27/09/2025: We really enjoyed the food. The Maialone pizza is excellent. The desserts are equally good. I recommend this place and will be back.

19/09/2025: I've had takeout meat twice. The first time was a success with the tagliata and scaloppine, both good and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, the second time was very bad... €18 for a Chianina fillet, well, not expensive, you might say... The problem is that it was a tiny piece, weighing no more than 200 grams, so it's about €90 per kg. It was supposed to be cooked medium rare, but instead it was definitely overcooked and tough to eat. I don't know if I'll try a third time; maybe it was just a fluke gone wrong!

12/10/2025: Good lunch but a never-ending wait...a first course arrived after an hour and was cold, the same for the second course, there were a lot of people and they didn't know how to manage the customers, not enough staff, a shame because the taste was good but cold for a lunch that lasted almost 3 hours.

We were welcomed with joy and courtesy, served with professionalism and spot-on advice, and served at the right time, with wines paired perfectly with a truly special variety of food. We ate fish in a warm, typically Umbrian location. Excellent food... absolutely not to be missed!

11/11/2025: A simple place but bustling with life in the evenings. It's very romantic and the staff are excellent. The food is good. I prefer the pizza with Gorgonzola, it's fabulous.

17/09/2025: An excellent property, close to the village of Narni but surrounded by greenery and tranquility. The hospitality is warm, the pool completes the perfect setting for relaxation, and the cuisine is a must-try. All dishes are prepared with ingredients from their own farm, even breakfast is prepared entirely on site (I recommend the yogurt with rose syrup and homemade jam).

17/10/2025: A welcoming place with impeccable service. It feels like a typical Irish pub. A variety of beers are a must-try. The pizzas and fried foods are also delicious.

21/10/2025: SIMPLY AMAZING! We stayed on Sunday, October 19th. The staff were kind and friendly, the receptionists were incredibly kind. We had the opportunity to use the spa, everything was very clean and had everything you need. The room was sparkling clean, as was the bathroom. We ate at the hotel restaurant, everything was delicious. The breakfast the next morning was so rich and varied. Congratulations, and we'll definitely be back.

20/10/2025: The rooms definitely need updating, the spa is excellent, and the view from the terrace is fabulous in the morning or evening.

Everything made here is a true art, a journey through the aromas and flavors, but above all, through the feelings and emotions they evoke in those who enter. With each delicacy, a fantastic journey begins through a beautiful world, just like a Terence Hill movie. Smiles and sincere words that come from the heart join the wonderful world of the Russo Girotti pastry shop. Teresa and Roberto are a wonderful Neapolitan couple and are incredible people, both personally and professionally. Emotions of the soul, this is what you will experience every time you come here. 23/08/2025: Bad impression. Ordered a cake for 10 people for my son's birthday the next day. Naturally, there was no price limit, just the size, which therefore had to be large. The next day they gave us a cake that not even the Smurfs would have eaten. They insisted that "for them" it was a cake for 10. I'm from Rome and I've always ordered cakes for 10 that are just right. After a heated discussion, I had to settle for another, slightly larger cake that had been in the fridge since the day before. Party ruined. I'm now reading your response, which borders on a complaint for personal insults, and that doesn't mean I won't proceed in that direction. I am a respected professional and a polite person, as can be seen from the documents on various websites that deal with me. But that has nothing to do with it. If a customer complains about what they consider an injustice, you don't respond with arrogance (you do) "for us the cake..." (I repeat, Lilliputian) "is a 10"!!!! . Period. We're trying to figure out what the problem is and politely address it. The cake he replaced wasn't the same size at all, so much so that he had to change the box and get a larger one. As I was leaving your shop, two ladies approached me to confirm their shock at such treatment. Rest assured, I have no intention of ever setting foot in your shop again, even though your refusal would be subject to legal action. A commercial establishment cannot do so. Not only will I never set foot in your shop again, but neither will the many friends in Penna and Giove to whom I told the incident. Good things. It's still causing controversy. What you wrote qualifies you without further comment and shows who the rude and offensive one is. I don't understand how someone like you can work in contact with the public. I hope for your future customers that this unpleasant episode has taught you to be more polite and helpful. And with that, I'll end this controversy. I've said everything I had to say.

08/12/2025: Excellent cuisine overlooking the lake, attentive service, and a very welcoming and refined location. The homemade bread and desserts are top-notch. Located in the historic center on the lakefront, there's a limited traffic zone in the summer, but there's plenty of parking a few hundred meters away. The rest of the year, it's always accessible by car and has ample parking in front. Reservations are recommended.
