04/03/2024: I went there twice with my friends on a Saturday night, both times I had a terrible time. let's start by talking about rude employees who use rude manners with children. the first time I order asking for takeaway since there was no room and we couldn't sit. a diabetic friend of mine had to get a syringe for diabetes so we ask for the times and from there they respond badly saying that we had to wait following the numbers and without even giving us an answer. at that point my friend, assuming it wouldn't take long, goes to the bathroom (a tiny, dirty bathroom, with a door that doesn't close, by the way.) I give her a hand, holding her bag, jacket and keeping the door closed with 2 other friends who were waiting for us nearby (OUTSIDE the bathroom). not even 2 minutes later a gentleman says to go away and that we couldn't stay there and that there were too many of us (2 in the bathroom and 2 outside the door we were too many😂) the 2 outside leave and I explain that I had to hold the door and keep her stuff because there was no space and he replies "well, you can do the syringe at home, now go out", but does this seem normal to you? to a 13 year old girl who has to get a syringe for diabetes? It doesn't seem like professional behavior to me, nor as an adult, because apparently an ignorant person doesn't know that you have to do it half an hour before eating otherwise the effect will vanish. but whatever, let's let it pass then and continue the evening. apart from that we waited 2 hours, count it, 2 hours from 8 to 10, during which we manage to get a seat, I take the food (which as I said at the beginning we ask to take away since there was no room) and the gentleman he comes up to us and scolds us because we asked for takeaway and are sitting down. there I get up and argue because after 2 hours of waiting you just have to shut up, both him and the lady at the counter are incredibly rude. in the end I sit down, we eat, sandwiches with hair inside and cold wings. nothing to say, never had a similar experience. I went there again this Saturday, the same people again, this time I'm with other people still my age, we sit down after ordering and there are literally no tables or chairs, a maximum of 3 people can fit into a table. okay this time we're calm and play until the things to eat come out. nightmare hotdog. dry, cold, raw inside, poor sauces placed at random. my friend gets dirty with the sauce goes to the counter to ask for a tissue and they answer that they don't have tissues. a pub that has no tissues? but is it normal? but then hygiene, how disgusting, you work touching my food and you don't have a handkerchief?, okay then my friend asks to go to the toilets to rinse his hand and they say it's broken. mammamij and comm stat nun tnit e fazzulett nun tnit or bathroom who is disgusting, but then an hour of waiting for a raw hotdog. okay then it's time for the sandwiches we couldn't find the number and the lady says that until she sees it she won't give us anything. but please, you put 8 sandwiches on the order and made us order, if it's not our order what should it be? so basically another fight over a sandwich. we take it, meat still cold and hard, bread that we won't talk about, frozen "provola". a friend of mine was watching while they were making his sandwich and the one at the counter says "ah but you didn't want provolone, did you want cheddar? ok" with his hands all dirty as he just touched the glass of the thing he takes the provolone from inside and takes a piece of cheddar and puts it inside. disgusting, really disgusting. I want to point out that some elderly ladies arrived after us who gave the sandwich 2 minutes and were kind. I really don't know that with us who are kids they behave badly and with adults well. What professional behavior indeed. plus for a cuddle they didn't have change, come on Saturday night you don't have change for 5 euros... it's all worth it. if I go there again it will only be for my celiac friend, having said that I don't recommend it at all.
