06/09/2025: The food here is SO good! The Raw Classic Wrap is absolutely delicious! I loved it so much I had it two days in a row. The acai bowl was great too. Friendly staff as well. This is an amazing place for healthy food in Florence. Love their ethos.

This plant-based restaurant successfully transforms seasonal ingredients into creative, carefully crafted, and flavorfully balanced dishes. The surprise menu concept is brilliant: you let the chef guide you through a menu that changes based on the freshest ingredients available, making the dinner dynamic and never predictable. Each course is a discovery, with original pairings that surprise without ever being forced. All dishes have been reimagined with a vegan twist, free from dairy and eggs, a choice that demonstrates how valuable plant-based cuisine can be without sacrificing anything. Beyond the quality of the dishes, we greatly appreciated the welcome: they offered us various extras, from the entrée to the final biscuit, creating a rare sense of care and hospitality. Even our dogs immediately felt at ease thanks to the serene and relaxed atmosphere of the restaurant, a detail that truly made a difference for us. 26/09/2025: Just as we were leaving Gerace, we happened upon this pastry shop where we had a delicious gelato with brioche. The gelato was creamy, with authentic flavors, and plentiful. The staff were young, quick, and friendly.

05/10/2025: This osteria is a must-try if you're in the Trevi area, but as a Perugian, I'd say it's definitely worth the trip from the surrounding area. The restaurant is small, intimate, and welcoming, furnished with care and good taste; the welcome is friendly, with just the right amount of informality that makes you feel immediately at home. All the dishes, from appetizers to desserts, honor the authentic flavors of Umbrian cuisine, thanks in part to the use of excellent local ingredients (for example, we were lucky enough to visit during the black celery season; it was the first time we'd tried it, and we weren't disappointed at all!) An experience definitely worth repeating. I'm giving it 5 stars only because I can't give more!

04/10/2025: A friend who already knew the place took me there for dinner in October. We tried the crostini, the gricia di bosco, the black celery cannelloni, and the parmigiana... we can't say which dish was better!!! The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming. Highly recommended!

09/10/2025: The best gelato I had in Italy by tenfold! The pistachio is salty, sweet, nutty (of course), and so utterly creamy. I went back every day I was in Florence and I’m still dreaming of it. Everywhere else was so far below how good this gelato was even though their reviews were also amazing. The owner deserves her flowers!

12/09/2025: Truly a beautiful rest area, in a wonderful location. The management is top-notch, and the people are more than kind in welcoming you to their place. A traditional bar with the lovely lady Cinzia who will cater to your every need, from super spritzes to delicious sandwiches.
