Excellent typical appetizers with Umbrian cured meats and cheeses, fabulous meatballs, omelette with truffles and au gratin onions, with the addition of two first courses. Excellent quality/price ratio. The owner is a very kind person and the staff is really attentive and courteous. Enchanting location. We will definitely be back

22/07/2024: Good restaurant, there aren't many in the area. Homemade pasta is particularly appreciated, from gnocchi to lasagna, with the possibility of seasoning it as you see fit. The waiting times, if you go on Saturday or Sunday, are longer, also because they have little staff.

13/08/2024: Wow, we enjoyed this place so much! What a beautiful place and a pearl in Perugia. I was here with my family. We were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. We sat inside, downstairs in the cool cellar, where the hams and sausages hang to dry from the ceiling. A great and cozy place with many Italians at the tables around us. We ordered the tagliere gourmet for two people and two schiacciata. We both first chose a glass of prosecco and later a prosecco and an Aperol spritz. We enjoyed the delicious fresh meats, cheeses, bread and fruit on two beautiful shelves full. The prosecco also paired fantastically. We had such a nice evening with you. When we are back in the cold Netherlands and we think of the Dolce Vita in Italy, we have a beautiful memory and we also think of beautiful Umbria and Perugia and your prosciutteria in particular! Thank you very much for this beautiful experience and fantastic evening! You should definitely not miss this place when you are in Perugia! Highly recommended! I made some great pictures of the food, but for some reason Google doesn't allow me to post them.. :-/

"the memory of feeling good about yourself while eating good food, served in a simple way enhanced by the quality of the raw materials". If you remember that feeling of pleasure... then you also understand the feeling I felt. Simple food, but very good! It's not truffle season but the truffle tagliatelle were really good! Fiorentina cooked to perfection with its quality fat. Simple but super effective service. EXCELLENT value for money! We will definitely return. P.s. Try their draft beer... artisanal... thirst-quenching in this heat!
