04/07/2026: Aside from the fact that I would probably clean up the place and definitely pay more attention to the education of the staff and the owner, especially online. The ice cream and especially the fruit are truly disappointing. Don't be fooled by the other reviews that say the ice cream and the rest are good. I didn't expect that from an ice cream shop and pastry shop that has been open all this time. Deliveries need to be reviewed.

01/05/2026: One star, to say the least. Every time we call, you never fail to deliver a pizza. I ordered a fried pizza with tomato, ricotta, and provola, and we received a ricotta-only pizza, and it's not the first time. They're inefficient in listening to customers when they order from you, even on non-busy days.

02/03/2026: Midweek in the middle of February and this place was pretty empty, surviving mostly on take away orders. Then we turned up and wanted to eat inside. The lads were very accommodating and we had a fantastic meal with drinks (the beer was cold and the house red wine was delicious). The pizza was so tasty and fresh whilst the prices were very reasonable. The 50cm pizza was enormous - so large that my 19 year old son couldn’t finish it!! Go with the single pizza, it’s plenty big enough for one hungry person.
4 pizzas, half a dozen beers and a litre of wine was about €65. Great value.
We returned the next night, and the following night as well.

07/08/2026: I'm giving it one star only because it's impossible to give zero. A shameful experience, to say the least, caused entirely by the owner's rude, surly, and completely unprofessional attitude.
We tried to book well in advance for a group (we needed a couple of tables for six), but were denied for no real reason: the place wasn't sold out at all, they simply didn't want to bother seating us. Thinking there had been a misunderstanding, we went in person to ask for information, with the utmost politeness and calm. The response? Unheard of rudeness. While we were speaking to him in a completely civil manner, the owner literally turned his back and walked away without deigning to answer, leaving us speechless.
To make matters worse, he clearly influenced the waitress to avoid seating us, making excuses. The absurd thing is that the place had so many empty tables; It's true that some had reservations, but half the tables were free, and we were knowingly prevented from eating there.
The service, as a result, is extremely slow and efficient, as is the friendliness of the manager, who seems to do everything he can to mistreat customers rather than welcome them. This is unacceptable and arrogant behavior. If you want to have a pleasant evening and be treated with respect, go elsewhere: customers are not welcome here.
Highly discouraged!

03/01/2026: A very negative experience.
I had ordered pizza, went in, paid immediately, and was told the pizzas were being prepared. After an hour of waiting, I discovered they hadn't even been baked.
I understand it was Saturday and there were a lot of people, but then they should be honest with customers about the wait times, not mock them by making them pay and wait needlessly.
It's a shame, because the evening was ruined more by the organization and respect for the customer than by the food.

31/07/2026: July 30, 2026. We ordered two croquettes, which were immediately noticeable as having no flavor, cold, and with a sour aftertaste: frozen???? As for the two pizzas, they were simply awful, both visually because they were burned on the edge and raw in the center, and on the palate because of the raw, sour sauce, flavorless fior di latte, and the heavy dough that made us nauseous all night. Not to be repeated! We had very high expectations because in past years we have never been disappointed. What has changed?
12/07/2026: The place is very cute and well-kept, with a simple yet welcoming outdoor area that creates a pleasant atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the evening.
We opted for the AYCE option. I wasn't convinced by the fried foods: they were definitely too salty, and the croquettes had too much pepper, a flaw that unfortunately often occurs with AYCE options.
The pizzas were much better, and I really enjoyed them. The dough was good and the toppings were well-balanced.
Overall, a positive experience, with the only complaint being the fried foods.

08/08/2026: I had a cappuccino, an Americano, and a maritozzo and a sfogliatella, all beautifully wrapped. The staff were lovely, as were the other customers. A very pleasant surprise at this train station café; I wasn't expecting such a good experience. The selection of drinks and traditional pastries is varied. I recommend it.
04/08/2026: I bought Sfogliatellas from this store & got one item (with pistachio cream) which was expired/ rotten. It was quite smelly & had to throw away. How can such bakeries keep Expired food items. Disgusting. I couldn't go back to show them as I found it inside the train.

21/04/2026: A disappointing experience, to say the least...
Both for the quality of the dishes, saving some peace and quiet, and for the quantities, decidedly insufficient for the number of diners.
And I'll explain.
Appetizer for 8: 4 meatballs, 4 salami wafers, 4 small pieces of cheese, 4 slices of ham, and 4 slices of pancetta.
First course: Pasta alla Genovese, clearly overcooked (and at this point, even better) without the usual piece of stew and in a "baby" portion; second course: 4 slices of meat: decent, but not enough for the boasted 350/400g per portion, which barely reached 150g; then 4 potato wedges and 2 lettuce leaves; Two bottles of wine and three bottles of water, then three coffees...
The final price was completely out of proportion to the meal consumed, and above all, an unpleasant surprise: THERE IS NO MENU, WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY NOT ALLOWED for many reasons
(Article 180 of Royal Decree No. 635 of 1940, still in force, with fines of up to €3,000), two of which are TRANSPARENCY (I NEED to know the individual cost of the dishes offered, their seasonality, whether they are frozen at source, and the cover charge) and, another crucial thing, ALLERGENS!!! ALLERGENS MUST BE SPECIFIED, as this violates Legislative Decree 231/2017 (regulated since 2011), with fines of up to €24,000.00, and criminal prosecution is also possible if an allergic reaction with more or less serious consequences occurs.
Now, if the managers are farsighted, they will view this comment as sound advice and not criticism; otherwise, everyone is free to do what they deem most appropriate and persist in their own behavior.
But anyway, we won't be returning.
19/04/2026: We were invited for lunch, but the extremely disorganized managers clearly couldn't manage the reservations and left us without lunch, literally ruining our day.
But the worst part is that they didn't even apologize for their lack of organization.
Terrible place and terrible management.
Stay away!

09/11/2025: Cold food, scapito, Genovese seriously terrible, scapita, pasta overcooked and cold, the meat also cold and scapita, without sauce, very dry, also missing product, instead of two Genovesi we received one, luckily at this point.

Serious Genovese: cold, bland, and overcooked pasta, with no sauce
Genoese-style meat: cold and without sauce
Provola in carrozza: the provola was a thin slice of cheese on a fried bread sandwich filled with oil.

13/05/2026: An espresso for €4 and a cappuccino for €6, a bit steep for simple coffees.
11/05/2026: A very pretty terrace with a beautiful view of Capri. Less expensive than the proper restaurants in the area, and the servers are quite friendly!
However, the food isn't very good; the gnocchi sauce is clearly a cheap, industrially produced sauce from a jar.
You might want to go there for a coffee, or accept that it's just a quick bite so you can get back to your sightseeing and enjoy the terrace!

14/02/2026: Shameful, not serious. Breakfast paid for and ordered for 10:30 AM, arrived at 1:30 PM after numerous phone calls. Thanks to them, the surprise was unsuccessful. Obviously, at 1:30 PM, I'll leave you to imagine what arrived. Never again, absolutely 0 stars.

29/07/2026: The place was empty and yet they didn’t want to serve us, instead the waitress came and told us that this is a Sushi restaurant, like we cannot afford it. Arrogant and rude.
