30/07/2026: We were looking for a place to have lunch. We happened upon this place while passing by. As soon as you walk in, you're transported to a vintage yet super-nice atmosphere. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, especially the pici with sausage and tomato. Highly recommended!

05/06/2026: Pazzaglia is a perfect example of how prime locations are never fully capitalized by the proprietors. Nothing more disappointing than being exposed to commercial naivety and in this case, further aggravated by the owner lording over his staff with constant criticism and insults. If your staff is incompetent, fire them and do it yourself but please don’t force your views onto the patrons who quite frankly don’t give a damn about your self-inflicted pain! Notwithstanding, it’s a great spot for people watching and enjoying a summer aperitif. Back for the summer and on a perfect evening we were surprised by the number of tables available to us. All fell into place when we were offered a cocktail menu and a “snack” menu. The snack menu itemised a price list for what was complimentary last year: oily crisps, unappetizing nuts and olives. And, when the embarrassed waiter insisted on payment on delivery of our drinks, the empty tables had an explanation! This, in a country where “aperitivo” is well defined to mean a cocktail with snacks! We all know how this story ends…

12/07/2026: We ate here on a Friday evening. The service was slow (from 8:00 PM when we sat down, we waited a good hour just to order), and they didn't even ask us what we wanted to drink. The food isn't bad, but get some staff because waiting an hour to order a focaccia and a parmigiana is simply not an option!

13/10/2025: The restaurant's cuisine has lost some points compared to the past: for example, the baked potatoes ordered were definitely from the day before as they were dry and certainly reheated.

30/06/2025: A lovely, quiet break. The access may seem a bit like a sleepy place, but the grounds and service are well-maintained. The dinner is a bit overpriced; I guess we know you won't leave once you're seated...

07/11/2025: Excellent place! We visited this restaurant on October 31st, while almost the entire world was celebrating Halloween! We had a wonderful evening! The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, maintaining the rustic character of the restaurant. The service is attentive, friendly, and attentive. The menu is remarkable. We chose the six-course menu, and every dish amazed us with its excellent ingredients, combinations, and presentation. A special mention for the cappelletti with parmesan cream, truly top-notch!

13/09/2025: One of those places where you feel at home. The dishes are beautifully presented, with attention to every detail, and everything is delicious. Each dish is carefully crafted using local, seasonal ingredients. I'll definitely be back.

28/07/2025: Close to the main hotels, and just a few steps way from the Terni train station, you can find this small gem: a take away pizza place, where I went to 4 times during my 4 day visit to Terni. Forno Spada Pizza is not about being glamorous or pretty, it’s about being good at what they do - amazing pizzas, for affordable prices and more. Don’t be afraid to try the carbonara “arancini”. I wish these existed where I live!

05/07/2026: First time in years, and years, or rather... since Costanzo was still there! What can I say, excellent pizza! The staff, despite being packed on a Saturday night, tried to please everyone with the utmost kindness and courtesy. We'll be back.

20/06/2026: I visited this pizzeria and was pleasantly surprised. The pizzas are large and very good, the service is excellent, and the value is excellent. The only thing I noticed was that they were probably a bit understaffed: the waitresses were constantly running from table to table, even sweating, trying to serve everyone. Despite this, they were always kind and professional. For this reason, we left an extra tip, which I rarely do but which in this case was absolutely deserved. Kudos to the entire staff!

05/07/2026: We were in an Adventures by Disney group and this place was excellent. First was my kids plate and before that we got free tasting of wine and balsamic vinegar including trying the 67 year old one. Very tasty food. A must try. The red pasta was great. I forgot to photo the antipasta.

08/12/2025: Simply fantastic! Hospitality, cheerfulness, and above all, delicious, high-quality cuisine. We booked while they were directing us to the Marmore Falls. Unfortunately, we were about an hour late, which was a shame for us, but they nevertheless welcomed us with such ease. We began ordering—there was both a fixed menu and an a la carte option. The prices were affordable, the location truly enchanting, and best of all, we could eat without a phone, as there was no signal. Finally, peace of mind. A friend of ours had allergies, so the chef was notified, and she sat down with us to understand my friend's needs and allergies. We ordered delicious supplì, a pumpkin appetizer—all delicious—then the first courses, second courses, and desserts—abundant, balanced dishes, and local cuisine. At the end of our lunch, something strange happened: one of the parents, seeing as there was no signal, called the restaurant, and with such kindness, even if comical, the owner was very kind enough to act as a go-between. It was a wonderful surprise!

16/11/2025: The food wasn't bad at all, in fact, it was all very good, except for the surprise bill. We found a Coke for €7 and another €33 for service charges and two bottles of water! Absurd.

18/04/2026: I finally found the perfect pizza! 😍 What can I say... incredibly light dough, a high, airy crust, and top-quality ingredients. I had the pizza with artichoke carpaccio and with puntarelle and anchovies, and I couldn't wait to share this wonder. It's not just delicious, it's an experience! 😍 Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

22/05/2026: Our room was clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and we had a great view to the lake. Beautiful! The staff were especially helpful given our meager Italian. We had a delicious dinner and breakfast.

21/05/2026: Although the exterior of the property appears decidedly dated and uninviting, inside everything is very well-kept, clean, and welcoming. The spa and the fourth-floor terrace offer a beautiful view of the lake. The staff is delightful.
