10/03/2025: I have been frequenting Verdenova for years and I can say that it offers an excellent selection of beers and delicious sandwiches. I highly recommend the portions of chips especially Tettella with porchetta di Ariccia and the aubergine pie. The place is large, with plenty of seating, making it ideal both for evenings with friends enjoying an excellent draft beer, and for family dinners with children. The environment and cuisine are excellent. Absolutely recommended!

08/04/2025: Going to Veneto for the natural wine fairs at the beginning of April, we wanted to make a small detour to try this restaurant, whose fame had reached us through word of mouth through friends who share our food and wine tastes. Expectations were high but I can definitely say they were exceeded in a big way! Omar is a very knowledgeable and friendly host, who immediately makes you feel at ease by transmitting all his passion for authentic food and properly made wine! The dishes were each more interesting than the other and it was really difficult to choose, because I would have eaten them all. I must say that the ones chosen amazed me with real flavours, which embody tradition and excellent quality local raw materials. As far as wines are concerned, you are spoiled for choice, with some gems capable of making any enthusiast happy. Even though I live far away, I will return as soon as possible with immense pleasure.

05/04/2025: I ate very well in a trattoria full of culture and typical foods of the Place. The staff are made to be among people, friendly and quick, they explain the typical nature of the restaurant's foods with culinary choices that comply with the area. Very intelligent and particularly good and tasty dishes. I recommend you go there!

03/03/2025: Sono ormai un cliente fisso della locanda, trovo questo ristorante il migliore della zona. Ho avuto occasione di tornarci in occasione delle feste Natalizie ed è stato tutto perfetto. I titolari sono davvero persone uniche ,Arianna in sala è estremamente professionale, accogliente e delicata, Nicola in cucina ci delizia con i suoi piatti ed è sempre un piacere sentirlo parlare con la sua passione e dedizione. Anche i ragazzi che lavorano al loro fianco sono sorridenti, si respira un atmosfera davvero magica . Insomma la locanda è casa.

08/01/2025: Abbiamo soggiornato alla locanda per 3 giorni, l'ultimo dei quali prevedeva anche il cenone di Capodanno. La struttura è adiacente alla rocca Malatestiana di Fossombrone. Siamo stati benissimo ; la stanza era confortevole e molto pulita, Marianna è stata un'ospite sempre presente e pronta ad assicurare un soggiorno perfetto. La colazione è di altissimo livello e , menzione speciale, il menù che abbiamo degustato per il cenone è stato il migliore che avessimo mai mangiato

10/03/2025: Siamo partiti da Genova per visitare Bobbio e lette le recensioni siamo andati a pranzo al ristorante Nobili. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti sia per l'accoglienza che per l'ambiente soft e rilassante. Molto accogliente e pulito. Per noi apprezzate sedie molto comode e nessuna musica invadente di sottofondo. I piatti molto saporiti e ben eseguiti. Noi abbiamo scelto i primi piatti tipici della zona ed erano buonissimi e una tagliata tenera e succulenta. Anche il dolce una millefoglie scomposta veramente deliziosa. Purtroppo ieri in menù non c'era la tarte tatin che dicono sia fantastica. Peccato! Conto giusto per la qualità dei piatti. Assolutamente consigliato. A presto

10/12/2024: I ate at this place for the first time a few days ago and I was pleasantly surprised. truly beautiful and tastefully furnished location with an intimate restaurant room where a lit fireplace welcomes guests. the staff is extremely kind, helpful and attentive to customer needs. the food and wines offered are top-notch, highly recommended!

30/03/2025: I was at this place last night with three other people. I will start by saying that the quality of the pizza was good, however I think that the hype surrounding this pizzeria is decidedly excessive and, personally, it did not meet expectations. A second critical aspect concerns the environment, which I found extremely small. I asked myself how it was possible to use such a limited space as a pizzeria, especially considering the implications in the event of an emergency, given that the capacity seems high compared to the size of the place. I am surprised that there were not more rigorous controls on this aspect. A third point that I would like to highlight concerns the management of the tables. I found it rather unpleasant to have to get up immediately after paying the bill, without even having time to use the toilets. I understand the need to free up the tables to accommodate other customers, but if this is a fixed rule, it would be appropriate to inform customers at the time of booking, as happens in other high-level pizzerias, such as Sorbillo. This detail, in fact, is often mentioned in the reviews of other customers. In short, the pizza is good, but not to the point of making this place a top-notch pizzeria or the best in the area. The bill seemed fair to me, even though I expected slightly lower prices. I also think the price of the fries is excessive, almost equal to that of a pizza. The place has potential, but unfortunately it gets lost in some important details. For these reasons, I don't think I'll return in the future. (Please, don't respond by saying that this is your style)

20/04/2025: Das direkt am See gelegene Ristorante besuchen wir in jedem Gardasee-Urlaub mind. 2 Mal, Lage top mit sehr schönem Blick auf den See, freundliches Servicepersonal, teils etwas hektisch, aber das ist der Beliebtheit geschuldet. Sonderwünsche beim Essen sind hier kein Problem. Tagliatelle mit Trüffel sehr gut, Spaghetti All Arrabiata sehr gut, Tiramisu exzellent. Es gibt zur Begrüßung einen Schluck Prosecco aufs Haus und zum Abschluss aufs Haus einen Limoncello oder Grappa, wobei wir den kostenlosen Grappa nicht empfehlen können, der Limoncello hingegen ist lecker! Fazit: uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!
