I migliori ristoranti di cucina vegetariana in Napoli

17/12/2024: Il cibo da asporto migliore senza glutine a Napoli l'ho trovato qui. Ed ho provato diverse cose! I tortellini, i ravioli, le graffe, i mostaccioli, il pane, i cornetti e le brioches e non ho davvero niente da dire se non complimenti. Mi dispiace solo che non siano associati a qualche app come Glovo, Just Eat ecc perché sicuramente sarei un'acquirente incallita se non dovessi raggiungere direttamente il posto ogni volta (non è proprio a due passi da casa mia). In ogni caso cibo artigianale ottimo, sia dolce che salato.

08/12/2024: DISAPPOINTMENT, chocolate PROFITTEROL, never eaten full of liqueur. Chocolate was not consumed but only liqueur. I think the pastry chef added the amount twice by mistake.

23/03/2025: In an intense day of exploration in a new Naples for my partner, I had the immense pleasure of confirming what had already been announced by the opinions of some relatives and by other advice on the web. Fermento 2.0, in the heart of Via Pigna, is a place where the meal does not have the pretensions of high-sounding names without compromising on the quality of the ingredients and the hospitality offered. Cuoppo (fried mix) for two, the special "A Modo Mio" and the Gourmet "Fermenta" were part of a dazzling mix. We will return and we highly recommend taking a small detour to reach Fermento 2.0.

The pizzas are always rich, tasty and generous in ingredients - you can sense the care and love he puts into them, without ever skimping. 12/04/2025: So... what can I say? The pizzas are truly excellent, nothing to complain about. Plenty of choices on the menu, enough to satisfy everyone. A small mishap: I had ordered a specific pizza... but a different one arrived at my table. Well, no problem, I'm in Naples, the pizza capital, so I might as well be surprised, right? And in the end, it was very good, so I thought, "Okay, let's acknowledge the culinary error." On the other hand, as for the service... how can I put this? The welcome from the waitresses was as warm as January in Moscow. Not a smile, not a kind word... it was as if they'd been forced to come to work. Honestly, a little free smile doesn't cost anything (well... usually). Fortunately, a very friendly and professional young waiter saved the atmosphere at the table. At least he understood the trade! In fact, I even left him a small tip as a thank you… Except for a surprise plot twist when I looked at the bill: an automatic tip of €4 was kindly taken from us… without anyone even asking. American style! Except, how can I put it… for what service exactly? The optional smiles? The friendliness lost in the kitchen? The funniest thing about all this? I had already left a cash tip for the kind server… so double tip for me that evening. The restaurant clearly thanks generous customers without asking their opinion. In short: top-notch pizza, service that needs serious review (except for the young server who clearly deserves a bonus), and watch out for the surprise bill… in Naples too, apparently, "automatic tips" have arrived!

12/04/2025: En un mar de pizza y pasta este lugar te da un respiro. Después de dos semanas en el sur de Italia fue bueno conseguir un cambio. Personal muy amable y servicio rápido. Estándar japonés cocinado bien a un buen precio. Bonito restaurante dentro. Fuera, como la mayoría de los restaurantes en Sorento, se come en una carretera con ruido de tráfico fuerte. Recomendaría este lugar a pocos pasos de la plaza principal.
