03/05/2026: Already customers, even though they're always takeout and therefore perhaps not remembered by the owners, we booked a table. They put us on the terrace, which was sold as a veranda but it wasn't closed (and there, it should be specified on the phone that the cover charge is more expensive, even if only slightly). We ordered a pizza and two entrees. The tables that arrived later and ordered later received their pizzas first. We arrived half an hour after ordering because we thought it would arrive with the dishes from the kitchen, but it didn't. Shortly after, my companion's pizza arrived at the other tables, so I waited some more. Halfway through, I asked the waitress for our dishes, and she said (a lie, which we found out later) that there were problems with the kitchen, which in fact wasn't true. He finished his pizza, and after 20 minutes we still had nothing. I asked again, and she realized that the order hadn't been printed. So, beyond the first lie, I was taken as a nuisance customer, perhaps because my 9-year-old daughter was also waiting, and they brought me a few slices of focaccia, but nothing. Then, when I finally got down to ask at the cashier, it was a shame it was already cold on the terrace. I ate it quickly, and the best part was that at the cashier they even pretended nothing had happened and paid full price.
So, the food was superb, the service was excellent, and I could hear other tables complaining too.
Being in the industry myself, I don't understand this; perhaps, given the traffic, they don't need to build customer loyalty.
