5 stars only for the curly blond waiter who, upon my request: "choose a slice of cake for me", asked which flavors I liked and which I didn't as a precaution. I later stated that I had no particular tastes but only to avoid the strawberry one that I had already tasted. Very relaxing environment, perfect for a quick bite before work. Professional and kind staff. Great food, a slice of cake fills you up all morning!

After running into so many rude or annoyed waiters and cashiers in Naples and the area, the super friendly and nice guys here were really an amazing surprise. Plus, the coffee was so good (and you can have a latte) and the whole place has such a cool and trendy vibes

Now my fixed stop in the morning before going to work to start with the right energy! Relaxing and welcoming atmosphere, very kind staff and impeccable services! An incomparable American coffee! unfortunately the rise in prices has probably forced a general increase. However it remains a welcoming place with friendly staff

I have been their customer for many years and I am happy with the success they have had but very unhappy with the quality of the food which has decreased but above all with the constant increase in prices year after year, it has really become quite an expensive post, too bad.

I went to Birdy in the evening for an after-dinner dessert. The place is easy to reach but it is difficult to find parking (we were there on a Tuesday evening), the place looks welcoming but inside it doesn't have internet access and this gave us problems for the online menu. The menu problem was immediately resolved by the waiter who brought us a local phone from which we could easily consult it. The two of us ordered some very good and substantial waffles and pancakes, perhaps too much for after dinner, so I would recommend going on an empty stomach or splitting a portion. Negative note on the service because we had asked for a knife to taste the other's dish, but it was not brought to us by the waiter because he told us that they bring them exclusively to those who eat foods chosen from the savory dishes menu, and I don't realize the because of such a choice.

Tappa obbligata quando si passa da Torre del Greco e si vuole concludere la serata con dolcezza. Abbiamo comprato sei fette di torta da asporto e su consiglio dello store manager, due biscotti Dollars: tutto squisito!

I dolci sono abbondanti e buoni, il locale è carino. Ogni fetta costa tra i 6 e i 6,5€. Far pagare però una bottiglia d'acqua da 0,5 l 2€ è una fregatura. Non hanno bottiglie più grandi e per 4 piccole abbiamo speso 8€.

Una buona bakery americana! La consiglio vivamente per mangiare qualcosa che vada oltre il tradizionale cibo napoletano.
