30/03/2025: Noisy location where you can't talk between diners, dishes arrived 20 minutes apart between people at the same table, they didn't bring us "parts" from the tasting appetizer and they also treated us as if we wanted to "steal" a miserable portion of bruschetta and one of porchetta. They brought us 8 of the 9 courses from the tasting appetizer planned. For the rest, the food was good, nothing to complain about but I won't be back.

11/03/2025: In viaggio verso Orvieto ci siamo fermati per pranzo a Fabro viste la buone recensioni del locale- Dotato di un bel parcheggio. Abbiamo mangiato degli ottimi crostine e una buonissima grigliata di carne mista- Da consigliare

17/02/2025: We had an unforgettable Valentine's Day. Excellent service and excellent food, which we already knew from previous dinners here. It's a shame about the constant coming and going of smokers who often left the door open despite the staff's requests.

31/01/2025: A truly pleasant experience in this restaurant on the fifth floor of a hotel in the center of Terni, a few steps from the station. The environment is elegant and with attention to detail, with a relaxing atmosphere. The dishes are prepared expressly and you can feel the quality of the ingredients, everything is really tasty. The service is impeccable: the girl who served me was very kind, attentive and helpful, making dinner even more pleasant. I recommend this restaurant to those looking for excellent cuisine in a refined context.

07/04/2025: Location with a beautiful view of Orvieto, but being directly overlooking the A1 and the high-speed railway line there is constant background noise that cannot be ignored. Clean rooms but a little neglected: in the bathroom of our room there was no bidet, replaced by a rather poorly placed shower head, and on the toilet there was a seat much smaller than the toilet, which was also in bad shape. Dinner to forget: long waits, low quality and even a dog from the property wandering among the tables. Not only that, we were also treated with arrogance in response to our polite complaints about dishes that were absolutely not up to standard. Never again!

16/03/2025: Beautiful place surrounded by greenery. Clean room, plentiful breakfast, and excellent dinner. I highly recommend it. And not to mention the friendliness of all the staff.

25/04/2025: Location and view from the room excellent. Daily room cleaning a bit to be revised. Bad smells coming from the shower. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. The spa very small for what they charge, €10 for a towel and flip flops seems excessive to me for the single hour you can stay. Small and uncomfortable parking.

21/03/2025: Estive lá comemorando meu aniversário, com minha familia e eles foram extremamente acolhedores. Com certeza a qualida comida está entre as melhores que ja tivemos. Eno local é lindíssimo! Perdi meu anel e eles guardaram com todo zelo!! Pessoas incríveis e o café é maravilhoso!!

19/04/2025: Girando per Orvieto ci siamo imbattuti in questa Osteria, affacciata su una piazzetta. Giornata piacevole e ci accomodiamo all' esterno. Arredi semplici, cartelli con aforismi simpatici, bella atmosfera. Piatti semplici ma gustosi, tempi non così lunghi come i cartelli fanno intendere. Vale la sosta.

06/04/2025: Aver appeso dei cartelli con scritto “non lamentatevi dei tempi lunghi”.. non giustifica attese bibliche! Titolare estremamente scortese, nonché caotico nella gestione del servizio ai tavoli. Tagliatelle al ragù arrivate fredde e cibo in generale sotto la media. Ultima meravigliosa perla è stata l’aggiunta di 0,50 cent al conto totale per poter pagare con il bancomat. Unica nota positiva è la fontana di fronte ai tavoli dell’ osteria.

20/04/2025: Booked table online via the fork. I then asked for confirmation via telephone and received the booking OK. The entrance to the place is not the best... it doesn't give a good presentation of the place (it looks more like a farm than a restaurant) 🤨 Upon entering we go up to the 1st floor where there is a large room with many tables arranged in a row. We live welcomed and… the story begins. Friendly and kind staff. Southern people 🤷‍♂️😃 Rome and Naples, so the family atmosphere is a given. Really good pizza, Neapolitan style (light and beautiful to look at); Super good cut (cooked to the right point and very good); Sufficient first courses (nothing exceptional, but edible); Good tiramisu; Excellent craft beer; Really super starter (we ate in restaurants where saying starter seemed like an offense 😅) Starter x 4 2 first courses French fries 2 liter beer and coke water Cut 5 pizzas Average €25/person Fair price 🤷‍♂️ Ultimately I would go back and I recommend going there without any problems 👍

05/04/2025: We ate pizza. Simply amazing. The staff is friendly and kind. The place is very large so, even if quite crowded, you are very comfortable. Highly recommended
