bomba, sostanzioso e ben farcito, ma ho avuto modo di assaggiare anche la ciabatta e meritava. A livello di dolci mi aspettavo la stessa scelta e invece si può prendere solo l'American cheescake (cotta), che comunque era buona anche se non è piaciuta a tutti, sicuramente non è quella cruda a cui siamo abituati. Il personale molto gentile. Locale molto piccolo, consiglio sempre di prenotare. In 9 con qualche fritto, bevande, un panino a testa e 3 dolci, circa 30€ a testa.

22/05/2025: Stopped in attracted by fairy lights and menu, sat outside through an untypical rainstorm for 2 hours during which we had primi, 2 secondi, 2 desserts and coffee and ended up inside for amari. Such great and pleasant service! Photo before rain.

17/05/2025: A place with a very relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, especially thanks to the choice of background music. The service was present and courteous, above all they recommended us a white wine of excellent quality. The dishes were also very good and tasty. It's a shame that we removed some dishes from the menu, including some delicious gnocchi with cuttlefish ink that I tried a year earlier.

24/03/2025: 15 of us stayed in this facility. We were struck by the competence, kindness, hospitality and harmony of all the staff who gave us so much positivity. The cuisine was excellent, including vegetarian and vegan dishes. The very kind chef Giorgio also explained the recipes to us. Highly recommended.

11/05/2025: Very first experience in an Indian restaurant. Here I tasted one of the best rice dishes ever, I drank some fresh and good drinks. I ate a lot and in such tranquility, an exceptional place and very kind people. I highly recommend coming here to eat great rice but also great meat

The food is excellent, the photos don't do it justice. The prices are fair. I thought I would spend more because the quality of what we ate and drank is very high. There are parking lots right next to the tavern.

03/04/2025: We ate at this restaurant last night and were very well received. The location is truly typical. Very accurate! We had an appetizer, really excellent fallafel, never eaten so good. It was the first time we ate injera, really good and tasty. There is the possibility of eating spicy and spicy but also not spicy. You will also find typical Ethiopian beer, coffee and teas.
