More than anything I appreciate the commitment to offer gluten-free products, the great variety and above all the extreme kindness of the staff who is the focal point of everything.

14/10/2025: I had this for lunch on my last day in Rome. It was absolutely delicious. The lasagna and pasta were amazing. It was the best food I had in five days! If I'd had it on the first day, I would have definitely come back and tried other dishes. If you're visiting Rome, please visit. You won't regret it. If I ever visit Rome again, I'll definitely go back.

The lamb tartare, beef aged in Montepulciano d'abruzzo wine perfectly complemented by the Salem dessert came with an avalanche of tastes and aromas that never ended. The staff was extremely professional, helpful, and attentive, precisely meeting all our requests, both for customizing the menu and for the overall organization of the event. The dinner was excellent, with carefully prepared, high-quality dishes, and the table set with great elegance and taste. The guided tour of the castle was also very much appreciated, interesting and well-led, as was the post-dinner service in the cellar, with an open bar and perfectly organized cake cutting. A special thank you to the maître d', Carlo, who looked after us with great professionalism and courtesy throughout the evening, helping to make the event flawless and unforgettable. Highly recommended for those seeking a refined experience in a unique setting!

03/11/2025: A very evocative themed evening! The dinner was very refined and plentiful, with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and everything was meticulously prepared. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. The museum was beautiful and interesting, and the guide explained everything very well (thank you). I highly recommend going, as it's truly fascinating; in my opinion, one of the most beautiful I've ever visited!

Discovering this restaurant was a fantastic surprise, both for the delicious, healthy dishes and the cheerful, welcoming, and incredibly inviting atmosphere. I loved the cinnamon and clove kombucha—which the girls here personally prepare with great passion and skill—as well as the colorful dish I've left you with a photo, which tastefully combines grains, proteins, and delicious vegetables. It was a real treat! I can't wait to go back when I'm in Naples again.

22/10/2025: A very average wine bar, nothing special. I ordered a Montalcino, and it was pretty average. Very acidic and unbalanced, with no information about the producer. I don't think it's worth the effort. They're famous as if they were a hidden gem, which, by far, they're NOT.

For those traveling to Italy for the first time, there might be a little surprise, but for frequent travelers who are more familiar with Italy, the wines, and the cuisine of various regions, there's nothing special about it, as we read in the reviews. A typical wine bar!
