26/06/2025: Tra la marea di gelaterie che esistono nel centro di Firenze ce ne sono state consigliate un paio, ed una era proprio questa piccola gelateria a due passi dal duomo in una stretta via laterale. Quando sono andato, nel primo pomeriggio, per fortuna non ho dovuto affrontare lunghe code, solo un paio di persone prima di me. Ho scelto i gusti Strega Nocciola e Cioccolato fondente: mi sono piaciuti, ho sentito i sapori bene in evidenza. Prezzi normali per uno dei centri storici più frequentati da turisti del mondo: cono/coppetta piccola 3,3€.

She, the cook, is a true master in the preparation of vegetarian and vegan dishes, capable of surprising with the creativity and balance of flavours. Each dish is a small masterpiece: refined, meticulous in presentation, with a wonderful assortment of colors and garnishes based on edible flowers that add beauty and delicacy. The environment is furnished in a minimal, essential but welcoming style, perfectly in line with the philosophy of the place. A perfect place for those looking for something authentic, healthy and surprising. Highly recommended!

06/04/2025: Un’esperienza davvero unica in un locale particolarissimo, gestito con passione e cura da una splendida coppia italo-giapponese. Lei, la cuoca, è una vera maestra nella preparazione di piatti vegetariani e vegani, capaci di stupire per la creatività e l’equilibrio dei sapori. Ogni piatto è un piccolo capolavoro: ricercato, curatissimo nella presentazione, con un meraviglioso assortimento di colori e guarnizioni a base di fiori eduli che aggiungono bellezza e delicatezza. L’ambiente è arredato in stile minimal, essenziale ma accogliente, perfettamente in linea con la filosofia del locale. Un posto perfetto per chi cerca qualcosa di autentico, sano e sorprendente. Consigliatissimo!

14/06/2025: Typical mountain structure, a truly kind and cordial welcome. The owner very knowledgeable about the presentation of wines. We tasted a platter of typical cured meats followed by a stewed sausage with polenta concia. Everything exceptional! I had never eaten polenta concia like this! Congratulations to all the staff of this wonderful place. We will definitely return if there is an opportunity! Highly recommended!

23/06/2025: Giulia ci ha supportato sin dal primo istante che abbiamo scelto loro come location, sembra di stare in famiglia per come ci hanno accolto sia noi sposi che il nostro piccolo Nathan❤️ i camerieri genitillissimi, Giulia e Lorenzo disponibili in tutto 🥰 ci siamo sentiti a casa 😍 Il mangiare è stato buonissimo, i nostri invitati sono rimasti tutti a bocca aperta per quanto cibo c'era hanno fatto tutti il bis e addirittura il tris 🥰❤️ La piscina spettacolare, con il loro buffet di dolci a non finire. Poi che dire, la grotta, un luogo meravigliosamente Unico, dove poter dare le nostre bomboniere ed assaporare dei liquori, rum e sigari. 05/06/2025: Perfect evening! Thanks to all the staff and the chef. We ate very well, it was a real experience. In my opinion, the great thing about the surprise menu is tasting dishes that you would never have ordered and discovering new flavors. I loved it. As already mentioned in other reviews, you can choose between 2 menus, one with 5 dishes including sorbet and dessert and another with 3 dishes only savory. I recommend the first, it was truly a journey of flavors! As for the price, we took 2 menus of 5 courses (plus an amuse bouche, sorbet and a dessert at the end of the dinner, in addition to the dessert) and 2 bottles of water and spent 104 euros, I would say in line with what we ate. We will definitely come back to try the new summer menu!

It's a shame that it's only open for lunch during the week, it would be nice to be able to enjoy their delicious piadinas also in the evening and on Saturdays.

20/07/2025: Ambiente curato, servizio cortese e puntuale (migliorato molto nel corso degli anni). Menù vegetale stagionale vario ed interessante. Ho notato nel corso degli anni un'evoluzione delle portate in termini di ricerca della materia prima e creatività. Piatti gustosi e ottimo il filetto.

20/07/2025: Ero di passaggio a Bologna e cercavo un posto rilassante, vegano, dove mangiare colorato e genuino, non amo la cucina tradizionale, anche io cucino esplorando e creando. La proposta di piatti mi è piaciuta tantissimo, le ragazze assistono i clienti senza fare pressing, sono gentili. Lampade meravigliose e Escher-iane, bello tutto lo stile interno. Costo, il giusto per l'offerta di qualità. Ho preso il piatto del giorno, equilibrato e saziante, più anguria marinata. Cheesecake al mango spettacolare. Ho amato molto la scelta anche delle posate e stoviglie. Nessun problema a prenotare tavolo x 1 persona, via website, risposta molto celere di conferma.

17/06/2025: Such great dining at Viaggi Nel Gusto, Angelica and Beti were great, they were super friendly and welcoming. We felt right at home, we had Spaghetti a la Vongole, Eggplant Parmigiana, Carpacio, Carbonara and the two steaks in the menu, everything was delicious, fresh and filling. We also had the house wine, it was so good we ended up buying two bottles to go, I definitely recommend their house wine. For dessert we had the house made Tiramisu 😋😋😋It was delicious, the coffee were great, the expreso was on point. Overall we really enjoyed our dinging experience at Viaggi Nel Gusto, the service, food and ambience made our visit memorable.

20/06/2025: We got married 2 days ago in this fantastic Location with a capital L because everything you can organize in this structure you cannot find elsewhere. The availability of all the staff, in ensuring that this day remained unforgettable for us and for the guests, is priceless. Gianluca, Giuseppe, Denise were fantastic and available to satisfy all our requests. Enzo the hall manager with his staff were wonderful. Angelo (that's what the chef should be called) prepared exceptional dishes... amazing buffet, culinary and entertainment corners in the structure that have no equal. Fantastic music and entertainment... I wouldn't want to forget anyone and so I close with a fantastic and forever THANK YOU TO EVERYONE....YOU HAVE CREATED SOMETHING UNIQUE.

We would like to give some advice to all future newlyweds: If you want to be sure of organizing an event that is taken care of down to the smallest details, where someone will always be ready to listen to you and interpret your wishes, tailoring it to you, trust Gianluca, Giuseppe, Paolo, Denise and Enzo... an impeccable team, wedding professionals, passionate about this job... They were able to guide and reassure us at every stage, taking away most of the worries related to the evening. Our wedding was a great carefree party for the guests and especially for us, the newlyweds! The floral and non-floral arrangements were spectacular! A riot of colors! Impeccable service, exquisite cuisine suitable for all tastes, everything very fresh and beautifully presented... Not to mention the special effects, literally! They indulged our madness: from the ceremony in the villa with the final explosion of colors to the championship moment, the DJ set was also beautiful! We have received nothing but compliments from everyone! Thank you for making our dream come true.
