06/10/2025: Super nice staff! They were very kind and had a great sense of humor. The food was delicious and served quickly. So close to the world-famous Pantheon, we were surprised to find such a lovely restaurant with friendly staff, great food, and fair prices. We even decided to come back the next day — and they still remembered us, despite the hundreds of guests and people passing by their restaurant every day.

02/10/2025: The food might be edible, but the staff’s attitude is completely unpalatable. Rude responses, eye-rolling, and zero hospitality—they made me regret every second spent in this so-called “restaurant.” Save your money and dignity, and eat anywhere else.

02/10/2025: Excellent ramen in an easy-to-reach location, close to the B metro line (Piramide). Good selection of ramen, including vegetarian options. Prices are slightly higher than usual. Very friendly staff, although there was a bit of a wait for service. Recommended, I'll be back!

16/09/2025: Good. We'll be back. We went for lunch today and had a great meal. A modern trattoria, bringing a modern twist to all the classic Roman dishes. Quality food. Wide selection of appetizers, first courses, second courses, side dishes, and more. Vegetarians are also welcome. The desserts are delicious and authentic. We'll be back because we want to try other dishes; they're very inviting. The place is small and clean. The welcome is friendly. The price is fair and reasonable.

07/09/2025: Once again, a positive out-of-town experience. The menu is extensive and original, with a lot of attention paid to vegetables! The ingredients are top-quality and not left to chance. The dishes are beautifully crafted...must try!

13/08/2025: Friendly staff and excellent gelato. For those with lactose intolerance, I recommend the pistachio, which is even better than the regular one. When we stop, we're always tempted to get a second helping!

25/09/2025: A restaurant nestled in the villages of Minturno! We dined outside in a unique atmosphere. The service was excellent, as was the wide selection of recommended products! The appetizers were excellent... and the pizza was superb! I highly recommend it.

We had fabulous Butter Chicken! A familiar and comfortable atmosphere that doesn't detract from the pleasant intimacy of a dinner. We'll definitely be back!

04/10/2025: Exceptional evening 🍾🥂, being at the San Giorgio Hotel we were looking for a nearby restaurant that we could reach on foot and in the end we opted for Quintessenza, a very nice and well-kept place with a modern style, the staff were very kind, young and smiling, all the dishes chosen were well-presented and delicious to eat, top-quality raw materials, definitely a place to try if you come to Fiuggi. Many more compliments to all the staff 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

28/09/2025: A beautiful seafood restaurant in Fiuggi. The rooms are sophisticated and elegant, and the staff is very courteous and helpful. The food is delicious, with fresh fish and generous portions. The price is fair for what you get.

02/09/2025: On vacation in Tuscia, we stayed at S'Osteria for a week. We loved the place; though basic, it has a refined and cheerful style, and it's centrally located. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, the breakfast was a treat with homemade desserts, and the staff was truly friendly and ready to offer advice. We also took advantage of the excellent restaurant, which is interesting because the menu includes both traditional dishes and pizza, as well as more unusual options. For example, the cold vegetable soup turned out to be a gazpacho, much appreciated after a hot summer day. We really enjoyed our stay.

12/09/2025: Really delicious crepes – I had the one with chestnut cream. Prices were reasonable, and gluten-free options are available too.
