09/05/2025: What can I say... a truly exceptional experience! The chef and the service deserve a full 10: warm welcome, almost like feeling at home. I tasted very original dishes, rich in taste and creativity, perfectly in line with my culinary philosophy: originality and quality first. An authentic expression of art in the heart of Salò! Absolutely honest prices for such high quality. I will definitely return, and I recommend it to anyone looking for an out-of-the-ordinary gastronomic experience

21/03/2025: Ero stato a Cucina Rambaldi, sei anni fa, poco dopo l’apertura e non mi ero trovato male ma l’identità del locale e della cucina era un po’ ambigua, non si capiva bene qual era la filosofia… Ci sono stato oggi, il tutto è stato calibrato, l’identità è più che tangibile. Ho mangiato molto bene in un ambiente comunque lussuoso a un prezzo adeguato all’ ambiente e al cibo. Uscendo il pensiero è stato “gustoso, finalmente un posto dove il cibo ti lascia la sensazione del gustoso, che non devi descriverlo con eufemismi tipo delicato, equilibrato,… Che dicono tutto e nulla… Complimenti allo chef.

Everything is gluten and lactose free, yet everything is surprisingly good – not just the desserts, but also the savory options! I've already ordered two birthday cakes from them, and both were a success: beautiful to look at, but above all soft, delicious and well made, so much so that even those who don't have intolerances have had seconds. Every time I pass by, I also find an excellent selection of savory snacks, focaccias, pizzas and treats perfect for a quick lunch or an alternative aperitif. Everything is well-made, tasty and digestible. The staff is always kind and knowledgeable, and there is a welcoming and professional atmosphere. A place that shows that eating well, in a safe and conscious way, is absolutely possible – without having to give up anything.
