Fantastic selection of vermouths, I had one of the best Negroni I ever tasted. The food was fantastic, well balanced, great presentation and on the spot. I’m a solo traveler due to work and the ambience is more for having friends and/or partners with you, however, the host made me feel welcomed and all in all, great experience

A tasteful refuge in the heart of Terni. In the heart of the lively center of Terni there is this jewel, a place that enchants, also for its welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere. The particular decor immediately catches the attention: combinations of styles ranging from industrial to bohemian, with a touch of minimalist elegance. What is striking is the perfect balance between modernity and warmth, creating an inviting and charming environment. The service at Mishima is impeccable, with courteous and attentive staff who take care of every detail to ensure an unforgettable experience for their guests. Excellent cocktails. Even the bathroom is... An experience! Lovely and highly recommended.

A weekend holiday in Terni to visit a friend, first evening in the city, we go to eat in this very nice little place, refined but informal environment. I ate an excellent Roman artichoke with delicious pecorino cream. The start was definitely the best. The wine recommended by the waitress, very courteous and smiling, truly delicate. I then had a first course with truffle and pecorino, very tasty, perhaps a little full of seasoning. Definitely if you are on a diet I recommend you come for a treat! I would have liked a fish option, as I don't eat meat, but I would say that the experience was definitely satisfying!

The venue offers an enchanting aperitif experience. I particularly appreciated the excellent Ugo that I consumed: its fresh and balanced taste made the experience truly pleasant. The welcoming atmosphere and attentive service made the evening even more enjoyable. I highly recommend visiting for a quality aperitif.

Nonostante il nome lasci intendere una cucina fusion o perlomeno orientaleggiante, il ristorante è molto improntato sulla cucina del territorio con tanto di rivisitazioni coraggiose ma spesso azzeccate. Ciriole con i funghi galluzzi, parmigiana, paccheri con patatine croccanti guanciale e tartufo, sono solo alcuni esempi. Bello spazio esterno, unica nota stonata è l'arredamento da esterno totalmente scomodo (sedie pieghevoli con stecche di legno dritte) che scoraggia il prolungarsi in chiacchiere, tanto da sembrare più da fast food che da trattoria.
