15/06/2026: A stone's throw from the Orvieto cathedral, everything is very good, especially the cheese and the fresh homemade pasta. The prices are touristy, Mr. Pippo is truly a special character. We had an appetizer, some good house white wine, a plate of umbricchielli cacio pepe, a plate of umbricchielli alla matriciana, and tagliatelle with ragù.
11/06/2026: Terrible experience - avoid this place!
Very disappointing visit. The service was awful and completely unwelcoming. To make matters worse, the food smelled bad and tasted off. Even the salad was served completely dry with no dressing whatsoever. A highly questionable and frustrating experience all around. Definitely not worth your time or money.

12/08/2026: I was looking for an early lunch around 11 AM and stopped by here. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the starter vegetables were. Both the truffle pasta and the carbonara had a warm, comforting feel, like I was eating local home cooking.
Eating delicious local food next to a small fountain made me feel very happy.
I also used the restroom, which was very clean.

07/08/2026: A typical Umbrian experience, I ordered a cheese and ham platter made in-house. A totally worthwhile experience!

13/07/2026: I spotted this bakery because I often walked past it, until one evening I decided to stop in and it was a pleasant discovery. The products were very good, and the staff was very friendly. I'll be back very soon!

02/08/2026: Always fresh and good food, great location, excellent pizza, excellent kebab, excellent fish, meat, and pasta dishes, fried food—everything is excellent, and everything is top-quality.
Super friendly staff. I recommend it for any type of cuisine.
Better to book in advance; the restaurant is always busy!
Suitable for everyone, young and old. The only downside, but easily overcome since it's worth it, is parking. A little difficult, but fine on weekends.

20/06/2026: Had lunch as part of a bike tour. It was excellent. We had several small dishes - farro salad, Porchetta, frittata in tomato sauce, and cheeses -paired with a local white wine. Each dish was tasty and well prepared. They went well with the wine. I appreciated that the menu didn’t just repeat every other menu in Orvieto.
15/06/2026: We hadlunch here as part of a bike tour. Delicious!

30/03/2026: Bad experience. Ordered a custom cake. It was also expensive. Unfortunately, the cake was contaminated with a truffle flavoring and became inedible. I reported it to the business, but have received no explanation or apology to date. It's a shame, considering it's a young business, but...
03/03/2026: Delicious pastries, from leavened pastries to cakes and desserts! The savory treats are also delicious, from sandwiches to croissants.
The place is well-kept and clean, with covered outdoor seating, heated in the winter and air-conditioned in the summer. The staff is extremely kind and attentive to customer requests.

02/08/2026: Nice rest area, the shop is big and has a lot of different products, but the price of bread is excessive. 2.6€ for a normal size baguette is just abusive.

25/04/2026: A truly negative experience. Yesterday, we kindly asked for extra chairs at the table because there were initially more than one person. Shortly afterward, some friends left, leaving three of us, so I immediately apologized to the waiter for the change.
His reaction was completely inappropriate: he insulted me, calling me an "idiot," and added that he "couldn't even bring chairs," all accompanied by a final curse. This was absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior.
I understand that the job can be stressful; I've personally worked with the public for 10 years, but respect for customers should be the foundation. I won't be returning, and I don't recommend it.

Put the antipasti on the pizza. Magnificent. The sauce is incredible, the crust is thin and crispy, not floppy. As far as I can tell with my broken Italian and Google Translate, it’s all vegan. Sara, our server, was so patient as I asked “como se dice?” a million times. Grazie mille!

13/07/2026: This place was a wonderful surprise; it recently changed ownership and is centrally located. The food we ate exceeded our expectations, and the hostess, Nadia, is kind and empathetic, making you feel right at home. Everything was excellent, and the beers were top-notch. The place is very well-kept and perfectly captures the feel of a pub, with a feminine touch. We'll be back as soon as possible...just an hour from Rome.

I've read negative reviews that are about a year old. I say this because we stopped in today for a beer.
The owner (Nadia) was incredibly kind, to say the least, and stopped to chat with us and told us she's been running this place for a year.
I say this because it's not easy to find a place in a tourist area where you're pampered and not told "you're a tourist anyway, and once you're out I'll never see you again."
I highly recommend it.

23/07/2026: Excellent restaurant. It's reasonably priced, and the new location is much brighter than the previous one. We recommend ordering the lunch menu when you go for lunch, as it offers a small price for several dishes.
22/07/2026: We've been customers for a few years. The new location is beautiful. The food is really fresh and always impeccable. The service is very friendly and the bathrooms are very clean. The atmosphere is relaxing, almost romantic now. Thank you, and see you soon.
