30/12/2025: I love this place. I've been going there since I was very young. I love everything here: the pizza is Roman, thin and easy to digest, the atmosphere is warm, and the owner is a wonderful person. In the winter, there's always a fireplace, and in the summer, there are outdoor tables for enjoying the cool air. Highly recommended!

07/03/2026: The pizza is easy to digest, with good, high-quality ingredients. The beers are good, with a wide selection. Service is unfortunately slow, taking about an hour for the pizza, and the atmosphere, while very refined, is noisy (the low ceiling certainly doesn't help, as it amplifies normal conversation).

Impeccable service, attentive but never intrusive, with a rare level of professionalism and elegance. He's one of those waiters who make the dining experience even more enjoyable: precise, kind, and always with the right advice at the right time. My sincere compliments to Tiziano; service like this makes all the difference.

08/03/2026: Some friends and I chose Agriturismo La Melazza for a Sunday lunch. It was our first time there and, probably, our last. The basic concept is interesting: they organize lunch with families with children in mind, with entertainers who keep them entertained while the parents eat. On paper, it's a great idea. The problem is that, given how it's organized, it's still just an idea with a lot of room for improvement. As soon as we entered, we immediately noticed a certain amount of confusion. We had to wait for about five minutes standing without anyone welcoming us or directing us to our table, while the line behind us continued to grow. The main room is very large, but the tables are too close together. Plus, there's music from the entertainers working with the children. It must be said that the entertainers are always smiling and helpful, so there's nothing to complain about. The key is the organization: if the goal is for families to relax during lunch, putting entertainment, music, and tables all in the same room only creates a lot of chaos. It's difficult to even have a simple conversation at the table without the music practically in your ears. The food could also be improved. The menu is set but fairly bland, with nothing that really stands out. For example, the fennel salad seemed to have been prepared the day before; it was wilted and had a bit of water at the bottom. Overall, a decent lunch, but without any particular strengths. The only thing I found really nice was the opportunity for children to go on a pony ride (€5), which is definitely a fun experience for them. It's just a shame that it's offered without a receipt, despite the number of children attending. In short, there are better options for spending a Sunday at a farmhouse. There's potential here, but more attention to organization, space management, and service quality is needed.

26/12/2025: A unique place...when I pass through Marino, I always stop by...the white pizza with mortadella is one of the best in all of Rome and the surrounding province, and their biscuits are also delicious...the staff is extremely friendly, and since they moved to the new location, you can also enjoy a comfortable sit-down lunch. In addition to pizza in various flavors, you can also enjoy daily specials like lasagna or Roman dishes like beans with crème fraîche and other delicacies... Congratulations to all the staff at Forno Raparelli...

06/11/2025: Marino's historic bakery offers excellent mortadella pizza, as well as other options. For those who prefer, they also offer other dishes besides pizza. The desserts are also excellent, always from their wood-fired oven.

02/04/2026: I ordered takeout. The ramen came with broth on the side, which was great for reheating. The flavor was very delicate; let's just say it tasted a little light. The curry rice was very light. This too was very flavorless. The fried chicken was embarrassing. The photos speak for themselves. I didn't even have the courage to try it. People had good things to say about it, but from my personal experience, the reputation is completely unjustified.

31/03/2026: Solid choice of ramen for Rome, it has a diverse menu which will please most customers who want a break from pizza and pasta. Everything tasted good and the service was attentive and kind. I sat at the bar and was kindly served directly my the chef and staff. I also liked the 90s house music. I believe the pasta is made in hose and portioned and dried for later use as part of the production service. My chicken karaage (4 pieces) was made to order, served hot with mayonaise and a wedge of lemon. They did not use kewpie mayo which has a higher yolk proportion and is slightly yellow. This was regular white mayo. The ramen was nice for a chilly evening, but had only one slice of pork, half of a soft boiled egg and some spinach. I'm not sure they use bone broth though becauee it lacked that creaminess of rendered marrow and collagen. I saw a teaspoon of a flavour powder and some squirts of seasoning oil and soy sauce before the ramen was added with a ladle of pasta water. I'd be happy to be corrected though. The bao was also made to order with 1 fried karaage piece, some shredded cabbage, amd a squirt of mayonnaise. The experience waa nice but for the portion sizes and production shortcuts, it was overpriced coming in at €27.
