Pizzeria Fermento In Napoli

The pizza is good, the selection is among the widest I've ever seen, the ingredients are of decent quality, and the service lives up to expectations. The prices, however, are so high that only The Fork's 50% off promotion can make the bill acceptable. On Via Pigna, a €3 cover charge and a €9 margherita (if I remember correctly) aren't justifiable in my humble opinion (so to speak). We're not on Via Caracciolo or in a trendy pizzeria. In any case, I'll reiterate that I was satisfied with the pizza, but I'd be curious to know the bill without the promotions.

We discovered this place through The Fork and took advantage of the option to pay with our accumulated Yums. There were three of us and we went on a Thursday night, so we didn't have any problems with overcrowding, and we also found easy parking on the street. We had three croquettes and a frittatina, which were truly delicious. The frittatina was well-balanced with the béchamel sauce and the remaining toppings. For pizzas, we had a Margherita, an Emiliana (mortadella and pistachio), and a pizza filled with cans. These were also very good, with quality ingredients. I found the prices a bit high for the standard, but I can't complain about that, considering The Forks "offered" me €50 through Yums. In total, we spent €73.50 (two sparkling waters and a draft beer + €3 each for the cover charge). I recommend this place, especially since it's one of the few that respects its customers.

A small, family-run pizzeria. The quality/price ratio is good, as are the dishes. The service, despite the small staff, is efficient.

The long wait to order despite a reservation was disappointing, but the pizza and fried food proved to be excellent. The traditional menu and unusual offerings made the experience interesting. Exquisite ingredients and precise cooking.
