The dishes are not simple combinations of ingredients, but represent a real ecosystem in balance. The atmosphere of the place is warm and enveloping, and the lighting is brilliantly designed to enhance each dish and make the customer feel at the center of the experience. The service is friendly, the staff trained and professional. At Soul Kitchen you don't eat: you live an experience.

18/03/2025: What can I say, I express my opinion after having had the opportunity to try the cuisine several times. First of all, the service, offered by young staff who are always very friendly and polite, helped me to appreciate the place. A note also for the place, unique thanks to its panorama with Mount Vettore and the Castelluccio valley as a backdrop. The food is always very good, albeit with some declines in some of the first courses. Never about ingredients, but more about cooking methods and seasonings which are unfortunately not always up to par. Prices on average stand at around 35/40 euros per person for a complete course including house wine. Ultimately: an enchanting place (not refined) as well as the quality of the ingredients which are always first choice. The cuisine is a little less so due to some seasonings that are sometimes a little excessive and not always spot on. Finally, the grilled dishes are very good.

22/03/2025: A small hut with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, furnished in a typical mountain style but at the same time very well-kept and elegant in its own way. Excellent restaurant, a few selected dishes but made with care, we liked everything. A special mention goes to the lardo speck appetizer, a particular type of speck made by them, exquisite; and to the tortelloni stuffed carbonara style with spring onion cream. High prices but they have very few seats, so I understand the choice. Overall highly recommended if you are in the area!

22/03/2025: Excellent food, kind and professional staff, warm and welcoming atmosphere. A few minutes by car from Moena, on-site parking. I recommend the lard platter and potato tortelli filled with asparagus and sour butter

Anche “Sua Eccellenza”, la classica Margherita leggermente ritoccata nell’essenza, si distingue per la raffinatezza della semplicità e la massima digeribilità. Complimenti per aver fatto diventare un panino il protagonista di una cena,un'idea insolita ma molto bene pensata e realizzata! Se torno per lavoro da queste parti ci rivado di corsa!

15/03/2025: Very beautiful structure, large, well-kept and very clean SPA. Nice rooms but less elegant and refined, beds and pillows not very comfortable. Overall, however, a very relaxing experience with kind and knowledgeable staff. Dinner at the restaurant was refined but with dishes that were a little out of date.

03/04/2025: An unforgettable experience in a dream farmhouse! Our stay at this farmhouse was absolutely perfect, exceeding all expectations! From the first to the last hour, we felt pampered, immersed in nature and surrounded by a romantic and relaxing atmosphere. The structure is enchanting: a perfect mix of rustic and elegance, with an attention to detail that makes the difference. Our room was upgraded free of charge to the suite, a real pearl surrounded by vineyards, where we woke up with a breathtaking view. The privacy is total, ideal for couples seeking tranquility and intimacy. The owner Francesco was very kind and helpful, always attentive to our needs without ever being intrusive. The staff, especially Mrs. Francesca, was excellent, especially during the wine tasting: very knowledgeable, passionate and able to make us appreciate every sip with interesting explanations. The food was genuine and delicious, never banal, with local products that made the meal an authentic experience. We loved walking through the vineyards, enjoying the sunset and relaxing away from the chaos of the city. This agriturismo is the ideal place to regenerate, for those looking for romance, good food and direct contact with nature. We can't wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to treat themselves to a perfect escape! Thank you so much for these unforgettable days! 🌿🍷💛

09/03/2025: Dopo una lunga strada sterrata che non deve assolutamente preoccupare si arriva in questo splendido agriturismo immerso nel verde. Noi per l'occasione abbiamo provato il loro ristorante. Le sale sono molto rustiche e curate, si respira aria di antico, di bello, di vissuto. L'odore del camino rende tutto più magico. Passando ai piatti siamo rimasti veramente colpiti. Il nuovo chef (cosi ci hanno riferito) è stato capace di regalarci delle emozioni con la sua cucina, attenta, saporita e fatta sicuramente con passione. I primi sono stati fantastici, la carne alla fiorentina molto tenera (consiglio un piatto caldo per mantenerla a temperatura). Ottimi vini locali. Struttura veramente consigliata!

The organization was impeccable: everything worked perfectly, with attentive, professional and always available staff. The food is top quality, each course was an explosion of flavours, with the freshest raw materials and a presentation of a true starred restaurant. 27/10/2024: Yesterday, we had an amazing meal at l’Antico Granaio. I had seared tuna with pistachios, and my wife had seared tuna with pickled red onions. Both tuna dishes were perfectly prepared, but the sweet and sour pickled red onions were exceptional – such a perfect balance! For dessert, we had the pistachio tiramisu, which at first seemed like a disappointment because it wasn’t fresh. However, after the first bite, it became clear – it was a flavor explosion you simply can’t achieve with fresh tiramisu. Only two days left here in Castellammare del Golfo, but we’ll be back!

18/04/2025: Highly recommended restaurant. Delicious pizzas, a great Caesar salad, and a tremendous tiramisu! Good value and close to the Colosseum. We were served by Rima, who was very attentive and friendly. If we return to Rome, we will come back!
