07/08/2026: I'm giving it one star only because it's impossible to give zero. A shameful experience, to say the least, caused entirely by the owner's rude, surly, and completely unprofessional attitude. We tried to book well in advance for a group (we needed a couple of tables for six), but were denied for no real reason: the place wasn't sold out at all, they simply didn't want to bother seating us. Thinking there had been a misunderstanding, we went in person to ask for information, with the utmost politeness and calm. The response? Unheard of rudeness. While we were speaking to him in a completely civil manner, the owner literally turned his back and walked away without deigning to answer, leaving us speechless. To make matters worse, he clearly influenced the waitress to avoid seating us, making excuses. The absurd thing is that the place had so many empty tables; It's true that some had reservations, but half the tables were free, and we were knowingly prevented from eating there. The service, as a result, is extremely slow and efficient, as is the friendliness of the manager, who seems to do everything he can to mistreat customers rather than welcome them. This is unacceptable and arrogant behavior. If you want to have a pleasant evening and be treated with respect, go elsewhere: customers are not welcome here. Highly discouraged!
