10/02/2025: I celebrated my 40th birthday here with a group of friends in January. We slept 1 night in the apartments. The location is fantastic, it is in the countryside in peace, there is a beautiful view around. The estate is very beautiful, with the fortress in the background and the garden with olive trees around. The apartment Il Fienile is really beautiful, with a welcoming living room for everyone and a really well-stocked kitchen, there are 2 large windows that let the light in and at the same time let you admire the view. We had dinner at the restaurant, chef Federico young and capable, the dinner was excellent. The waiter father is too strong and nice. The owner and her collaborators really very helpful, they satisfied our every request.

27/03/2025: Mi è stato regalato un vaucher per 2 giorni in PENSIONE COMPLETA ad esculsione delle bevande ed un'ora di percorso benessere. Premesso che per due giorni il menu è sempre stato lo stesso, con porzioni scarse, al momento di saldare le bevande ci è stato chiesto un extra perché, secondo loro, la pensione completa comprendeva solo DUE PORTATE, oltremodo ci hanno chiesto 4 euro per un bottiglia di acqua e 2,50 per un caffè. Posto da EVITARE.

16/10/2024: Tornando a Roma da Toscana o Marche abbiamo sempre cercato di capitare ad Acquasparta all’ora di pranzo per regalarci una sosta alla Casina di Furapane. La genuina semplicità di questa trattoria d’altri tempi insieme alla gentilezza sincera e spontanea di Claudio in sala e alla fantasiosa bravura di Roberto in cucina ci hanno sempre ampiamente ripagato dei chilometri e del tempo spesi per la deviazione. Oggi purtroppo non è andata come al solito: la Casina era chiusa e in evidente stato di abbandono. È stato molto triste trovarla così e soprattutto non aver più avuto l’occasione di salutare i nostri amici Claudio e Roberto ai quali, comunque, va il nostro più sentito ringraziamento per tutti i piacevoli momenti trascorsi alla Casina di Furapane. 21/12/2024: Locale carino, un pò piccolo ma tutto sommato accogliente e caldo. Venerdì sera, sotto le feste, locale vuoto, forse 3 tavoli in tutto occupati. Arriviamo a cena dopo uno spettacolo e dopo aver prenotato giorni prima. Purtroppo all'ultimo minuto circa 10 persone hanno rinunciato a partecipare alla cena. La proprietaria con fare arrogante ha preteso il saldo delle quote delle persone che non si sono presentate. Cameriere, sopratutto una per niente gentile e sempre imbronciata. GiroPizza?! Che dire...20€ un antipasto misero con: 2 mini bruschette da 2cm, una al pomodoro e una con verdura e paté, 1 mini supplì, 2 mini olive all'ascolana, 1 pallina di crocchette di patate, un piatto con 4 strisce di Pizza da 3cm x 20 circa, di gusti diversi, per finire 1 pezzetto di Pizza con la nutella...che nutella non era!! Questo sarebbe stato il giro Pizza...che dire?! Da bere...solo acqua!! Ci tornerò???ANCHE NO...sconsigliatissimo!

21/12/2024: Nice place, a little small but all in all welcoming and warm. Friday evening, during the holidays, empty place, maybe 3 tables occupied in total. We arrive for dinner after a show and after booking days in advance. Unfortunately, at the last minute about 10 people gave up on attending the dinner. The owner arrogantly demanded the balance of the shares of the people who did not show up. Waiter, especially one who was not at all kind and always sulky. GiroPizza?! What can I say...€20 a paltry appetizer with: 2 2cm mini bruschettas, one with tomato and one with vegetables and pâté, 1 mini supplì, 2 mini Ascoli olives, 1 ball of potato croquettes, a plate with 4 strips of Pizza measuring approximately 3cm x 20, of different flavours, finally 1 piece of Pizza with Nutella... which wasn't Nutella!! This would have been the Pizza tour... what can I say?! To drink...just water!! Will I go back??? EVEN NO... not recommended!

22/04/2025: Pizza was nice. Read the reviews thought I'd try. Service from the older lady not very friendly. Muttering under your breath when people understand italian perfectly isn't always a good idea.

18/12/2024: Location molto curata e personale affabile.Impasto delle pizze + che gradevole., tutto assemblato al meglio, ma l unica pecca è che in tutte le pizze la mozzarella o fiordilatte che sia , risulta sempre 'inesistente . Anche i miei amici hanno notato questa mancanza , diciamo che per la buona pizza è l elemento essenziale per l ottima riuscita del prodotto finale. Speriamo che questo piccolo appunto possa essere d aiuto alla vostra attività. Buon lavoro

19/11/2024: Good but not great, a nice farmhouse near San Gemini. Upon arrival it was packed but despite everything we were quickly served. A house starter that's a bit disjointed and without that touch you expect from similar places, in short, all too commercial. The wild boar first courses and the Sangiminese specialty were normal but my truffle tagliatelle really left me speechless. Pasta bordering on being overcooked with too much cooking water soup which didn't allow it to bind properly with the truffle sauce that was made and remained on its own on the plate, in short I ate plain pasta. I count in the norm.

06/03/2025: Andiamo spesso in questo ristorante quando siamo a Terni. Ottima la location. Vi abbiamo cenato per due giorni e per la prima volta abbiamo provato le pizze (salsiccia e friarelli). Molto buona la lievitazione, non molto basse e con un bel cornicione gustate con della birra scura. La sera seguente dal Menù Ristorante (molto interessante) abbiamo gustato l'ovetto fritto col tartufo (veramente squisito), i paccheri, la tagliata, la faraona ed un ottimo dolce. Tutti piatti eccellenti, ottimi prodotti e ben cucinati dallo chef Paolo. Un particolare da non sottovalutare è la presenza della cucina a vista, che deve risultare sempre pulita ed in ordine. Questa lo era (bravo lo chef e la sua brigata). Il conto sicuramente in linea con quello che abbiamo mangiato. Una nota positiva anche per il personale impeccabile.. molto competente e professionale Giuliano che gestisce ottimamente la sala e molto brava anche la giovanissima cameriera Margherita che ci ha servito, gentile, solare e sempre molto attenta. 15/02/2025: Tutto ottimo, cibo e personale. L’esterno potrebbe ingannare ma è meglio non fermarsi all’apparenza perché dentro il locale è carino. Il personale è molto gentile e preparato nei consigli e sulla descrizione delle portate (e del vino). Siamo rimasti molto contenti da tutto, dall’antipasto, carciofo in crema di topinambur. Per continuare con risotto al Franciacorta e tonnarelli con ragù di capriolo. Per secondo abbiamo preso anche un bel cinghiale, molto gradito anche da mio figlio di 6 anni. Buon vino e amaro. Prezzo totale 103€, direi giusto. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti
