Without a doubt one of the most interesting restaurants in Cagliari. Modern and refined environment, contemporary cuisine but well linked to the territory. Mullet, fregula, raw meats, in short, a nice amusement park of taste. A very well conducted room by Chiara with elegance and refinement.
I always come back very willingly when I'm in Cagliari.

I realized I haven't reviewed my favorite restaurant in Cagliari yet! And one of my top 3 in Sardinia. This team is really strong! The location is beautiful but the key is in the kitchen using traditional Sardinian products and processing them. In a never banal way is the key to win! Be careful because it doesn't end here!! Now if you just want to drink a glass of good Vermentino, good for you, this is the right place, but for those looking for firecrackers, you could get hurt upstairs!!! What a winery… fun!! A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT
I had great expectations about this place, which is one of the few that I hadn't yet tried in Cagliari, but they were all inexorably disappointed.
The most disappointing element is the SERVICE, not very friendly and not attentive to the customer. At a certain point they decided to play the music at a high volume which doesn't make sense for the mood of the place at dinner. Despite complaints from mine and another table they did not turn the volume down.
But overall every request seemed like a hassle.
The food is interesting but lacks the wow effect and in each dish there are too many sauces which in my opinion do not enhance the main ingredients. We took the mix of appetizers, I really liked the carrots, while I wasn't convinced by the tuna.
As a main course I wanted to try the mullet, too cooked in the center for my taste but paired well with black cabbage while the sauce at the base was too much and unbalanced.
Finally the environment which I honestly didn't understand. The place is divided into two rooms, one industrial style and the other post modern.
Price €60 per person for starters, main course and glass.
In general I would not recommend this place because I think the lack of attention to the customer is unacceptable, especially in this price range. Everything can be improved but not the mentality.

First time I was there, I tried the tasting menu. It was something truly unique! Every dish was special and particular 💘 every time I said "wow!!"
The staff is friendly, attentive to detail and above all patient! 🤣 Being our first time there, let's say that we were recognized for the different questions and more 😅
We had a great time 🙏🏻

Ho passato una cena in questo ristorante molto bello e particolare. Tutto ottimo e ben servito ma con un prezzo un po' alto. Personale qualificato ma pagare acqua del rubinetto è un piatto condiviso allo stesso prezzo, forse non era il caso.

Ristorante piccolo e raffinato, con ottima cucina, ricercata e saporita. Cucina a vista piacevole. Ottima la tartare di manzo, la carne di pecora, i dolci. Tutto. Caffè finale con la moka, cosa chiedere di più?
