06/04/2025: As soon as we entered at 7.50pm we ordered and so far everything was normal. When the dishes arrived I had ordered a red sausage and chips pizza and I received a Margherita with a bad consistency, I said I didn't want it, but he forced me to eat it and then take it back. When it arrived at 9.10pm the chips were from the San Carlo bag and he gave me a pizza cutter to cut them for me. Comment summary: The wait is exaggerated The food is not very good on a Saturday The waiters try to force you to eat other dishes Prices too high 1 coke €2 and a Margherita pizza €6.50 This has happened to me a few other times too and thanks for reading.

26/05/2025: Tonight we went to eat pizza for the first time at the Ristorante Pizzeria "Sustable" and everything was delicious. I ate a fresh tuna and onion pizza and it was exquisite. The fried food was also delicious. Very welcoming place and very kind staff. I recommend it to everyone. We will definitely be back

25/05/2025: A unique experience, delicious food and generous portions, the gluten free pizzas are amazing but the real revelation was the friendliness and courtesy of the staff but above all of the owner who accompanied us during the evening giving us lots of advice and explanations on gluten free. We will definitely be back

12/05/2025: I went with my sister-in-law and I will never go back, the prices of each SINGLE were reduced WHAT increases by approximately 70% for each piece. . this is not a right service. . 2 coffees sitting down 5 euros, a slice of fluffy cake to take away 4.50 euros per table 6 euros. . I found it absurd. . for 2 biscuits, 2 fluffy and 2 coffees we paid 22 euros. . I would have bought a cake in a pastry shop at this price. . never again

26/05/2025: Disappointing experience from every point of view. The service was really low level: inattentive staff and waiting times that were definitely too long. I understand that it was Saturday night, but for this very reason you expect a little more organization, especially from a pizzeria that should be prepared to handle the weekend crowds. The pizza diavola arrived visibly badly rolled out, with an irregular shape and uneven cooking. The toppings were even worse: scarce, poorly distributed and with ingredients that did not seem fresh at all. The final result was a dish neglected both in appearance and taste. A real shame, because the reviews read previously had created different expectations. I hope that this is an isolated episode, but at the moment I cannot recommend this place nor do I intend to return soon.

02/05/2025: Tutto buono. Personale gentile, locale pulito, sedute comode. Ci siamo andati di giovedì, dopo le 21, pochi tavoli occupati e personale molto disponibile. Sarà che ci siamo stati in settimana, senza il trambusto del weekend, però era tutto buono. Prezzi nella media.

04/06/2025: This place was great. Not sure why it only has a 3.7 rating. I had their Margarita, which was called the Lemongarita. It was the best Margarita I have had, and that says a lot because I am from Texas. My wife had the Lemoncello Sour. She loved it. We then had the melon, prosciutto and cheese plate. It was delicious. Then we had the lemon pasta. It was super good. The taste of lemon was just right. We had great service too. Definitely recommend.

02/06/2025: The people working in this restaurant are not happy. It reflects in the service. The patio is nice and conveniently located. I had the seafood pasta and it was tasty. My girlfriend asked what kind of steak was on the menu and was told “Beef” Turns out it was a T bone. She asked for medium rare and there wasn’t even pink. When the waitress came to take away the half eaten steak I told her we asked for medium rare. She looked and said “oh it’s well done.” That was the end of it. Paid our bill and left. This is really a 3 * restaurant with bad service. Too bad because I think it would have potential.

01/05/2025: Sono un accompagnatore turistico, mi fermo spesso dai ragazzi de Il Cuoppo a via Tribunali, Daniele e Mudy sono sempre gentilissimi e a piena disposizione, i miei clienti sono sempre super contenti del cibo e del servizio, lo raccomando veramente. Ps: per chi si lamenta della gran folla di persone su via Tribunali, mi sento di dire a tutti che il centro storico di Napoli è così signori, gran quantità di persone che si divertono e mangiano bene e grande atmosfera di festa sempre 🙂

05/05/2025: My new regular meeting point, often with live music (guitar-bar), many friends and acquaintances who were former customers of kmzero in via alvino and above all the magical Roberto, former manager of kmzero who is now manager at opera taste factory, he always knows how to make you feel at home! I don't know about food, I only drink, wine and beer are quality.

12/04/2025: En un mar de pizza y pasta este lugar te da un respiro. Después de dos semanas en el sur de Italia fue bueno conseguir un cambio. Personal muy amable y servicio rápido. Estándar japonés cocinado bien a un buen precio. Bonito restaurante dentro. Fuera, como la mayoría de los restaurantes en Sorento, se come en una carretera con ruido de tráfico fuerte. Recomendaría este lugar a pocos pasos de la plaza principal.

30/03/2025: ❌ ESPERIENZA PESSIMA, ATTENZIONE AI PREZZI TRUFFA! ❌ Siamo stati in questa pizzeria e purtroppo è stata una delusione totale. Dal momento del conto ci siamo accorti di numerose discrepanze tra i prezzi riportati sul menu e quelli effettivamente addebitati. • Coperto: sul menu è indicato a 2€, ma ci è stato fatto pagare 2,50€ a testa. • Pizze: indipendentemente dal prezzo indicato sul menu (molte erano a 7€), ci sono state fatte pagare tutte 9€. • Antipasti: abbiamo ordinato 2 cuoppi da 8€ l’uno, ma ce ne hanno portati 4, con anche fiori di zucca che non avevamo chiesto, arrivando a 52€ di antipasto. • Bibite: anche le Coca-Cola hanno subito un rincaro ingiustificato, da 2,50€ (prezzo del menu) a 3€ l’una. Abbiamo fatto notare la situazione al personale, ma anziché delle scuse abbiamo ricevuto solo indifferenza. Nessuna spiegazione, nessun tentativo di rimediare. Un’esperienza davvero negativa, ci siamo sentiti imbrogliati. Sconsigliatissimo! ⚠️ (Allego foto dello scontrino come prova)

30/03/2025: ❌ BAD EXPERIENCE, BEWARE OF SCAM PRICES! ❌ We went to this pizzeria and unfortunately it was a total disappointment. From the moment of the bill we noticed numerous discrepancies between the prices shown on the menu and those actually charged. • Cover charge: on the menu it is indicated at €2, but we were charged €2.50 each. • Pizzas: regardless of the price indicated on the menu (many were €7), we were all charged €9. • Starters: we ordered 2 cuoppi for €8 each, but they brought us 4, with courgette flowers that we hadn't asked for, resulting in a starter of €52. • Soft drinks: Coca-Colas have also undergone an unjustified increase in price, from €2.50 (menu price) to €3 each. We pointed out the situation to the staff, but instead of an apology we only received indifference. No explanation, no attempt to fix it. A really bad experience, we felt cheated.
