16/10/2025: Last night we ate pizza at this place, and my whole family was truly impressed. They offer a wide variety of gourmet pizzas on the menu, with extremely reasonable prices considering the quality and abundance of toppings. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area.

08/10/2025: Excellent pizza. Personally, I ordered a platter of cured meats and cheeses, but the cured meats weren't particularly good. The only cheese they had was Emmental. I would have expected some Sicilian cheeses...

22/10/2025: Thank you for the wonderful meal. Everything was perfect! From the Piedmontese discovery menu, to the cheese platter, and finally the magnificent tiramisu drowned in coffee. Simple cuisine, but very high quality. The very efficient waitress, pleasant and smiling, recommended a glass of Piedmontese red wine, just perfect and of high quality for wine by the glass. I really enjoyed it. You can be proud of your team....

11/08/2025: I can only speak highly of this restaurant. The menu is never the same from one visit to the next. The dishes are elaborate, perfectly balanced. The wines—what the heck are they?—are created by a wine bar, so they're our top pick. The desserts are, like the rest of the dishes, true masterpieces. 5 stars aren't enough; at least 7 would be needed, not to mention the friendliness of the owner Vito and the waiter Enrico. Go, go, go, go, try it and believe it. The first time I organized a lunch for 18 people, and everything worked out perfectly.

26/07/2025: Simply wow. I was passing through this small town and stumbled upon this restaurant. The gentleman was very welcoming, professional, and very kind. Each dish has its own story and is a blend of Sardinian tradition and cutting-edge cuisine. Without losing sight of its roots, the chef transports you to culinary paradise. I was so grateful to have stumbled upon it by chance. Thank you for your hospitality and for what you offer.

11/10/2025: I cannot, in good conscience, give this restaurant a good rating. This is the worst Michelin-star experience I’ve encountered; in fact, it’s the most disappointing meal of my entire trip to Italy. The presentation is beautiful, but the flavors missed the mark completely. The sweet shrimp dish is the only one I somewhat enjoyed, but it was merely scraps in the soup. It feels ridiculous to be served such a minimal portion for such an expensive meal. Can I please have a full shrimp? The tiny bits in there do not constitute a full serving. Then came the pasta, which was bland, and the stuffed pasta resembled mush—what was that? I completely lost it with the next dish: chicken liver. First off, another bread heavy dish after a few bread dishes already. The balancing and pace of this meal is completely off. Secondly, I usually relish, as I love pâté, foie gras, and similar delicacies. However, this dish tasted overwhelmingly bloody, making it inedible. The pigeon, which I am familiar with and grew up eating, also had an unpleasant taste, oozing with blood. I love a medium rare steak but this dish literally tasted like blood. At this point, I felt nauseated and decided to ask for the check before dessert. As for the bill, the waitress initially told us the drinks were complimentary, so we decided to give them a try. That turned out to be untrue. We were charged for everything, bringing our total to a staggering $450, which is excessively high, even by US standards. We left feeling robbed, and I even experienced stomach pain afterward. If you think you’ll enjoy a nice view during dinner, you are in for a disappointment. We were greeted with trees completely blocking the city skyline, only getting a glimpse of it after our meal. Additionally, I noticed there were only three tables occupied in the entire restaurant on a Friday night, which was quite telling. I wish I could have my time and money back. This was for our wedding anniversary and truly completely ruined our day. It’s an incredibly disappointing experience, and I can’t help but feel frustrated thinking about it.

07/10/2025: The food is every bit as special as the view and that’s saying a lot! The are twists and combinations in each course and they work! The coffee enhances the risotto, just as bbq sauce brings out the inherent sweetness in the carrots. My favorite dish was the beets, barely cooked, and shaped like a rose. I could have made a whole dinner out of that dish. The presentations are beautiful and the service impeccable. The chef greets each guest and somehow makes it all feel personal. This restaurant has all the mystique and beauty of Florence. Go!

30/10/2025: BEWARE of "too good to go" croissants⚠️ Yesterday, October 29, in the afternoon I purchased a bag for €4.99 (worth €15) and was quite dissatisfied. Besides the drastic change in attitude from the staff when I explained I was there to pick up the bag and not to buy, the variety was practically zero: I received 6 croissants. I have nothing to complain about, however, regarding the packaging and the empty croissants, which I found to be good and of decent quality. However, I find myself having to make a complaint here too, since the two chocolate croissants (two different types of creams, one of which I suspect was egg-based) had a filling so hard and/or acidic that they were inedible. It took me a while to figure out what flavor it was and that it was supposed to be chocolate, and I had to throw them away, even though I was disappointed given the app's anti-food waste policy. I realize fresh products can't be guaranteed, and that's fine, but those weren't even from the day before, or even the day before that... I'm explaining what happened because I'm in the midst of food poisoning and I'm hoping the situation doesn't worsen so I don't have to go to the emergency room. I hope the staff can intervene to prevent more people from getting sick, but in the meantime, I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE PURCHASING TOO GOOD TO GO FROM THIS BAKERY.

02/09/2025: We used a voucher for one night but ended up staying four. The inn's strength is the friendliness of the owners, two hard workers with a great deal of creativity in organizing. The cuisine is excellent, light, and always varied. Comfortable rooms with a stunning view of the valley. There's a lovely wellness area and play area. We really hope to return. The Maira Valley is a gem.

11/10/2025: I don't like to write negative reviews. But honestly, we spent way too much for what we ate. The only positive note was the meat, which tasted good, but €29 for a slice of less than 200g seemed too much to me. The starters were overcooked and unsalted. I'm speechless. I'm sorry, but it was a truly awful experience.

11/10/2025: We stumbled upon this family-run restaurant almost by chance, and I must say we were lucky. Following the owner's advice, we chose two first courses and a bottle of wine (cheaper than by the glass). Everything was excellent, the dishes were flavorful and not greasy, even the one with ragù. We were also happy to have met the owner, a cheerful and cheerful person who entertained us with his anecdotes throughout the meal without becoming intrusive. Congratulations. I finished lunch with a delicious tiramisu and a bocconotto, both homemade. A place to recommend and try again.

26/08/2025: The best ice cream in Santa Teresa: soft, beautifully presented, and with sophisticated flavors. Reasonable prices, especially considering the quality.

21/08/2025: I ordered a large artisanal ice cream biscuit: the biscuit tasted stale, and with each bite, the ice cream completely spilled out, making it difficult to enjoy. Furthermore, the price was incredibly high considering the size. For €4, I could get a biscuit twice as big (and delicious) at another ice cream shop on Via XX Settembre. UPDATE FOLLOWING INTIMIDATORY THREATS OF SUIT FROM THE OWNER: "If the review is simply negative but reflects a real experience, even if unpleasant, it cannot be reported, since it falls within the right to criticize."
