We stopped at 3 a.m. at the first place we found open to grab something to eat... we ended up clearing out the counter. Everything I tried was the best thing I'd ever eaten. Excellent Parisienne, and the hot pangocciole were mind-blowing. I can't wait to go back.

13/01/2026: Update: It closed inexplicably. What a shame!! I could have easily given 5 stars to a pizzeria serving well-fried fried food and traditional but well-made pizza, if it weren't for the service staff's failure to communicate that the artichokes, a key feature of one of their pizzas on the menu and many others that include them, were out of stock and replaced with "vulgar" artichokes in oil. If an ingredient is missing, you have to let them know. The world is full of sloppy pizzerias; if you want to stand out, you have to focus on the details. Special mention goes to one waiter who, using various excuses, avoided contacting me with the "boss." He obviously failed.
