Biscotti e dolcetti tutti buonissimi, tumbarelle ineguagliabili… abbiamo provato anche la pasta fresca (ravioli, gnocchi di patate e gnocchetti sardi) ottima! Personale molto accogliente e professionale. Se andate a Stintino non potete non fare tappa al Bicottificio Demelas! Consigliatissimo!

08/07/2025: Fanno dei dolci buonissimi è il terzo anno che veniamo in Sardegna ed è un tappa fissa tutto delizioso come il personale accogliente il locale bello e pulito prima della partenza ci ritorneremo sicuramente

25/05/2025: Over time, Nicolò's already excellent cuisine has improved even further. Also thanks to the addition of Andrea Serale to the staff, a talented promise of Italian cuisine, new flavors, new aromas enrich traditional dishes revisited with taste and curiosity. The wine list, curated by Carla, is decidedly richer, not so much in labels as in their quality, offering a variety of choices that can satisfy every palate - and every budget. Excellent, as always, the service, cared for with passion. The quality-price ratio, in my opinion, is excellent so I highly recommend Amae. Edit: Last supper, for me. For work reasons I will not be able to dine at amae, this week, and on Saturday they will close. What, in my opinion, was the best restaurant in Cuneo will close, and it's a real shame. You still have Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday to try it. Do it, it's worth it. Happy to have been able to go again this evening. Thanks Carla, Nico, Andre, Fra, Camma, Lara for the welcome and the cuddles, I will miss you.

In five other bars in Maniago I paid for 50 ml of bottled mineral water. I comment that it seems expensive to me. The boy replies that it seems expensive to him too. I insist that elsewhere in the town a 50 ml costs even 40 ml and he replies: it's because of inflation. I pay because I'm an idiot, and I had to insist on the receipt which, by chance, the economist had missed the inflation! I felt like I was being taken for a ride by a boy with an excellent sense of humor but no shame or sense of manners. And also a tax evader. Congratulations to whoever educated him.)
