13/07/2025: We returned after a while and finally managed to grab a snack despite the crowds.
The girl who served us was very kind and courteous, finding us a seat inside (there were three of us), and very quick in taking our orders and bringing our food.
Everything was very good at a price that, all things considered, was fair for the place.
Definitely worth a try.
13/07/2025: The refuge is located in the Fiscalina Valley. It's 45 minutes from the furthest free parking lot and 20 minutes from the closest paid parking lot.
The restaurant is a gem, beautifully furnished, and perfectly located.
The food is excellent, and the staff is friendly and fast.
I highly recommend it.

Il cibo ottimo, curato, abbinamenti pensati con maestranza, cucina raffinata e sapore deciso. Il servizio molto buono e la simpatia di Silvana e dello staff sono stati all’altezza dei piatti. Una bellissima scoperta, ci ritorneremo. Davvero consigliato😊
25/06/2025: We dined at this restaurant last week and was pleasantly surprised. The food was excellent, carefully prepared, with expertly crafted pairings, refined cuisine, and bold flavors. The very good service and the friendliness of Silvana and the staff matched the dishes. A wonderful discovery, we'll be back. Highly recommended 😊

28/07/2025: One of the best gelatos I've had in Turin so far: quality, flavor, creaminess, and a variety of unique flavors. The brioche is excellent, Sicilian-style, soft and flavorful. The downside is the price, which has become exorbitant: €5 for a brioche, which, for a Sicilian, is sky-high compared to the south. And then there's the line; I waited an hour and a half. Perhaps they need to increase the counter staff.
28/07/2025: Getting here for gelato in the evening requires a bit of patience. The line is impressive, but it's worth it. The gelato is delicious and the cones are generous. A must-try!

Fast service, pleasant staff, and a magnificent setting and view.

05/07/2025: Tried for the first time but deserves a second and even a third time. We ate a very good appetizer of crostini dell'Orso, very good crescentine, excellent tagliatelle and very tender and tasty sliced beef. To finish a semifreddo and a fantastic chocolate cake. Very welcoming, clean and familiar little place. The owner is very kind and friendly and her daughter is a chef with a lot of creativity. Congratulations, I recommend it.

Excellent first courses, the lady who welcomed us was very kind and friendly, the chef spectacular!

10/08/2025: Informal location, rustic atmosphere, homey feel: when I eat here I always feel like I'm at home, and the food is incredibly good and the ingredients are top-quality. Not to be missed.
04/08/2025: You can eat well at reasonable prices. The quality products are exclusively from Lazio, with the exception of a few wines from other regions. Among the many dishes, I recommend trying the barley supplì.

The schiacciata is truly delicious, as are all the different flavors made with genuine products.
It's worth the wait due to the long line.
But it's well organized, and the staff is very kind and professional.

08/07/2025: Their sfogliatelle is a must-try. Freshly baked straight out of the oven. The phyllo dough is crispy and flaky, the ricotta filling is like heaven, just the perfect amount of sweetness that we love, with a delicate aromatic touch from the orange zest. Altogether a harmonious combination of flavors. We also tried their canolo a la pistaccio and another pastry filled with nutella. The taste was ok, but incomparable to their famous sfogliatelle.
