12/04/2026: A wonderful discovery. We had dinner on a Saturday, arriving around 7:45 PM. Four adults and four children. The atmosphere was very pleasant, elegant yet simple. The service was excellent, and the waiters were friendly, kind, and professional. We ordered eight pizzas, three bottles of water, two bottles of Coke, and one bottle of beer, and paid a total of €96. The pizzas were truly excellent. Soft and light dough, quality ingredients. The only drawback was finding a parking spot. We'd been out for a walk since the afternoon, so we found a spot a bit further away. We'll definitely be back.

21/04/2026: I've been to eat at this place, as soon as I entered I immediately noticed the dirty place and smelled a bad smell, the food was of poor quality as if it were old and reheated, the hamburger smelled rancid, the pizzas and desserts in the window looked ugly, the owners responded in a disrespectful way to the employees and even to some customers.

04/01/2026: For several years now, I've been given Siani Farciti Panettoni as Christmas presents. I've never eaten panettone so "sloppy and crumbly." Beneath a thick (always too thick) glaze of discreet pistachio, chocolate, and other creams, also available in piping bags, the foundation is completely missing. The dough doesn't have the consistency of a panettone. When cut, the slice falls apart, while the crust on the sides and bottom is hard and overcooked, sticking to the paper container. Between the glaze, the overly thick crust, and the crumbly crumb, it's impossible to cut without making a mess; any knife will do. Lots of smoke and not enough roast.

The elegant and serene atmosphere created the perfect backdrop for a special day, where every detail was thoughtfully and tastefully attended to. The food was sublime and plentiful. Everything was cooked according to tradition—the pasta e patate and the eggplant parmigiana were delicious—with authentic ingredients and flavors that made the lunch a true gastronomic journey, especially for some of our guests who weren't from Campania. They also greatly appreciated the excellent Falaghina wine produced in Bacoli, whose label I forgot to get, but which was truly special. The value for money was surprising: top-notch service at a more than fair price. Special praise goes to our waiter Pasquale, who served us with professionalism, kindness, and a constant smile. And a heartfelt thank you to the owners, who accommodated our every request with availability and attentiveness, keeping exactly what they promised. In a landscape full of places, often renowned ones, where you end up disappointed, at SATYA the opposite happened: expectations were not only met, but actually exceeded. A place where you truly feel like guests, not customers. We will definitely return—to try the pizza or the mussel soup—and we recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic, elegant, and memorable experience.

25/08/2025: Seafood menu €45 with meager portions. The fish and pasta were undercooked, and even the €8 marinara pizza was small.

04/04/2026: Terrible experience. I ordered takeout pizza. Inedible due to the preparation based on the order. I also ordered zeppole and croquettes. I've never seen anything like them. Moreover, according to the lady who received the order, zeppole meant seafood zeppoline (frozen and arrived very hard), a type of zucchini blossom, which wasn't ordered, so forget about the fried food. Naturally, I called to clarify, but they told me they only have those on Saturdays, and she'd forgotten to tell me. It's all ABC. I strongly advise against it. On a positive note, the delivery arrived on time. But with these products, I believe in them.

17/05/2026: ZERO STAR SERVICE I went to Bellavia to celebrate the name day of a dear friend who wanted to buy us a drink, but the experience was disastrous. You expect something completely different from a historic brand. We were treated coldly and with a total lack of kindness. When we asked for a cake to be brought to the table, we were told with a curt and rude "that's not possible." The worst, however, came when it came to the bill: in an area where you couldn't leave without paying, the waitress approached us, yelling "Who pays?" and shouting the amount in front of everyone, embarrassing the birthday boy. The table service was also unacceptable: despite having enough space, the waitress asked us guests to pass things around instead of serving ourselves. To finish, we ordered simple babà, which turned out to be floury and completely unworthy of the restaurant's name. Unfortunately, this historic brand has lost its quality, style, and professionalism. As far as I'm concerned, it's a final goodbye, they'll never see me again.

09/02/2026: TRATTORIA DA STEFANO - Melito di Napoli ⭐ MENU ⭐ The menu was extremely disappointing: dishes made almost exclusively of frozen products, with a quality more reminiscent of a school cafeteria than a trattoria. No authentic flavor, no care in the preparation, no elements reminiscent of traditional or home cooking. We ordered a frozen appetizer, I believe, a flavorless pasta alla genovese, and a seafood pasta dish that tasted like nothing. WELCOME ⭐ The welcome was practically nonexistent. After sitting down, we were completely forgotten, with no attention, no care, and no even the minimum human connection that should characterize a trattoria. A feeling of total disinterest in the customer. LOCATION ⭐ The environment is dilapidated: neglected premises, worn furnishings, and especially the dilapidated and dirty bathrooms, absolutely unacceptable for a place open to the public. The lack of maintenance and hygiene significantly impacted the overall experience. The only positive is the large parking lot, which is also unattended! PRICE ⭐ The price is very low, and it truly reflects what's offered. From this perspective, it might even be "okay," but the cost savings don't make up for the poor quality of the food, service, and ambiance. RECOMMENDED? 06/05/2026: The ice cream was too sweet and heavy for my taste, but I let it slide. The girl serving the ice cream was not at all polite and managed to get two of the two flavors wrong (she was obviously not listening to the customer, but rather to the colleague she was chatting with behind the counter). Zero professionalism.
