We left the motorway looking for a restaurant on Google and we found it in front of us, attentive and friendly staff, we ordered grilled lamb and beef with side dishes, fabulous, sweet wine, water and coffee. €59.00 plus presence at the table next to us of one of the greatest Italian footballers of all time.

Large and welcoming location just a stone's throw from the Fabro motorway exit, friendly staff, fast service. Meat is definitely their forte! I had already been for work and returned with my family.

Restaurant located immediately outside the A1 Fabro exit, very convenient and on the street. The strong dishes are certainly the grilled cuts of meat. Personally, I took a 1.4kg Florentine steak, truly fantastic, perfectly cooked rare, very tender and very tasty. The lamb and the steak are also very good.
The waiters are very kind and friendly, local people with the typical Umbrian accent.
I will definitely go back if I'm on the road
I highly recommend!!!!

Il ristorante è molto grande e sui muri ci sono le foto in pratica di tutti i vip italiani passati al ristorante. Menu' semplice, con pochi piatti tipici. Abbiamo preso prima dei pici, io al ragu' di cinghiale. Piatto buono, saporito. Poi abbiamo preso la tagliata di circa 1 kg, cotta al sangue. Sicuramente buona, si scioglieva in bocca. Conto giusto per quello che abbiamo preso.

Ennesima visita al ristorante la Bettola del Buttero di Fabro, ed ennesima conferma della bontà del locale. Buono, se non ottimo, tutto. Fatta eccezione per due piccoli dettagli. La pezzatura della carne troppo piccola per chiamarsi Fiorentina, e la cottura leggermente troppo avanti. La qualità è sicuramente ottima, ma bistecche da 500g od al massimo di 800g non possono considerarle delle vere Bistecche alla Fiorentina. Se poi sono anche leggermente troppo cotte. Comunque nell'insieme tutto buono, ma spero che in futuro possano fare di meglio.
