24/08/2025: Villa Anton in Sambucheto is an elegant and welcoming restaurant, perfect for both a romantic dinner and special events. The charming location, surrounded by greenery and meticulously maintained, instantly creates a pleasant atmosphere. The cuisine combines tradition and creativity: beautifully presented dishes, with quality ingredients and balanced flavors. The first and second courses are excellent, and the desserts are also noteworthy. The staff is professional, courteous, and always available to offer advice. Good value for money considering the level of experience. A place we'll gladly return to and highly recommend to anyone looking for a fine dining experience in the area.

18/07/2025: We attended a wedding at Villa Anton, and the venue was breathtakingly beautiful, and the food was plentiful. From the aperitif to the dessert, everything was very well organized.

From the beautiful and well-maintained location to the professional table service by young and highly competent staff. The musical entertainment was top-notch. 27/08/2025: We stayed at the Finailhof after touring Lake Vernago. What can I say? This place is spectacular, starting with its location, which offers a breathtaking view of Lake Vernago! We ate amazing goulash and delicious eggs with speck and potatoes! The homemade almond and peach cake was truly out of this world! The owners were incredibly kind and courteous! Highly recommended! 💜⛰️♥️ See you next time!

09/09/2025: Me and my partner visited the Rooster Cafe whilst in Florence on holiday, (once finally working out how to open the door lol). It was a small and busy restaurant (which tells me it’s good), and the atmosphere was great. The owner welcomed us in himself and was very friendly and polite. He took our order and we waited. Unfortunately there was a slight delay on our food due to a mix up with the order in which the owner was very apologetic and instantly took full responsibility, not that we had an issue with the wait, but he was quick to rectify so hats off to him. Having owned a few restaurants myself in the past I know that sometimes things don’t always go to plan, so we were patient. The food arrived and wow, it was outstanding. We both had Eggs Benedict and each had a different smoothie, fresh fruit on show, squeezed out in front of you and blended into the smoothie… Awesome. The owner came and sat with me when my partner went to the toilet and he expressed his frustration about the mix up with our order and told us we could have our visit for free as he had fallen below his high standards. He would not accept any payment when we tried to pay before leaving. What an absolute gentleman he was. An incredible business with a great menu, great food and great service. We will definitely return when we revisit Florence in the future. Oh and we even got a little dessert as an apology from the owner which was really tasty. If you’re the owner of the rooster cafe and you are reading this, thank you very much. You’re a great person and have an incredible business. Wish you all the success in the future and we will certainly be returning!!

06/09/2025: Great wait staff, very bad chef. Rooster Cafe never disappoints — the brunch is always incredible — fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. But what truly stood out during my recent visit was not just the food, but the way Bobby, a member of the team, handled a very difficult situation with remarkable grace and professionalism. There was an unfortunate incident where the chef, seemingly driven by ego and the internal conflict with team members, refused to serve dishes to customers simply because certain requests hadn’t been “pre-approved.” It could have ruined the entire experience — but Bobby stepped in, calm and collected, and managed the situation with true leadership and care for the guests. Bobby deserves huge credit for keeping the environment welcoming and respectful despite the challenge. I wish him all the best — and when he opens his own restaurant someday, I’ll be first in line. 21/08/2025: Spectacular pub in perfect American Diner style, it feels like you've stepped into the TV show Happy Days. Decor is meticulously designed, down to the smallest details. Excellent food quality, fast service, and the owner, who is always there, is very kind and friendly. A wonderful experience if you're looking for something new and fun. Highly recommended!

Laura, the wedding planner, organized every detail perfectly, and Flavio, the director, was able to fulfill our every request, accompanying us step by step, from the first meeting to our entire day. His omnipresence, never intrusive but punctual (our ninja 🤩), allowed us to experience our wedding with a serenity we never expected. The organization and all the staff, from the super-polite and kind waiters to the amazing and abundant cuisine, made our guests fall in love, and they continue to shower us with compliments! What can I say, thank you to every single member of the Casali team, a stunning property that Filippo, the owner, meticulously built with dedication and so much care!
