31/08/2024: Il soggiorno presso l'hotel è stato semplicemente perfetto. Fin dal momento del check-in, il personale si è dimostrato estremamente cordiale e disponibile, accogliendoci con un sorriso e rispondendo a ogni nostra richiesta con professionalità. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e arredata con gusto, offrendo tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno rilassante. La colazione, servita ogni mattina, è stata un'esperienza straordinaria, con una vasta selezione di prodotti freschi e di alta qualità che accontentano tutti i gusti. Anche la posizione dell'hotel è ideale, situato a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni turistiche, ma abbastanza tranquillo da garantire un sonno riposante. L'attenzione ai dettagli e la cura per il cliente sono stati il vero valore aggiunto di questo soggiorno. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque cerchi un'esperienza di qualità e un'ospitalità impeccabile. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci!

11/08/2024: I stayed with my family in this hotel for 5 days. I underline the availability and kindness of the director and staff. The swimming pool is very nice and clean. Breakfast also varies. The location of the hotel is unique because in a short time you can reach all the places you want to visit. The stay was certainly positive 👍👍

20/12/2024: A disappointing experience, unfortunately" I recently went to this restaurant, but I have to admit that my experience did not live up to expectations. I ordered a hamburger and a beer, spending a total of €26. Considering the price, I would have expected something more satisfactory both in terms of quantity and quality. The hamburger, described on the menu as prepared with "white veal and 24-month-old parmigiano reggiano, filled with spicy lactose-free gorgonzola, with roasted pepper, mixed salad and beetroot mayonnaise," did not live up to what was promised. The gorgonzola was barely noticeable, despite it being a cheese with a very distinctive taste, and the parmigiano reggiano seemed completely absent. The only predominant flavor was that of beetroot, which, in my opinion, dominated all the other ingredients. Furthermore, the portion was very small and didn't even include a side dish like chips, making the dish not very filling. As for the beer, it was good, but I found the price of €7 a bit excessive, also considering the peripheral location. In general, the quality-price ratio seemed unbalanced to me. I understand that quality ingredients can affect costs, but I believe that a €17 burger should be more generous in portions and better balanced in flavours. Finally, I would like to point out that the restaurant, despite having a welcoming atmosphere, has some aspects that could be improved, such as the insulation of the veranda, where there were drafts that made the meal less pleasant. "Update" After my review, I had the opportunity to read the restaurateur's response, which unfortunately seemed unprofessional to me. I believe that constructive criticism, like mine, should be welcomed as an opportunity to improve, rather than interpreted as a personal attack. Eating out is part of my work routine, and I visit many restaurants every week. Although I appreciate the efforts of those who work in this sector, I think that an open attitude towards feedback is essential to grow and offer a better service. My goal was not to offend, but to highlight aspects that, in my opinion, could be revised. In conclusion, I hope that these observations can be taken as a stimulus to improve the experience of future customers.

26/12/2024: We stayed in this cute farmhouse at the foot of the basilica of S. Francesco, in fact you can enjoy a spectacular view of the basilica! We had a really great time, the room was welcoming and clean, the food was delicious and of excellent quality, the Christmas lunch was the best!! Above all we felt at home thanks to the welcome and kindness of Mr. Sandro, his wife Gabriella and his son Andrea, who put passion and love into everything they do. One day they also accompanied us to Assisi and on Christmas day Mr Sandro advised us to visit the Prison Hermitage, and it was a wonderful walk through the snow and this unique and spiritual place. What can I say... Thank you so much for the wonderful Christmas spent with you in Umbria, we will be back to visit you soon❤️

22/12/2024: Small restaurant, quiet and relaxing, located near the church of Santa Chiara. It can be easily reached from the Porta Nuova car park with an escalator. A well-kept, well-lit place with friendly and attentive staff. Courteous owner. Good proposals on the menu with traditional dishes of Umbrian cuisine, well cooked and generous portions. Authentic flavors and excellent raw materials. Honest prices. We will definitely return... and recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a day in the magnificent city of Assisi.

22/12/2024: I had lunch today with my wife, warm and welcoming location, attentive and friendly service without being inappropriate, excellent food in quality and generous portions like a real trattoria, fair and lower prices than many nearby restaurants, it is clear that you are dealing with professionals who are passionate about their work... well done, keep it up, when I find myself in those parts, I will definitely come back

30/12/2024: Beautiful restaurant in the center of Assisi, we ate very well, excellent quality of food, the cooking is entrusted to the chef Eleonora who is very good. I recommend the citrus pig, I found it superlative not to mention the desserts, all of which are made by them, especially the tiramisu. Excellent value for money, I will definitely return.

29/12/2024: Definitely a great experience! The food was well cooked and well presented and it was an enjoyable evening. Although many tables were booked, we still found a seat and the environment was quiet and not very noisy. Everything went very well and looking at the highest suitable rating of the beautiful evening and that Among the many things offered on the menu they did not have fruit to end the meal. Which was a bit bizarre, but in any case it didn't affect the pleasant evening.

05/01/2025: We were enchanted by this restaurant! Every single bite was a sensory journey. The flavors were balanced to perfection and the presentation of the dishes was impeccable. The staff was extremely attentive and courteous. An experience that we highly recommend to all lovers of good food.

17/12/2024: Went to the restaurant. Nice atmosphere. But the food was hit and miss. Stay away from the “fusion” Asian dishes, they don’t do it well. Ordered satay chicken with sushi rice. Disappointing. Rice was cold, satay sauce was sourish, chicken was tasteless. The starters fared better, had the Bao with grilled prawns etc. Not understanding why they received a 4.7 rating; feels more like a 4.2.

09/12/2024: We ate very well and abundantly, a trio of first courses, pumpkin tortelloni, chestnut tagliatelle, hemp tagliatelle with pesto. Excellent fried polenta with squacquerone, good cheese platter and good desserts. Very honest prices. The first ones for 10 euros can no longer be found. We'll be back

29/12/2024: The perfect lunch. 16 of us arrived from Rome with 2 people with celiac disease. The service and welcome were excellent. All the first courses chosen and the appetizer were very good, the celiacs also ate like the rest of the table and they ate very well, it is not easy or obvious. everything arrived together, and everyone was very happy. What can I say, thank you, we will definitely be back.

29/12/2024: On a beautiful cold evening in Assisi, a warm and welcoming place. Raw material so-so, I expected a little more. The cuisine is very seasoned and a little heavy. They could embellish the menu a little. Unfortunately the service was not good, but I would still go back to give it a second chance.

29/12/2024: We stopped to eat by chance, before visiting the Basilica of San Francesco. The place is small but well looked after and finally a setting with cotton tablecloths! Seasonal menu with excellent raw materials. Well cooked and presented with description from the staff. Excellent homemade bread and an interesting wine list: we quickly selected a Jura pinot noir from the independent vignoiron. Optimal! We will be back and truly recommend it.
