The quality of the cuisine is undoubtedly this restaurant's strong point: well-made pizza, quality ingredients, and carefully prepared dishes. Unfortunately, however, the overall experience was severely detracted from obvious organizational issues in the service management, which ultimately shifted the focus from the quality of the dishes to the operational difficulties of the restaurant. This wasn't a question of the courtesy or commitment of the staff, who were helpful, but rather of an organization that seemed inadequate to match the quality of the cuisine. Even the small discount offered at the end of the evening, likely intended as a gesture of consideration for the inconvenience caused, seemed rather symbolic compared to the poor service we encountered.
I hope the restaurant can improve its service management, because with a cuisine of this caliber, it would have all the credentials to offer a truly excellent experience.

Meh. The food was pretty average. If a plate of minced meat forms a dry lump in your throat, it's because it has more breadcrumbs than meat. The place is okay, though a bit cramped. The best thing about it was the service, though it wasn't outstanding. There are better options in Palermo.

A pleasant discovery!
A truly positive experience at this pizzeria.
The pizza was excellent, well-topped and tasty, and the ingredients were of good quality. We also had the obligatory French fries and vegetable panelle as appetizers, and for dessert (chocolate tart with ice cream).
The service was fast and efficient, but what struck me most was the helpfulness and kindness of the staff, always attentive and smiling.
We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

A pleasant discovery in Palermo.
The place is spacious, with seating on the outdoor patio, in the terrace, and in the indoor dining room.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
The pizzas are very good, with Neapolitan-style dough and excellent ingredients.
Excellent value for money.
Recommended, I'll gladly return.

The best pizza in Southern Italy.
We've known this place since it opened. I've tried many pizzas and many restaurants, and I lived in Naples for four years, but when I want the best from a pizza, I always return to Ozio.
The dough is perfect. The ingredients are top-quality and incredibly fresh. The classic and more original combinations are always successful. The wood-fired oven adds a special flavor. Our favorites are the Bagheria sfincione, the Phoenician sfincione, the very light Ozio, the zucchini flowers and lard, and more.
The staff is extremely kind and efficient, and Ivana is a gracious and always helpful hostess. I won't forget the other dishes, which are always excellent and perfect, like the culurgiones with ragù, and more. We won't stop coming back. See you soon!

Elegant and comfortable place. The pizzas are excellent, with a light crust and top-quality ingredients, but the real plus is the selection of draft beers. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

Well-leavened and airy dough, super digestible.
We tried several appetizers (artichokes, battered broccoli, zucchini flowers with anchovies and ricotta, and a reinterpretation of panella): all excellent.
A three-to-one pizza tasting, including a reinterpretation of the Messina-style fried pizza pidone, was truly wow.
Draft beer, sweet and sour to finish: a complete experience.
Nice place and friendly service.
Highly recommended, I'll be back!
