02/05/2025: Difficult to find but excellent pizzas are worth it. A real car park, a refined and pleasant setting but the important thing is that the plates are on the table. Antipasti with local charcuterie, followed by a wonderful pizze and an almost light tiramisu 🤣🤣🤣 and not very sweet. With glass of wine and 2 bottles of water for less than €70 for two (full menus). We are going back tomorrow!!!

04/05/2025: Beautiful gem. The entrance is hidden in a hallway, but the food was delicious. Were invited by Italian colleague for dinner. Food is very good, everything is fresh. Enjoyed the food and beautiful view

04/05/2025: A restaurant with a unique view in the Tiber Valley, a kind and well-trained staff, Chef Enzo with his skill, kindness and professionalism combined with his starters, first courses, second courses, desserts, etc. really make the difference, you can really feel the quality of the product served, I truly recommend it wholeheartedly

05/06/2025: Location that is nothing short of fairytale-like, wood and stone, with modern design and tables to contrast (well done). Wonderful cuisine, with typical dishes revisited in a very elegant and tasty way. We were inside because it was still cold in April, but I'm told that the outdoor area is spectacular. Compliments.

02/06/2025: We went here for lunch. The vitello tonnato was great. The ragu was a bit too saucy for my liking but the taste was decent. The tiramisu was huge but very light. The terrasse itself was very warm with limited air flow - it would be impossible to sit there in summer.

28/05/2025: Everything is always perfect! We had dinner last night and I must say that we have been vegetarians for about a year. We had already been there as omnivores and we were always super satisfied with the delicious proposals; this time we were a little afraid of having to, as often happens, settle for the usual only alternative but our doubts vanished after a few minutes when the kitchen made itself available to us to modify what we wanted and also to propose dishes that were not on the menu. From appetizer to dessert a continuous joy. For us it is a guarantee!

22/05/2025: A spectacle, never eaten anything better and never lived an experience like this, magnificent dinner with unique and true flavors, very good wine and desserts with delicious combinations, I would gladly return and often, which I recommend to anyone who reads this, an experience to try and to be left speechless 👏🏼👏🏼⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

16/05/2025: Excellent sandwiches, very good selection of beers, superb quality raw materials treated with expert care. Fantastic service, professional but at the same time very friendly, Ludovica is super. Careful, warm and welcoming environment.

Prezzo onestissimo rapportato al gusto. Cameriera bravissima e gentilissima. Tornerò di sicuro di nuovo. Complimenti e in bocca al lupo per un fantastico successo più di adesso. 01/05/2025: Great service, pizzas are prepared in the moment in front of you. The service was excellent even though we were tourist and most places try to scam you… The boss was very close and ensured we were always set. All in all a great place to eat and have a good time. 100% worth it.

At Corte Matilde you don't just eat but you give yourself a sensorial experience of local and seasonal flavours, a welcoming, chic and romantic environment, impeccable and high quality service, you enjoy refined and sublime dishes. 10/10 I highly recommend. We were here for dinner in March 2025 for our wedding anniversary and they pampered us with lots of attention throughout the service. We tasted an excellent slice of black angus and lamb chops. Finished with two truly exquisite dessert combinations. Thank you Corte Matilde!

30/05/2025: I stumbled upon Piadineria Gnam Gnam by chance, and it turned out to be one of the best surprises during my time in Rome. The piadina I had was, without a doubt, the best I've ever tasted — perfectly crispy on the outside, soft inside, and filled with the freshest ingredients. But what truly made the difference was Silvia, the chef. She was not only incredibly talented but also warm, kind, and welcoming. You can tell she puts her heart into every dish she prepares. The way she interacted with the customers created a cozy, friendly atmosphere that made me feel right at home. If you're in the Bologna area or anywhere nearby, do yourself a favor and stop by. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or enjoying a relaxed meal, this place is a little gem. I’ll definitely be coming back!
