04/05/2025: The best trattoria in Friuli Venezia Giulia and one of the best in Italy! My experience was complete in all aspects. The food was exceptional, from the highest quality raw materials, you can feel every ingredient that has been put on the plate with a masterly hand. All dishes were DELICIOUS! with many small interesting details such as crunchy wasabi crumbles in the Beef Tartar dish, the fried leaves, and much more. He also brought us some extra samples such as the ham and vegetable gel on the cauliflower salad before the first course, very fresh, good and balanced. Blecs with sclopit and San Daniele, no words, seasonal, fragrant, good good. The beef was unforgettable, such tender and flavorful beef I don't think I've ever eaten in my life. The place is beautiful, typical, warm, elegant. The service was impeccable, right from the phone call I felt pampered by the voice of the woman of the house. Everything perfect! A little more expensive than other places but absolutely worth every money. I will return several times with friends and family. A must for those who love good food!

02/05/2025: Siamo stati ieri 1° maggio a pranzo con amici, location splendida e curata nei vari dettagli. Servizio plendito, Simona molto professionale ha spiegato nei vari dettagli le varie pietanze del menù a la carte e quello del giorno. Lo chef Felice è da 10 stelle, cura i piatti in ogni suo minimo particolare facendoli degustare prima con gli occhi e poi con il palato. Prodotti freschi a km0 di alta qualità, compreso il pane che lo preparano loro. Prezzi onesti. Ci torneremo presto.

02/06/2025: Typical Piedmontese restaurant with internal walls "covered" with stones and a vaulted corridor, with a cordiality and welcome from another era, as was the service, which kindly explained to us perfectly each dish that was served to us. We had lunch choosing the asparagus-based menu: starting with the welcome appetizers and ending with the dessert, everything was perfect, well cooked, with all the ingredients that married well together in each dish and a perfect flavor. Freshly cut bread. Since we don't eat meat, they met us by replacing the asparagus rolls with ham and cheese, offering us the alternative. The quality ingredients that are used can be perceived in every bite. Note: the asparagus in each dish had been cooked perfectly. The ceramics used during the service are nice. I recommend everyone to try the dishes of this restaurant.
