The setting is refined and has a pleasant atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The staff is kind, attentive, and always available. The cuisine is top-notch: fresh ingredients, meticulous presentation, and authentic flavors. Excellent value and prompt service. A small restaurant perfect for both a dinner with friends and a special occasion.
I'm happy I chose BDO to celebrate my 50th birthday because everything was exactly what I wanted.

The atmosphere, service, and food were truly five-star, or even six if I could give them that. I won't say more so as not to spoil the surprise. 😜 Highly recommended for anyone visiting Salò.

22/11/2025: Absolutely amazing food and drink. Got the oysters, seafood carpaccio, and the squid ink amatriciana. Delicious across the board. Joanna (sp?) was nothing short of delightful, and I cannot wait to pay them a visit again.
22/11/2025: I had dinner at the Varadero restaurant. The food was excellent, the price was fair, and the staff was friendly and professional. My only complaint is that, while tastefully decorated and clean, the space is a bit small for the number of tables inside. Highly recommended!

The owner was warm, more than ready to explain the food, the wine, the geographical origin and the stories that come with that. We enjoyed the experience in its whole and if we are ever back to Enna - we will definitely come again. I couldn’t recommend more!
