30/01/2025: Ci siamo andati qualche volta in questo locale quando venivamo in zona ma d'inverno che stavamo dentro, purtroppo scritto solo ora la mia recensione perché quando siamo andati via non ricordavo il nome del locale, casualmente passando nuovamente ci è venuto in mente lo spiacevole cosa che ci è capitato e che adesso ve la racconto. Siamo andati in famiglia io, mio marito e le mie due figlie, 4 panini , 2 birre e 2 coca cola, ci hanno messi al tavolo all'esterno, dopo un po' che sono arrivati i panini ci siamo resi conto che il tavolo era pieno di moscerini e mia figlia ha detto anche nel panino ci sono e anche nei bicchieri, abbiamo fatto presente però ci è stato detto che non gli era mai capitato ma se ha visto proprio lui che era così, comunque ci ha messo dentro ma ci ha ridato gli stessi panini e le stesse bevande, ad un certo punto mia figlia ha proprio detto io non mangio e bevo queste cose con i moscerini e il signore ha cambiato solo il suo noi abbiamo dovuto lasciare quelle cose solo mio marito che aveva salvato il suo panino dai moscerini la mangiato, in conclusione abbiamo pagato 4 panini, 2 birre e 3 coca cola, solo un panino non ci ha fatto pagare, delusione totale se prima mettevo un punteggio da 5 adesso non ci vado più.

19/02/2025: Torniamo dopo 5 mesi per assaggiare il menu' Terra dopo esserci deliziati con il menù acqua,che dire.........prodotti di ottima qualità impreziosiscono un impasto unico e delizioso,Champagne di qualità accompagna come al solito in modo splendido questo percorso.

Molto originale l’idea di comporsi l’hamburgher a proprio piacimento (nel form dell’ordine puoi scegliere il tipo di carne , il tipo di pane , le salse , ogni singolo ingrediente …..) . Carne di ottima qualità. Servizio veloce e gentile. Buon prezzo . Consigliato 🚀

11/03/2025: Good burgers, even if the choice to have the customer create the entire sandwich doesn't convince me. The restaurateur should offer something, otherwise it's a supermarket. Very nice place, the bathroom needs to be looked at again. Normally when you offer bitters after asking for the bill you shouldn't charge!

09/04/2025: Locale posto nel vecchio palazzo della signoria che ha mantenuto la struttura antica ed una vecchia cantina nel seminterrato. Pochi posti a sedere, tavoli mediamente distanziati, apparecchiatura con runner. Ambiente suggestivo con fin troppi accessori antichi e un soppalco in legno. Menù con numero di limitato di scelte sia di carne che di pesce, anche piatti della tradizione umbra. Abbiamo pasteggiato con un calice di Sagrantino di Montefalco. La carta dei vini è abbastanza ricca con ricarichi ragionevoli. Abbiamo preso uno sformatino di cavolo nero su fonduta di parmigiano, gli strangozzi al tartufo nero ed un assaggio di 2 tipi di pecorino. Preparazioni gradevoli, servizio veloce e cortese. Abbiamo pagato 58 euro. Alcuni hotel hanno una convenzione con questo ristorante che offre 10% di sconto.

28/03/2025: EMANUEL & VALENTINA WEDDING My partner and I were looking for a contemporary venue that was attentive not only to the cuisine but also to the setting of the room for our wedding lunch. In this Mio Bio it presents itself as a tastefully furnished venue, with designer elements and eclectic combinations. The chef offered us a menu that was anything but predictable, with top-quality raw materials. The owners proved to be not only friendly and nice, but also professional and available to meet our every request regarding the setting of the room. Likewise, the staff was impeccable throughout the service. A place discovered by chance that has become one of our favorite places, where we can build memories. E & V

14/03/2025: recommended by a dear restaurateur friend, last night my family and I decided to try this restaurant.... well what can I say, we really had a great time and ate divinely!! The dining room staff were very kind and ready to accommodate our needs, the dishes we ate (two different starters, a first course and a second course) were all delicious and very well presented. The pleasant and well-kept environment. I can only recommend this place, where we will return very soon to taste other dishes. Particular praise goes to the cherry and ginger semifreddo, which our 7-year-old daughter devoured with extreme satisfaction for her palate. Well done!

I would not have imagined a situation like this.. in a positive sense. Excellent setting, excellent food offered. Kindness of the staff. Due to space and time constraints I only take a roast chicken and a skewer.... high quality... juicy and soft.. if I lived there I would order Sunday lunch. I recommend it.

Great variety of flavors and spectacular fries. The guys, always busy with orders, work hard to please you. We like it!
