05/04/2025: Posto molto carino dove la Sig.ra Carlotta ci accoglie in modo perfetto, abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione pesce “le aromatiche “ e anche quello di carne “i classici “ tutti i piatti sono molto particolari e nello stesso tempo molto coinvolgenti al palato per un uso pazzesco delle materie prime. Da super apprezzamento il suo cult ravioli all’issopo o il Cervo ma non manca un burro tutto Italiano spaziale, lo chef Eugenio Buer è molto simpatico e ci ha deliziato anche con dei cappelletti in triplo brodo (whaooo) serata veramente fantastica complimenti chapeau 🥂

We enjoyed the excellent dishes outside the medieval structure, under a wisteria tree which enlivened our lunch together with the rest. A wonder accompanied by the smiles of Elisabeth and Sofia. A place that would soon become "of the heart". Congratulations indeed.
