26/10/2025: We definitely recommend Locanda Nelli for its carefully prepared, delicious dishes, made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. We chose the duck breast, tagliolini, and sea bass: everything was delicious. Even the dessert, freshly prepared by the owner, was very friendly and helpful, and she even accommodated our extra cravings, which weren't on the menu. The service was professional and friendly. We'll take a special memory of this delicious dinner back to Lake Garda with us.

06/02/2026: I've been going to Poppy's for years, and I can honestly say it's my favorite gourmet pizzeria (and I've tried many). You don't just go to Poppy's for pizza; it's a truly extraordinary culinary experience, one of those unforgettable ones. The attention to detail is absolute, the flavors are unique, and the products have a quality that can't be explained in words. As if that weren't enough, the staff is wonderful, the place is very cute and well-kept; it's impossible to find a flaw. ❤️

19/01/2026: Gambero Rosso 2-slice pizzeria. Very friendly staff, with a helpful and courteous waitress. There were four of us and we ordered four pizzas (truffle, San Salvatore, cinghialotta, vegan), one buffalo burrata, four beers, three desserts (one Atto Secondo Mango and two Como una Cuba), two rum shots, one still water, and one coffee. Bill: €136.20 (€34 each). Atto Secondo Mango: White chocolate egg with mango filling. Como una Cuba: Chocolate cigar, coated in bitter cocoa and filled with tiramisu cream. It arrives at the table under a smoked glass dome, accompanied by a rum shot. Dipping it in rum faithfully reproduces the experience of a real cigar. Special mention for the truffle and the Como una Cuba. Passed.

19/12/2025: I ordered exotic something, salted caramel and pistachio. The exotic something was especially delicious. The salted caramel was just average. Overall it was delicious.

18/12/2025: One of the few Italian gelato shops that the gelato is kept in deep covered stainless-steel tubs below the display surface and not displayed under a glass display. The latter likely has more stabilizers added to hold the shape and slow the melting. We have been coming back daily the last 3 nights for their gelato. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Gelato tastes great too, with a lighter mouthfeel and melts naturally. Worth a try if you are around the area.

The pizzas were also perfectly cooked, with just the right balance of crispiness and softness. The service was quick and efficient, with no long waits despite the place being busy. Another plus is definitely the value for money: generous portions, top quality at reasonable prices. We will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy excellent pizza in a unique atmosphere in the wonderful town of Santu Lussurgiu!
