25/09/2025: Very friendly trattoria with authentic regional food cooked by mama herself. We first came in after opening hours just for a drink, but they welcomed us so warmly that we ended up staying for dinner — and returned two more times. The whole family is part of the experience and makes you feel at home. Keep up the great work!

28/09/2025: I went on a trip with a group to this place. The owner is a wonderful and caring person, and takes care of his customers thoroughly. The food is unbeatable at very reasonable prices! They also offer wonderful accommodations surrounded by greenery and with excellent amenities!

10/10/2025: A Hidden Gem in Orvieto – Absolutely Phenomenal We had dinner at Trattoria del Moro Aronne in Orvieto, and it was one of the most memorable meals of our trip. Important tip: Make reservations. This is a small, cozy restaurant, and we watched them turn away multiple walk-ins throughout the evening. The Wine: Don't overlook the house red – it's excellent and the perfect complement to their dishes. And limoncello at the end of the meal was fantastic! What We Ordered: Eggplant Parmesan (appetizer) – Quite possibly the best I've ever had. Perfectly executed. Bird's Nest Vegetarian Lasagne with Pecorino and Honey – This was Creamy, subtly sweet, and so light it practically melted in my mouth. The combination of savory pecorino with a touch of honey was absolutely divine and surprisingly refreshing. Tagliatelle with Wild Boar Sauce – Pure, rich deliciousness. No tomato in this sauce – just deep, concentrated flavor that lets the wild boar shine through. Steak with Gorgonzola and Chocolate – My husband's choice, and he loved it. Who would have thought it paired so well! It was delicious! Dessert: We ordered both the tiramisu and the "chocolate cake." Get the chocolate cake. It's not actually a cake – it's a warm, molten chocolate mound surrounded by cream. Heavenly. The atmosphere is intimate and cozy, and the service was wonderful. This place delivers an exceptional dining experience without any pretension. Highly recommend!

14/09/2025: Having to find a pizzeria halfway to meet up with my parents, I relied on reviews, and I have to say I wasn't wrong. A unique location, a very kind owner, and not to mention the waitress, but what can I say about the pizza? I usually never eat it because if it doesn't rise well, I feel sick all night. Instead, this pizza was light, easy to digest, and simply fantastic. And don't forget to try the desserts, they're amazing.

12/09/2025: I repeat, in Terni, for me, this is the absolute best pizzeria. The selection of ingredients is never mediocre; you can immediately sense the careful selection of the highest-quality ingredients. The panuozzi, too... are truly first-rate, filled to perfection 😁 The dough is a masterpiece, perfectly hydrated, with a long and well-managed leavening process, resulting in a light and easily digestible result. A true gem, for those looking for something different from the usual pizza...

15/10/2025: We ate very well, with authentic, genuine flavors. The staff was very kind and friendly. Unfortunately, it's closed during the week, otherwise we would definitely have returned.

06/10/2025: For a family gathering, between aunts and nephews, we chose Otricoli because it's almost halfway between Rome and Perugia, and booked lunch at Nerafera. We couldn't have made better choices! Otricoli is a fantastic village, rich in history, where people still greet you as they pass you in the street, and the Nerafera restaurant is spectacular! Extremely kind staff, a warm and comfortable atmosphere, and stellar food with generous portions. My only regret is that I didn't leave a tip, but only by mistake; they definitely deserved it. Next time, I'll double the tip. 😄

04/10/2025: It's a little dream! This little restaurant was recommended to us, and it was an absolute hit. Very friendly, attentive hosts, delicious home-cooked food, a cozy atmosphere. Fresh porcini mushrooms, an open grill, and a good selection of wines. We left happy and slightly exhilarated.

01/10/2025: We stopped here on the Silent Villages Trail. Excellent food, quiet atmosphere, friendly staff. The guinea fowl and orange marmalade tart were excellent. Reasonable prices.

09/10/2025: It’s an excellent restaurant where you can enjoy traditional Orvieto cuisine. We had wild boar stew, rabbit, and truffle pasta — all of which were delicious. The service from the staff was precise and efficient.

05/10/2025: The Umbrichelli are exceptional, and the food is generally very good. The staff is friendly. It's worth a try, but it's best to book in advance.

05/10/2025: The food was decent but nothing exciting. The guinea fowl was really poorly cooked, the meat wouldn't fall off the bone, the skin was boiled rather than browned. The cured meats were very salty, and the wild boar, which was very good, was also excellent. The place was cold and unwelcoming, the dining room was sterile. Perhaps a bit overrated, and the expectations were completely dampened.

05/10/2025: Alas, a disappointment. The service was excellent, but alas, the rest didn't convince me at all... I must have had an unlucky evening! Starting with the vegetable tart, overcooked and lacking in tenderness, even the flavor left a little to be desired. I continued with the glazed grilled pork, but alas, the problem was the glaze!! Totally cloying! Extremely sweet, unlike even the sweetest Greek desserts full of honey! And I say this with regret, because the pork was cooked to perfection! Simply perfect, even in flavor! Alas, ruined by the glaze! The side dishes, the homemade potato chips, were spectacular, the pan-fried chicory was worthy of a cafeteria. The price was completely out of proportion for my evening! Truly too expensive. A real shame.

05/09/2025: Both the pizza and the ingredients were excellent. The wait was minimal. My partner and I ate here before leaving shortly afterward. The staff was knowledgeable and prompt, accommodating our needs.
