I requested mayonnaise for my meal five separate times, and each time the staff assured me they would bring it right away. However, despite their repeated promises, the mayonnaise never arrived while my food was still warm. I was forced to eat my meal cold while continuing to wait for this simple condiment request. The mayonnaise finally arrived only after I had finished eating - completely defeating the purpose. This level of inattentive service significantly impacted my dining experience and left me quite dissatisfied. For such a basic request to be handled so poorly reflects poorly on the restaurant's service standards. 26/07/2025: I was here on a Wednesday, but we didn't do the pizza tour; you can order whatever you want. The evening was really quiet, the dishes were delicious and well-prepared. Although I must say we waited about half an hour since there was really no one there (two or three tables), it was worth it. The atmosphere is full of plants, and the greenery is truly relaxing. My compliments for the service and the well-kept atmosphere; we'll definitely be back!

13/08/2025: Dolce Freddo is a bar/rotisserie with traditional Sicilian products of the highest quality. Both the savoury and the sweet treats are excellent... and finally, the truly traditional granitas. The chef and all the family staff are very kind. I give it 5 stars. Parking is available.

24/08/2025: My boyfriend and I vacationed at Tenuta Sant'Andrea. The place is truly fabulous, strategically located for reaching the most beautiful places. We had a wonderful time. Matteo's kindness and hospitality were priceless. He made us feel at home right away and gave us helpful tips on all the places to visit. For anyone looking for a vacation in Salento, Tenuta Sant'Andrea is an absolute must!

07/09/2025: We want to express our deep regret for not being able to peacefully enjoy what should have been a precious gift from our friends and relatives, but which instead turned out to be almost a nightmare: we were subjected to constant attacks by horseflies, with a total of more than 30 bites all over our bodies, which turned into itchy welts. A simple disinfestation would have been enough...

10/09/2025: I ordered a starter, and my partner's meal arrived right afterward. I then had to wait half an hour for it. When I asked for my food, the staff asked me, "Do you want your food now?" Yes, and then my food arrived. The pasta wasn't even close to being al dente and was completely raw. They offered to make me a new portion, but after waiting almost an hour for the food, I was fed up. I really expected more. It's a shame!

13/08/2025: Nice place, I've been a few times and it's always a good experience. The chang rolls are delicious, and the service is friendly and efficient. The place is nice but nothing special. Recommended.

31/07/2025: We ordered pineapple rice, fish curry, mango sorbet, and passion fruit sorbet. Portions were generous but not overly so, plus we had the option of ordering plain rice as a side. Everything was excellent and flavorful, with reasonable wait times. The atmosphere was pleasant and slightly dark. We'll be back.
