31/03/2026: I've been buying panettone and colomba cakes for several years, picking them up in-store. They're excellent quality. This year, I wanted to reserve them and have them delivered by express courier. I contacted the bakery to ask for an afternoon delivery, but a woman on the phone kept talking to herself, not listening to my requests, and eventually hung up. A lack of customer service would make a difference. I'll choose other bakeries with the same quality.

12/04/2026: Want to try Gragnano's panuozzo? Don't come here. It was a terrible experience, I would never go back. We sat down and they brought us silverware and napkins only after the dishes arrived, but only because we asked for them, and the staff seemed annoyed. The pizzas weren't good; they weren't authentic Neapolitan pizza, a bit undercooked; not to mention the fact that it took two hours for them to arrive. The panuozzo tasted like a sponge, nothing like the authentic Gragnano panuozzo. Finally, the icing on the cake: the prices were incredibly high, completely unworthy of the overall service.
