14/12/2025: A retro 1970s-style restaurant, with a classic family atmosphere and a great food menu. Excellent service. Dishes are predominantly mushroom-based, the restaurant's signature dish, with varying degrees of perfection, despite the excellent quality of the ingredients used.

20/12/2025: I dined here without a reservation, and the gentleman at the door was incredibly kind: he found me the perfect spot right away. Everything I ate was delicious, cooked to perfection. The wild boar meat was incredibly tender and had none of that typical gamey flavor; it was delicate and flavorful. The staff member who let me taste the wine was extremely helpful and attentive, explaining everything to me courteously. After I paid, he even offered me another bottle of water for free! The staff in the dining room were also professional, polite, and courteous. I highly recommend it; I'll be back soon!
P.S. Sometimes the bottle caps pop off.
20/12/2025: We thoroughly enjoyed Ristorantee II Giurista. From the moment we sat down the atmosphere was full of ancient vibes. Set in a vaulted cellar it had the perfect Etruscan mood.
The food was meticulously prepared and served by the friendly wait staff.
The beef tartare was magnificent. The wild boar stew, risotto and beef fillet were all delicious.
The only down side is we only had one opportunity to eat at Ristorantee Giurista.

17/11/2025: ...very nice and well-kept location, friendly staff, but the food, considering they said the produce is home-grown, was disappointing.
The appetizers were nothing special, then we had pumpkin lasagna, a brick without any flavor, like the main course, and pumpkin parmigiana, the same, with the usual lack of flavor. The wild boar was decent.
Dessert: chocolate, amaretto, and caramel cream tart.....we couldn't taste any of these flavors.....huh.....the red wine was decent....40 euros each....I don't think we'll be back.

13/12/2025: Excellent restaurant in the city center and one of the few, if not the only, places where you can dine until after 3 pm. Delicious Friulian cuisine. It closes at 4 pm and is not open in the evenings.

07/12/2025: Delicious food, the best pizza I've had in a long time. Everything is run by elderly Italians who prepare everything according to homemade recipes. The house wine is truly exquisite. The desserts are simply exquisite. If you're in the area, you absolutely must visit this place!

19/12/2025: I ordered exotic something, salted caramel and pistachio. The exotic something was especially delicious. The salted caramel was just average. Overall it was delicious.
18/12/2025: One of the few Italian gelato shops that the gelato is kept in deep covered stainless-steel tubs below the display surface and not displayed under a glass display. The latter likely has more stabilizers added to hold the shape and slow the melting.
We have been coming back daily the last 3 nights for their gelato. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Gelato tastes great too, with a lighter mouthfeel and melts naturally.
Worth a try if you are around the area.

12/12/2025: It was a very pleasant dinner. I want to compliment the staff, who were truly exquisitely kind and made you feel at ease right away.
The homemade agnolotti were excellent, the pasta and filling perfect.
Perhaps the sauce was a little too salty... let's just say "salty," a bit like the final bill! 😄 Jokes aside, I recommend the place.
